We sat down with Founder of Chocolate City Relay, Brittany Green, and Director of People + Culture and Community Marketing at Pacers Running, Elyse Braner to chat all about joy in movement and self care. We discussed the importance of rest and recovery, setting goals, finding community and shared some of our favorite races and events.
