NFL Star Puka Nacua Faces Assault Lawsuit

On March 25, Los Angeles Ram star receiver, Puka Nakua, faces a civil lawsuit accusing

him of assault and battery on New Year's Eve.

A woman named Madison Adiabi claims he made an offensive anti-Semitic remark and bid

her shoulder, leaving teeth marks during an encounter in century, city.

The suit filed this week in Los Angeles also alleges gender violence and negligence.

Adiabi says Nakua bid her friends thumb too while they were in a van later that night.

Nakua's lawyer strongly denies any anti-Semitic comment and calls the bites playful rough

housing.

This comes after Nakua apologized last December for a gesture seen as anti-Semitic during

an online live stream.

Over his first three NFL season since the Rams drafted him from Brigham Young University

in 2023, Nakua has shattered records.

He led the league last year with 129 catches, 1,715 yards, and 10 touchdowns, then topped

playoffs with 24 receptions for 332 yards and two scores.

With a huge contract extension possible this offseason that could rank him among the NFL's

top paid receivers, the Rams have not commented on talks.
