2:05Hello everyone, Charles Wassier. Welcome back to Inside also. Hello and welcome to the Emirates Stadium. A very happy, happy Emirates Stadium. If I just move the camera over there, you can see thousands and thousands of Arsenal fans heading home very, very happy. It's a hell of an atmosphere here as the sun begins to set in North London. It's finished Arsenal 2. Chelsea won really good game. Really good game. Obviously, tomorrow I will talk about a lot more in depth in the actual what review show. So get your comments in, get your views in. I'll pull some of them together as always and get them included in the show. I'll give my immediate post match reaction now. Like I said, I thought it was a high quality game. I thought Chelsea played their part. I thought it was too good. It was the exact same game that I thought it was going to be. Obviously, Arsenal couldn't really get a worst start. We all expected in. We all thought that Morgan Rogers was going to score today because it's just written

3:05in the stars. You get that sort of thing happening. Time and time again in football. I'm not quite sure any of us thought it was going to happen. I would imagine with his first kick of the ball, but within the first minute, the Chelsea had to take the lead. So it's a worst sort of start for Arsenal. In a way, sort of looking back on it now, now we've actually won the game. I think I was a really good test for Arsenal. So that's OK. What have you got here? You're coming up against the team who, a lot of people, myself included, think are going to be real challenges this season. They've started this season well. They've scored inside the first minute at your own ground. What have you got? How are you going to respond to this? And I thought we responded really, really well. Really well. I thought it was a really top performance. So obviously this is my media reaction. I've not been in the press box today. I've been in the stands with my dad. So I haven't had replays or anything like that. I haven't had my computer in front of me to the call to match stats. So I will talk about it a little more in depth tomorrow morning when I really probably look at it all up and how I pan down. But on first glance, on the first visual of any replays, I just thought it was a really top quality Arsenal performance. There was lots of good plays out there.

4:06Again against a really good team. I thought Chelsea played their part. The way we came back, I think that's real positive for the season. Maybe attacks as well. He knows a lot of lies on Arsenal at the moment, especially after the window shut with all talk about it. They got enough in attack. And I thought, attack your wise, we were really good today. I thought we were really, really fluid. There was some really top performances. My in Ode to Guard, my Habers, Solis. Again, I'm glad he started. I thought he delivered a really top performance solace today. In front of me in the first half, I thought it was excellent. Every time he got the ball, obviously got his assist in the second half as well. Although really that should go down as a kind of a success for that was top quality from what I have. But there was just a lot of good performances out there. I thought defensively against a really good Chelsea attack. Obviously, we bad start. A poor, as possible start from a set piece switched off. Again, I haven't really seen a replay of Rodgers' shot in real time. It looked like he's stuffed in a little bit. I wasn't expecting it to find the bottom corner, but it did. But I sighed in that from that. I thought largely we kept a very good attacking team. Pretty quiet. There was some good moments to them. David Raya thought was excellent. He's going to get more of a six in the ratings, don't worry.

5:07I thought he came. He claimed the ball really well. He used to pressure every time across came in. Handling was excellent. Thought it was good when he had the ball. It was feet more or less a couple of times. It just gave the ball away. That saved at the end from Estavale. It might work. Brilliant save. Now it would have been an absolute signal if you can see it like that. Right at the end. Big players had to put in good performances. But as we can do, this is a Chelsea team. They're not going to go away this season. You can tell they're not. They're a good team. They've got real top quality players. It was about a hostile handle, that early set back. Like I said, I thought they handled it really, really well. It looked like we'd equalised with a califiri goal. It was ruled out. I think it was for offside looking at the replays again. I haven't seen a proper replay of it. But I think in the sort of scramble it led to a consub being offside in it. It was disappointing because at the time, it just like, oh, it'd be nice to get that early equaliser just to... So you didn't have to feel a little bit of nerves. But even after that, again, I thought we responded really, really well to it. Can I have a... Loved playing Chelsea, Loved scoring against Chelsea.

6:09The crowd just got his back a little bit just before the equaliser when we had a really good breakway. I think Solis found him and it looked like he should have pulled the trigger and he tried a little fancy flick to Ode to guard. Ode to guard shot was blocked. There was a lot of frustration around me. He hadn't had a shot. I can understand why. It was quite strange as well. It was basically the exact same position that he scored against Coventry. But he chose to do the little flick and Ode to guard shot was blocked. He just sent some bit of frustration for the fans around me. I've roomed to score straight after that. Again, I haven't really seen replays apart from the big screen, but to be fair, it wasn't the best struck shot I didn't think, and it looked like every marty should have put it past post,

8:13thankfully he didn't, and it was one one, at a half time. I thought I was going to finish the first half really, really strongly. You know, if they had gone in in front, I don't think anyone could have had any complaints about it. And I was interested, what we were going to do in the second half. How were we going to respond to the fact that we played really well in that first half? But hadn't gone in in front. Now, how do you respond in the second half? The Chelsea going to be boosted by that, the Chelsea going to stop in more of a threat in the second half. But again, we started the second half really, really well. I mean, the winning goal, I know it was fairly early in the second half, but it was a top quality goal. Top quality goal, you know, really good from Solace down the left hand side. That passing side, fantastic, fantastic little dummy from Havott. And there's Oda Gard, again, what we've seen through him in recent games, scoring as three goals in the first four games of the season, from mighty Oda Gard, when he only scored one goal last season, I mean, that's a massive thing. For him, it's massive for us. And there's a brilliant finish as well, you know, after you're putting your foot through it, and wearing it against Man City when he sort of sat on a rumour down and rolled it into the bottom corner, this is a very, very different type of finish from my Oda Gard, but equally impressive, and he's trying to like seeing him do that, put your foot through it.

9:14Gave Martin his no chance. And there was a long time to go in the second half, and you're thinking, how are we going to play this out? There was chances, I mean, for kind of sacking it. I mean, Martin has made a brilliant save. Although I thought I mean, was a fault for the first goal as a brilliant save from Sacker. And net again, that would have been a lovely, lovely goal. Lots of changes in the second half. Some good performances from the sub, some maybe not quite so good performances from the sub. But largely, I thought we kept Chelsea at arms lengths in that second half. There was a couple of moments. Obviously, when Estevelle came on, he got in down the right-hand side, cutting on his left foot and betting that shot towards Top Corner. I think all of us in the stadium were waiting for that to potentially nestle in the far top corner, but it was a brilliant save by David Wright doing exactly what you wanted to do in that situation. And that was the closest they really came. We sort of came out well in injury time. So really good win. You can see what it meant to the fans in their reactions, but I'm really, really good at top atmosphere in there. Chelsea had their little inflatable European cups, which, you know, fair play. If you want to do that, you want to do that. But I thought the Arsenal fans were fantastic in there. Certainly reminded them all who the champions of England are.

10:15Got a little bit ugly out there as I walked past the away fans after the game. They were stealing out into the stadium. You can tell they're a little bit frustrated at the results. But everyone out there, as a turn, again, turn it in. Everyone going home, very, very happy. I will go through my player ratings now. But again, this might change a lot by the time I do my show tomorrow. This is my sort of immediate reaction just on first glance, without really sort of looking at the numbers and looking at what players have done. So David Wright, I'm going to give an eight. I thought Wright was fantastic. Really, really good air. Every time I cross came in, he dealt with it. I had a courtic, got a good punch on it. His distribution was largely good. And when he needed to, he made some really, really good saves. I haven't seen the goal enough for the first, but the Morgan Rodgers goal to see if maybe he should have done better. Because it didn't look like from where I was. And I was at the other end of the stadium. The Rodgers caught it very well, but it still sneaked in. So maybe I might change my opinion a little bit when I see that. But I thought, from sort of first glance, I thought he was excellent at that. And he gets an eight from me. I thought that Wright was really, really good, really sharp. Got forward that sort of triangle, voted off Sacker and Wright was solid.

11:19So I give him a seven conser, unbelievable tackle in a second off. Right in front of me, he got another loudest cheers of the night. But the afternoon when he looked like Chelsea were breaking away in conser, slid in and just time that tackle beautifully. He can't beat it. He can't beat a tackle like that at times. It's just a real proper English centubac tackle. So yeah, first up, the conser, I think it'll be very happy with how he played. So he was good. I'll give him a seven, give Gabriel a seven as well. Chelsea got good attack. I thought I'd ask him largely to keep them arms length. Obviously, you can find yourself in trouble a little bit at times. But on the whole, I thought that two of them, the centubacs, Gelt Weld, Gelt Pedro, who I, in my view, is one of the best centiports in the league, who's given us trouble plenty of times. But I thought today he was kept relatively quiet. So I give the pair of those, a seven, a califirious seven as well. So all the defenders get a seven. Again, I might change online. I might boost one of those, or two of those up, when I really think about it a little bit later, and I get home, and I watch the game again, and I view it a little bit more through analytical views.

12:21But at the moment, the back four, all get a seven. I thought Declan Rice was fantastic. I thought he was so, so good. Declan Rice. Yeah, excellent, excellent form of front. The talisman from Arsenal, I give Declan Rice a eight. My nodigard thought was really, really good as well. Obviously got the goal, really good goal from him. But he was pulling the strings. Linking up, really nice, give him an eight. Lewis Gellie, solid enough for Lewis Gellie. I wondered if it would be Bruno or him. Not surprised he kept with Lewis Gellie. We didn't even see Bruno, it's to be fair. So maybe that injury was sort of struggling. That was in McKell's mind. But I give Lewis Gellie a seven. Sacker a seven. I thought he tired in the second half. I was surprised. McKell waited as long as he did before taking off Sacker. Because I thought he looked a little bit tired. He brought Matt Awake on literally for basically injury times. Not to score with him. He might have made a really good save. I thought it was a good performance from Sacker. I give him a seven. I have that, I thought it was exceptional. A goal in, I mean, should get an assist. He won't get the assist.

13:21He'll go to Solis. But he should get an assist because that was top quality from him. And like I said, it was sort of fan-started to get this back a little bit. And that second in that first half, when he didn't take that shot. But aside from that, I just thought it was a top quality number nine performance from the kind of have us all over the pitch. He held the ball up well. Movement scored. Play the huge part in the second goal. And the kind of have us gets an eight from me. And over on the left again, I thought Solis, I just sort of checked it off half time. I didn't look on the social media half time just so that I put a tweet out when I thought the first half. And I didn't see it myself. But I saw some other people who I've followed on my timeline saying, why an earth are people criticizing Solis in that first half? And if they were, I do not understand that. I think that's just a weird, weird reaction to ask them not signing left wing up. Because I don't see how in that first half you can criticize Solis. I thought it was really, really good. I thought it was really good in the second half. I think you did the whole 90 minutes actually Solis. I don't think he went off. Or if he did, he was very, very late on. Now, obviously got the assist for the second goal. It was a constant threat. I thought, linked up well, touch was good.

14:23It was a really good performance with Chris Solis. I give him and eight. The subject came on. I'll probably give all those a mark tomorrow when I really sort of think about the substitutions. We saw Marino. Yoppero's, I thought, struggled when he came on. A couple of times he gave the ball away. I really should have held it up, but it was good to actually see Yoppero's get some minutes. Hopefully he gets some more of those and can start finding his form and finding his touches. The season starts to progress. They came on Marino, came on. Lots of charts for Marino throughout the game. I'll give the subs more of a mark in tomorrow's show when I really, really get some things about it. Those are my immediate reactions. That's my immediate reaction, my immediate ratings from today's game. Man of the match. I haven't seen it. Got it on Skype. That's a tough one. Who gets man of the match? I thought Raya was brilliant. I thought Rice was great. Maybe I have to give it a have it. Really for the goal, for his all-round play and for the assists that he won't actually get. But it was basically his assist with the dummy that led to Odegaard. Maybe I'll give it a have it.

15:23But it was very close. A flip at a coin between Rice, him and probably Raya as well. I thought it was actually the exit. Not a six for David Raya. Not a six.
