One woman was killed and 29 others were injured after a vehicle-ramming and stabbing rampage targeting the closing celebrations of the Christopher Street Day (Berlin Pride) parade on Saturday, July 25, 2026. German authorities classified the incident as an Islamist terror attack. The 21-year-old suspect, Abdul Ballout, was subsequently shot and killed by police the following day during a citywide manhunt.
