This is revenge Let me just say that that attorney general latisha james actually prosecuted people within New York state for the very same crime That she was being prosecuted for in Virginia That case was disposed of not because it went to trial or not because she was found innocent It was disposed of on a technicality because three federal judges violated the law the Constitution and the canon of ethics To claim that the prosecutor in that case linsey halogen a former lawyer for Donald Trump had been improperly appointed They also dismissed the case against former FBI director james komi For lying to congress about whether he had ever shared classified information with a third party and directed them to leak it in this case There was documentation that he had given them to a Legal colleague named Daniel richman and had instructed richman to leak the information to the New York Times

9:34An open and shut case based on the paper documentation, but once again that case was also dismissed on a technicality Based on the false premise that linsey halogen the pointed Acting US attorney for the eastern district of Virginia had been improperly appointed Which as I say is on appeal because it's incorrect now the larger issue here in New York is possibly to power how it's abused By low IQ thugs like latisha james with an axe to grind against the president James of course built a national profile through years of legal combat with president trump Including of course her civil fraud case against him a case that was Reverse to buy the upper courts president trump uh, and now is uh, I have to believe a is smiling somewhere Weasen found is now alleging that political card targets were selected first and then potential crimes Saw it afterward as joseph stollen said show me the man and I will show you the crime

33:53Trump's tariffs were portrayed as uniquely American departures from the global consensus But Besson's argument is that the consensus itself is moving because Chinese over capacity is no longer just an American complaint In other words Trumpism is spreading abroad when one country manufactures far beyond domestic demand pushes surplus goods into foreign markets and undercuts local producers the backlash travels very quickly Europe is feeling the effects of it even as we speak emerging economy seed as well American workers have lived with it for decades tariffs carried costs but the structural dispute is undeniable Besson is using the tariff wall as leverage Restricting access to American markets forces other countries to confront to confront diverting Chinese exports pouring into their own countries That means president Trump has given a stronger hand leading into expected meeting with the Chinese president

34:58Using paying later this month We're trade and artificial intelligence suspected to be on the agenda AI matters because the next industrial contest will be fought over chips Data centers energy and machine intelligence as much as over say steel and auto parts The strategic point is straightforward trade policies now national security policy under president Donald Trump President Trump is always innately realized that a great power who cannot make what it needs eventually answers to powers that can America spent decades assuming cheap imports will automatically abargan Believing in the free market like it was a religion The bill came later in lost factories lost capacity strategic dependence and essentially the destruction of America's working middle class We paid the price from our naive-tay, but president Trump is finally reversing the damage And America is going to be made great again when it comes to this front

36:01Me and my old president Trump may have lost the broad first round on birthright citizenship But the fight is back in a winning strategy for round two seems to be at hand in June The US Supreme Court rules six to three and Trump versus Barbara that the children born in the United States to parents who are Unlawfully or temporarily president our citizens at birth under the 14th amendment This is a distortion of what the 14th amendment was for But nonetheless the high court ruled that way that rejected the administration's original constitutional theory President Trump responded strongly in August with two narrower executive orders One directs agencies to withhold citizenship documents in certain cases involving children of members of designated forest terrorist organizations Some foreign government personnel and people allegedly using fraud to obtain their citizenship The second targets birth tourism through its visa and immigration enforcement

37:03Now this is not simply through the first order with new repackaging administrations now trying to work through narrower historical exceptions involving diplomats hostile forces and the meaning of the phrase subject to the jurisdiction of the United States That approach I think gives the administration a new legal argument that experts agree Is far more likely to achieve ultimate victory in the federal courts conservative scholars quoted by Fox among others Contend that long standing citizen exceptions leave room for President Trump's new orders The fight has therefore become more precise is no longer just the sweeping proposition that illegal or temporary presence Defeats birthright citizenship. It is now a battle over how historically recognized exceptions can be extended strategically the administration has dumped something familiar by removing the broad proposition narrowing the target and returning with a different legal theory

38:04This will give the courts less of an ability to punt on this critical issue or to rule incorrectly persistence can reopen a constitutional fight but only text context history and precedent can ultimately settle it The Trump administration is doing their due diligence to make sure that the scourge of birthright citizenship and its consequences of skewing America's demographic integrity indeed the makeup of the United States will no longer continue Unabated. 40:16For example defended trans gender participation in sports taxpayer financing of transgender surgeries He attacked ice embraced economic progressiveism and question whether Molten who was a a liberal Democrat was sufficiently committed to the Marxist priorities far left streamer Hassan Piker that guy's a piece of work who infamously infamously once said that America deserved what happened to us on 9-11 applauded the results as evidence that democratic voters cared more about Embracing far left policy than they did about age This follows a recent primary results that are far beyond the orcs It's not just the triumph of man domine is socialist ilken york. We've seen similar situations in Colorado and of course in Michigan Well where elsaid took the nomination over a nominal establishment liberal Democrat in state after state more radical candidates are defeating their more moderate

41:19But not moderate liberal challenges in big primaries the radical left to send and see continues to rise and gain more momentum with each contest How this will play out in the general election of course remains to be seen Meanwhile, democrats strategists have warned the positions on immigration socialism and cultural issues can be liabilities in competitive states my old competitor James Carville has raised this in a number of podcasts that I've noticed Marke's victory in Massachusetts demonstrates that in compensate and ideological dedication can easily overpower the establishment back efforts for any sense of moderation particularly if it is in a deep blue state So Seth Moton was younger by more than three decades and explicitly frame the race as a passing of the torch moment But the torch ultimately stayed right where it was in the hands of 80 year old ed Markey Markey showed how enthrased democrats will ultimately go as far left as necessary to protect their political power in their careers

42:23So what we saw in the base state is also lessons about the primary process Parties are shaped not by consultants describing the median voter But by people who act to show up to choose the nominees the rule is old and unforgivable But it is a fact the fact that builds the strongest primary constituency Ultimately will win the nomination contest and that's who dominates the party's future So just as Donald Trump has transformed the party that was once the party of the country clubs The party of Wall Street the party of the wealthy the party of the ruling elite into being the party of working class voters And middle class families Now you see the democrat socialist of america transforming the once great democrat party Into the party of Marxism That's where we are today now. This is crucial for the general election strategy

43:24What republicans must do is to convince people that socialism is not just a tag It's not just a title. It's not just a an accusation people need to understand in very stark terms what the impact of these socialist policies are high crime rates high taxes less personal freedom empty grocery store shelves And very dangerous neighborhoods This is the stark choice that faces us. This is the choice between freedom and socialism This is the fight in which the republicans have enormous financial advantage To get their message out as a Trump supporter as a 50 year friend of the president And one who criticizes the republican party from time to time But is a goldwater Reagan republican I'm waiting for rest of the party to get on board with Trump's message I'm Roger Stone welcome you do today to the stonezone.
