quasi here. And in today's video, I just want to cut right to the chase and get real vulnerable with you and share with you what kind of tests you're going to be faced with as a conscious creator of your life. If you embark on this journey to becoming your best self and discarding this old condition self and continuously leveling up and becoming freer and freer in the process. I want to share with you how my journey is evolved. The things I used to struggle with, the things that I struggle with now and basically how I've overcome them and the best way for you to overcome these tests because this is something that I don't really talk about a lot on the channel and over the past, I've been talking a lot about how to reprogram your subconscious mind, how to do affirmations, how to do all of this stuff. But this is, I believe, to be the most fundamental thing that you must know in order for you to become your best self and continually keep evolving and how I've done so and how I've been able to do so for myself. So let's go right ahead and get started. Something that I really struggle with personally is perfectionism. I have to always keep things perfect and everything is always black and white. I'm overly analytical, overly competitive. I always
want to be the best. I also struggle with a lot of ego. You know, I've realized that you know, this struggling with perfectionism, trying to get everything right and trying to, you know, have everything perfect does not serve you because in life nothing will ever be perfect. There's always going to be one or two things that don't go exactly your way. But it's always your attitude towards it that determines how your life will unfold. So to be completely frank with you up until today or, you know, a couple of days ago, everything in my life has been pretty much close to perfect. I wouldn't say perfect, but I've learned to deal with it and I've learned to accept it as I've grown. What basically happened was I just come to my attention, you know, in my business that my old accountant did something wrong with my taxes and I'm liable to paying a lot of taxes and a lot of penalties. And so this is something, you know, when I realized that this made me really anxious. I basically spent the whole day trying to sort this issue out with my new accountant and, you know, I'm thankful that I got rid of the old one and it's been making me really anxious, really afraid of what's going to happen. And the thing that bothers me the most is the uncertainty,
not knowing like how to deal with it because I'm someone who needs like, okay, well, this is plan A, this is plan B, this is plan C, right? But just not knowing what could happen and just having that complete faith, I have no choice but to have complete faith that things are going to work out, right? So this is kind of reminiscent of something that happened last year, which I'll talk to you about, and something that happened in the beginning of my journey when I took the leap and quit my full-time job, and you know, went all in into business. So it's that same feeling and it's this feeling that I haven't felt for a long time. But I remember that this feeling of this anxiety of this constant like mind wandering to that issue that's eating away at me, that's keeping me up at night, you know, I've been up at like four or five a.m. and that's, that hasn't happened in a very, very long time. And it's just kept me up and I just couldn't go back to bed. It's all I can think about. My attention is consumed. Thankfully, I found a way to sort out the issue, but I know that in this journey, a lot of these things happen and they are inevitable. They will definitely happen. This is the cost of doing business. This is the cost of you getting immersed in this journey because if you were in your comfort zone, nothing uncomfortable would happen, but also you would never experience growth. And I
always think going through these things of painful anxiety and just this fear is better than having regret at the end of your life that you haven't done anything worthwhile. That's why I feel that this is actually needed. This is necessary because anything that gives you this much pain, this much anxiety is trying to wake you up. It is a test life is throwing at us so that we can evolve into that next version of ourselves. Okay. So anything that you're going through right now, you're probably viewing it as an inconvenience. And while it may appear as an inconvenience, it really is something that is trying to wake you up. It's life throwing these tests at you and it keeps bothering you. The fact that it bothers you means that there is growth that can occur here. So I'll give you an example. When I first started off in this journey of entrepreneurship, not getting a sale made me really fearful and took me back to the roots of oh no, what if I never get a sale again? What if I never get a customer again? What if my business is doomed? What if I have to go back to a job? All of these old feelings would surface and then I would have to deal with them. And by the way, by the end of this video, I'm going to share with you the best way to deal with them so that you can pass these tests.
But I just want to share with you like what's happened with me so you can have more context so you know. Initially in my journey when I quit that full-time job and I went all out into business, I was in fully into the identity of a business owner, right? And I didn't know that these are the things that would happen. I wasn't accustomed to them. So anything that happened felt really like it shook me to my very core because I was so attached to things going well. Has that happened to you? You get so attached, things are growing great, but then one thing happens and that's the one thing that you can focus on, that one bad thing that you got to solve, right? You don't know how to let go of it. You don't know how to deal with it. So you keep trying to distract yourself by eating junk, you know, looking at solutions online, by keeping on checking your email, doing something compulsive that takes your attention away from it. But guess what you're doing when you take your attention away from it? You're taking your very attention away from something life is throwing at you to wake you up to help you grow, to help you evolve and settle into that best self, that next version of yourself. It's like defeating a demon to get to that next level in the game. So that's what I learned how to do and that's what I had to do. So for that month in my business, I had this one month, the very first month I decided to not quit my full-time job and just go into business,
I had zero clients and that just completely shattered me, that just shattered my world and I didn't know what to do. I was just crying every day, I don't know what I was doing with my life, I just felt completely uncertain, but I just had faith that somehow I had to keep going because this feeling still is better than regret. And because I kept going and I kept giving my attention to it and surrendering those feelings bit by bit. What happened to me was the feelings that were surfacing, the tests life were throwing at me. I took them in and I passed them by surrendering the emotions to them and then the energy freed up and life showed me ways in which I could get more clients due to that persistence, due to that faith, due to that patience. That's the lesson that I learned from it and then it happened again when I started actually getting clients and the business started doing well, I got attached to a particular revenue number. But then what I started to see was clients were becoming dissatisfied, they were requesting refunds and that completely shattered me. When I got my first refund request, I was like, oh my god, what's going on? This isn't supposed to happen, everything is supposed to go well, it shattered me. And I had that fear of,
oh no, what if more clients request refunds, what if everyone talks against me, what if people cancel me? And all these fears came up and I just didn't know what to do. And so I had this constant fear, I couldn't sleep at night until I started to give it instead of running away from it. So our natural reaction to all of these tests that come up that keep us up at night and you know it, you know what your personal kryptonite is. This is my kryptonite. The desire to have everything perfect all the time and it won't happen. It just never happens because if everything is perfect all the time, everything is hunky-dory, then you're too comfortable, then you're not doing something that's challenging you and that's no fun, then you're not gonna grow. The way to deal with it, the way most people deal with it right now and how I used to deal with it is I would try to distract myself, I would roll through Instagram or like some social media newsfeed and just try to get away from that feeling or eat like overeat, I would just eat like I think it's called stress eating, I would eat a lot of junk food like desserts like ice cream and stuff and just drown myself in that or watch television and I could feel when I was doing those activities, the feeling of pain and anxiety was still within me. But guess what, if something is within you, you can't run away from it. The only
way to deal with it is to run towards it. The only way to deal with your fears is to tackle them head on and anything you have a fear of, life or immediately throw it at you and test you with it. And that's just the only way, that's the only way for you to pass your tests. Because guess what, once I started to deal with those fears of first not getting any clients, when the business doesn't have a good stretch for a week or two weeks or three weeks or even a month, it doesn't bother me anymore because I'd already, I have the reference experience of what it felt like and I know that things will take care of themselves and I only know that because I've seen it play out. So even though it may bother me a little bit but it doesn't bother me like it used to because I dealt with it, I've passed that test. When clients become a little bit dissatisfied or request refunds, instead of thinking about, oh no, I'm losing all of this, everything that I gain, what if every single client does it? I don't think about it like that anymore. I think about it as, hey, there's a lesson here, why were they dissatisfied? What can I learn from this? How can I improve my products? How can I improve my services to make it a better experience for them? And based on those businesses improve so much, we've started getting more client results. So all of these tests actually become a blessing in
disguise, if you just stop running away from them. I actually made a detailed video showing you how to properly deal with your feelings, how to surrender them instead of suppressing them, instead of running away from them, instead of expressing them even or repressing them, the best way to deal with them is through the process of surrender. And to give it to you in the most accurate, the most simplistic way, surrender is when you instead of running away from what you're feeling, you put all of your attention on it. So for example, when I'm staying up late at night with these feelings, instead of running away from these feelings and trying to distract myself on my phone or something, I just sit with that feeling and feel it fully and accept it. I allow myself to feel them. It's okay to feel them. It's okay to go through this because most of the time when we learn all of this stuff, we don't think it's okay to feel these negative feelings because we think if we feel these negative feelings, then our things won't manifest. Isn't that your biggest fear? That what you want more manifest because you're allowing yourself to feel like shit today? Well, guess what? It will. It will happen. And you clearing this energy is actually a part of it
manifesting faster. So honestly, learning how to surrender has been the most important part of my journey and learning how to deal with these feelings has been the most important part of my journey because once you give it your attention, what happens is in the presence of this attention and this awareness that dense energy starts to get discombobulated, it starts to get lighter and lighter. It's kind of like the light of your attention makes it less dense, it clears it up, it gives it more entropy, right? It's concentrated right now in one point in your body, but then once you bring your attention to that point in your body where the anxiety or the feeling happens, and usually for most people, it's anywhere from the throat to the belly area. In your, the ancient yogis would call it the chakras, it happens somewhere in your solar plexus area, you bring your attention there, you allow yourself to feel those feelings, it starts to get progressively lighter. It's almost like when you stub your toe instead of trying to shake it off and running away from that pain, you stay still and you feel that pain and you'll see that over time that pain so quickly, just subsides, that's exactly what surrender is like. Make sure you check out that
video on surrender, I hope this video was helpful for you and I hope you now understand that these tests, all of the challenges that you're facing right now, all of the fears that are coming up, you need to deal with it. That is your energetic block that's preventing you from getting up to the next level, it's very, very simple. Your worst fears are coming to life, my worst fears are coming to life, you know, I've never had a problem with the IRS before and I don't really have a problem right now, but I'm just preemptively taking care of it, but because the nature of this mind, how I operate is such that I start to worry about things further in advance, like, oh, what if that could happen, what if this could happen? So I want to solve it right now and I want to get things perfect now. So this is something that I'm dealing with in my personal journey. Once you have awareness of your personal kryptonites, you become unstoppable. Thank you so much for watching, I hope this was helpful. If you're new to this channel, make sure you like, comment, subscribe, make sure you watch that reference video where I go into detail about how to let go and how to pass those tests, and I'll see you guys in the next video.
