Tonight I opened the show with Eric Von Essex and a very English grumble about the heat, the odd light from the eclipse, and what this relentless weather might mean for crops, gardens and the wider food supply. That led us into a lively discussion about preparedness, local farming, hedgerow foraging and the simple wisdom of keeping practical stores in the house. Robin Hood then joined me to preview the legal ground he planned to cover on his Friday show, including questions around courts, jurisdiction, policing, language and how ordinary people might begin to challenge systems they believe are being misrepresented to them.

In the second hour, after more conversation ranging from food, farming, culture and politics to books and old-fashioned common sense, Richard Cumbers joined me from Ireland. We talked about the Pain Genie, energy medicine, self-care, suppressed technologies, the limits of conventional medicine and the importance of understanding health through energy, frequency and personal responsibility. It made for one of those wide-ranging evenings where weather, law, food, history and healing all seemed to connect into the same bigger picture.
