So let's cover some of the myths. First myth is soft leadership skills work. Now what is soft leadership skills? There are many different forms of management. Some people they manage by dictatorship. I tell you what to do. My way of the highway you get fired. That's it. Do exactly what I say. That's the dictatorship. It might have worked many many years ago. Does it work now? No. Some people now the new age they want to manage by concerns. Want to match everybody's on the same page. Mature everybody loves each other. Mature everybody hugs the tree. Mature everybody's on board. Yes? So managed by concerns. Now does that work? Yes? No maybe. Question mark. No. Okay so managed by concerns. Managed by many different styles. So some people manage by dictatorship.

Some people manage by concerns. I manage by persuasion. I manage persuasion. I find out what makes them take their personality type. What are their goals and dreams? And I find out what makes them take and I manage accordingly. So not dictatorship. Not concerns. Persuasion. So they want to work because it's that that's interest to work hard. Not because I force them to work hard. Not because I want them to work hard. And I don't even care so much. Some people they like me. Some people they don't like me some boys. But for sure they damn they respect me. It's not about being light. Not about being light. Okay. So here's a truth. We peed off after me. Good leaders. Good leaders. Inspire work. Good leaders. Inspire work. You notice a company. The best businesses have the best leaders. I'll say it again. The best businesses have

the best leaders. So you notice the people working around the leaders they work hard. If that person is a good leader they work hard. Not because the leader is micro managing. Not because the leader is always on the back. Not that they want to work hard because the leader inspires them to work hard. Think back in terms of let's say religious leaders. Jesus. Buddhist. The religion. What are they doing? People. Do people sacrifice for their religions? Yes. Yes. Some people die for their religions. Yes. Do they get paid? No. But why do people do that? Because there is a leader and there's a vision and there's a group. There's a culture. And they follow that leader. So in terms of good leaders to good leaders inspire work. Now does it take vision? Yes. Does it take clarity? Yes. Does it help

if you have charisma as a leader? Yes. All those things. And that's why it's not easy to be a leader. So that's truth number one. Good leaders inspire work. I learned that a great leader is a man or woman who has the ability to get other people to do what they don't want to do and like it. Get other people to do what they don't want to do and actually like it. Okay. One of my favorite quotes. What is it about? It is about willing your team members to over achieve. What's the work? Over achieve about carrying your mission that you inspire your team to push the envelope. Competing at the highest level about refusing to fail and making the sacrifices needed to win. You can only do that if you have a mission. And your mission here's the problem with most entrepreneurs. Most people entrepreneurs begin to business. They're very self-centered. They focus on what do I get? If I

ask you the question, why are you in business and if your answer is I just want to make some money to pay the bills. Or I just want to make some money to be able to buy some nice things. Does that inspire anybody? No. It definitely doesn't inspire your employees. They need something bigger and larger. Got it? They need something they could believe in. So you got to think bigger. Whatever your vision is for your company, you got to think bigger. You go back and thinking, well, I just want to make enough to pay off my debt. You tell that to your employee. What's the mission for the company? I just want to make enough to pay off my debt. Great. Sure. I want to follow that leader. You want to follow a leader like that? No. You want to follow a leader who's making a difference. Who's making an impact. Who is contributing. Who is in it more than for himself or herself. Yes? Think about it.
