RAYS POSTCAST: The Tampa Bay Rays BLANK the Toronto Blue Jays

The Tampa Bay Rays shut out the Toronto Blue Jays, winning 4-0. The Rays got the scoring started in the 2nd inning. With 2 outs and no one on the Rays racked up 5 straight singles to take a 3-0 lead. That would be the only scoring until the 6th inning. Thats when Carson Williams would hit a moonshot to left field for a solo homer to take a 4-0 lead. The Pitching was the story in this one for the Rays. Shane Baz got things started and went 5 IP only giving up 2 hits striking out 4. The Rays pitching staff as a whole only allowed 4 hits in the win. The Rays will continue the home stand tomorrow night against the Red Sox.
