RAYS POSTCAST: The Tampa Bay Rays GET PUMMELED by the New York Yankees

The Tampa Bay Rays suffer one of their worst losses of the year, losing to the New  York Yankees 13-3. After a two hour weather delay the Yankees came out swinging. They hit 3 straight homers in the 1st inning off Shane Baz to make it 3-0. The Yankees would add on 2 more with a w run home run to make it 5-0. The Rays would answer with 2 runs in the bottom of the 2nd to make it 5-2. But the Yankees would not stop hitting home runs. The game went from 5-2 to 12-2 by the 6th inning thanks to 4 more home runs by the Yankees. The Yankees would hit another homer in the 9th after the Rays scored a run in the bottom of the 8th to make it 13-3. The Rays broke a franchise record with 9 home runs given up. Shane Baz started tonight for the Rays and continued to struggle. He went 3 IP 7 hits and 6 runs. The Rays will look to bounce back tomorrow night.
