RAYS POSTCAST: The Tampa Bay Rays PITCHING DOMINATES the Cleveland Guardians

The Tampa Bay Rays blank the Cleveland Guardians, winning 4-2. The Rays for the 8th straight game scored first. Christopher Morel hit a RBI single to make it 1-0 in the first inning. Carson Williams would hit a RBI single in the 4th inning to make it 2-0. The Rays would add 2 more runs in the 6th inning highlighted by a RBI sac bunt by Carson Williams to make it 4-0. The Pitching staff was the difference in this one for the Rays. It started with Ryan Pepiot who went 5 IP and did not give up any hits striking out 4. The Rays pitching staff as a whole only gave up 3 hits the entire game. The Rays bullpen shut down the Guardians the last 4 innings to secure the win. The Rays look to win their 8th game in a row tomorrow night.
