Room temperature and then I spread it. So good. Because when you, oh, when you are doing your toast on butter or crock or some butter, it's so easily spread. You don't have to like, like go like, right. Yeah. It's so. You know what I don't care for? You know when you go to certain restaurants and there's like a rectangle of butter and tarzorak.
