It's upbeat energy, but it's got a little bit of, you know, just, it's angry too. Hold on. There's some anger to it. It seems like other things are going on in life, but I'm still going to celebrate. I'm going to move on. That's it, yeah. A lot of people let him down, but he's going to still celebrate. It's 71, there was a lot of things going on in the world. Yeah, it was a rough time. Vietnam. Vietnam. Yeah, lots of stuff going on. So there are some things happening. Can't stay. Yeah, thank you. Yeah, so I thought they, they, rare earth came in there. I think they came in with energy. They were angry. A tinge of anger. Yes, it wasn't direct, it wasn't straight, political. They didn't, they didn't go after a certain president or anything like that. No, it did sound like that. I really enjoyed it. I wouldn't call it walk up. If I walk, if I was, if I, if that was, if it was walk up, I'd be confused where I was walking into. I'd be kind of like, hold on, what's going on in there?

4:09But I'd like to song. And I would never turn it off. And I can go baseline. I go baseline seven eight to seven nine. Okay. And then I'm going to go with an eight to two two. Okay. Eight to two two. Go ahead, see your little higher than me. The music's interesting and lyrics are interesting. You can just get away with, with, if the song is good and it's good, you know, like the, the instrumental parts are good. You can just write, don't let it all get you down. No, no. So not not terrible scores day Rick. It appeared Rick as if any one of us in the studio could have wrote the song. Scribbled everybody except for coaches suspended. Wow. What do you want? Wow. Believe it or not, my runways get short like an Amazon primary airplane and I got to make sure that every day is the best day. Your runways getting short. Yeah. Same with us. Yeah. What's that? 8:10Same with me. Same with me. Yeah. You got a few more years left. Yeah. Yeah. You start looking up at that seven number and you're like, okay, well, I'm going to have a good time. I don't care what anybody says. Too soon. Too soon. So rare. This is the band. Rare. Rare. And they were a big part of my coming up. Okay. And these guys were very unique. In fact, if you look at their description, they were the genre was described as psychedelic soul. Okay. Funk rock, progressive rock, psychedelic rock and blues rock. They couldn't figure out what these guys were. Okay. And I saw them live and I'll tell you that story in a second. But they were very unusual and they were really, really good players, like really good.

9:10And but for whatever reason, as most of these bands go, you know, they, they, they were around for about four or five years. And then it, it, it kind of went away. But they had three or four really, really good hits. And they were the first, I think they were the first white band sound, signed by Motown. They were on the Motown label. And that was very unusual in those days, guys. We're talking 1970, 71. And coach, you're right. This is Vietnam. And people forget. They don't realize how important that was in our world at that time. And you know, people just because we have so much information hitting us in the face all day every day now. People think, oh my god, the world's crazy. The world has been crazy for a long time. And it was crazy back then. And I just missed the draft. I was supposed to go in the, you know, I mean, I was, well, very last year of the draft was when I was a senior in high school.

10:13And some of my friends went and we had a lottery system back then. And I got a really high number and then like two months later, Nixon canceled the draft. But yeah, they were crazy times. People were getting drafted everywhere. And they were going over there. And this is the kind of music that they listened to over there. And so if you go watch, you know, movies of that era, this is the kind of music that was in the air at that time. So it would, they were an important band. And we'll get to that in a second. But I saw these guys in Omaha at the Omaha Civic Auditorium. You guys remember that? Of course. Of course. It was downtown there right off the freeway. Right. Big building. And it was a big oval. It was bigger than perjuring. And usually the band set up in the middle. So you would sit on the sides. And you would be looking across.

11:13And I remember going to this concert like it was yesterday. And these guys were so flipping good. And I can't remember who else was playing. But one really unusual thing about them, they were white guys. They sounded like they were soul or funk or R&B. But the drummer was the lead singer. Oh. Peter Rivera. Now try playing drums and sing and lead. Try playing drums and sing and anything. I mean, that requires extra special power. Because you're kicking it with the drums. And you're having to sing these melodies and all that. That ain't easy. No. Okay. So, you know, it's like dribbling a basketball with one hand and throwing a football with the other or something. You know. It's just weird. But they also had a mafia connection. This is another thing people don't understand. Back in those days, the mob owned a lot of music. Okay. Okay. And they would take these guys and they'd give them some money.

12:15They'd say, here's 50 grand and we own you forever. And they would steal all the royalties and all that. So there was some of that going on. Jimmy Hoffa. Yeah. That's what it was. It was crazy. Crazy times. You know, the mob was big and Vietnam and all that. And that was the most, some of the most creative music that ever came out of ever was during that period. So it's pretty cool. So with that in mind, this is a forgotten gem. Okay. That's what we're doing. Sump the cippers and the toes. Here we go. We're going to talk about rare earth. We're going to talk about metals. Okay. Meadows. You know, there's a mine down in an elk creek in Nebraska that's producing rare earth metals. Did you know that? No. It had no earthly idea about that. Yeah. Where's that? It's called NioCorp and you can buy stock in it. It's on the stock exchange. NIOCorp. NIOCorp. And they are producing rare earth metals.

13:17So, sit first question. It looks. Rare earth metals are critical in industrial use, including military use and other uses. Name the metal in catalytic converters. Oh. In your car. Is it silver, gold or platinum? Catalytic converter. Silver. You're going to see the platinum. Didn't see that one come in metals. Oh for one. This is a metal sort of like a class we're taking. Yes. Metal. We're learning right now. Rare earth metals. Okay. Wow. Oh, really interesting. See if Bill can get one right. Goat. Jay Paul Getty, the richest man in the world at one time, once said the following metal was the only real currency in the world.

14:17Did he say it was gold, silver or platinum? Well, it sounds so easy, right? Yeah. It does. I'll just go with the easiest one. I'll just say it. Gold. Yeah. You're going to die, man. Brilliant. I don't think I should even get a diamond from the gold. I don't know if that's brilliant. You didn't overthink it, Bill. But with your gut, it was right. Okay. By the way, if you don't buy the one any gold, if you don't own any gold, all the breakers out there, everybody can buy small amounts of gold. Doesn't require a lot of money. You should. Really? Why?
