Harvey Proctor has come out and said that the BBC has made a mockery of due process in

treating a police interview as proof of wrongdoing. He says yes allegations must be taken seriously

and investigated rigorously, but we must withhold judgment until the facts can be properly tested.

So this old does look weird. Now Harvey Proctor was himself, I'm not sure exactly what,

but he was involved in he was he was allegations were wrongly made against him a long time ago.

And he was he was sort of his reputation was was tarnished in the media.

He may have provided a perfectly innocent account of everything alleged. We simply don't know

how we respond to this news matters. And then there's references to Kevin Spacey and Harvey Proctor,

who spiked online says, let me see, so the fabricated allegations made against Proctor were repeated

for years by prominent figures before being exposed as pure fiction.

So yeah, it's true. We simply do not know, but the fact that the BBC sacked him makes him look guilty.

And it can have a very damaging impact on people when, you know, if the police
