The 15-meter bronze monument depicts a Soviet soldier smashing a border post varying Japan's imperial chrysanthemum with the butt of his rifle.

The measure is restricted addictive features for users under 16 and require platforms to verify user ages. Another law known as Adam's Law requires AI companion chatbots to conduct child safety assessments, establish crisis protocols, and provide parental controls. The new rules also require chatbots to tell children when they're interacting with AI and limit their use by default to one hour continuously and two hours a day.
