Self Worth: A Journey

For The October episode, I am speaking with Deborah Weed; Author and illustrator of inspirational books for children and adults alike; creator of Paisley the Musical, a motivational speaker and the founder of the Self Worth Initiative.

We are discussing Self Worth as an inherent part of the soul, and how we can work with this frequency to find meaning in our lives and to release the burden of unworthiness. Deborah shares her own journey on the path of self-acceptance; through serious health issues and medical misdiagnosis, doubt and lack of self-belief, even being misunderstood by those around her. All of the things she has learnt and now integrated as soul wisdom, as well as her passion to inspire others in reclaiming their power through creativity and authentic self-expression.

We talk about the process of grief and the spiritual truth that love transcends all. The way our "scars" or challenges, those parts of the self we can't accept, can turn out to be our greatest gifts, transformed into wisdom and beauty. And also discuss how to find meaning and hope in your life, even when everything seems darkest.
