Sheikh Sultan Bin Ahmed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, inaugurated "Sana" Solar Power Plant, the first of its kind in Sharjah. The plant has a capacity to power 13,780 homes and will reduce 66,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions annually.
