1:03I am not sure. I received a text about 6.35 this evening. Can you catch up for meeting later in the week and then hear it on TV? So, a little bit disappointing that gets leaked out before I've had a chance to think about it, but that's the industry in Rory. That was James Herd on Fuddy Classified on Tuesday night. Still being asked, is there a role for him at Essident? He was a little bit disappointed that a conversation that he thought was private, just sitting the same here. Sam had been leaked already. Yeah, it just seems for whatever reason and I'm not really sure that Essident and James Herd can't untangle themselves from each other. That's what it appears to me from afar. I mean, Mark McVay was given the job, so James has missed out on the coaching job twice now. I honestly thought, and I was watching Fuddy Fernos the night that he found out, Jimmy, and you know, you put some really fair questions to him. And I got the sense listening to James that because there might be some other clubs involved

2:05that he would end up at another club. Now, he's still might. He's still might, but I'm confused from Essident's perspective why they're still reaching out to James. They have their coach. Why are they texting him asked asking to catch up? Because they've lost a lot of stuff with Brad Scott leaving. They've pretty much all there. I think Brent Stanton's their only coach they've got. So they do need to fill a lot of roles at the football club where Mark McVay would like James to be in a role. Oh, I'm with you Sam. I don't like seeing the way it's playing out where James may, because Eddie spoke after that. Eddie sort of put a theory forward that maybe the club wants this out, James, because you think that maybe they don't want you, but they put it out there that they tried. I don't just don't like hearing that in that sense because I know Mark McVay would like him in a role, but I'd just like them to sort of out how long does it take here? Either in or you're out. Yeah.

3:06Find a role and not sort of have it because you do. I want some, that's just picked their coach. So now can they try and all get on the same page and move forward as a football club? I said this a few months ago, Jimmy. I think it was at this desk and I have to say it again. I don't think it serves the club nor do I think it serves James and his development for them to get back together in any way, in any shape or form. Like I think his best opportunity and I've watched him a lot on your show. I've watched him a lot on classified. He speaks so amazingly about the game and everyone at Port Melbourne loves him. Yep. I would just love for him to end up at another club and hone his craft there. And then in, you know, three to five years time when we're talking about who needs another coach, well, you know, his name will get brought up. I just, I know that it's easy for me to sit here as an outsider and say that. And I know that there's a lot of emotion between James and the club over what happened.

4:08And I'll never be able to understand that the way that James is. I wasn't there when it happened. And I, and from the club's perspective, I won't either.
