Today's title is, three keys to navigating a complicated world. It was not uncommon for Paul to wax elegant when teaching theology, going deep in the weeds, especially in his letter to the Romans. Yet he was also very practical when it came to application. Here he gives a simple, concise recipe on how to thrive in a complex cultural landscape. Rejoice in our confident hope. That means celebrate and walk tall because you have an unshakable hope in who Jesus is and who you are in him. Be patient in trouble. That means when trouble comes, you can persevere and stay resilient because of your confident hope in consistent prayer life. Keep on praying. That means enjoying an ongoing conversation with God throughout your day, praying without ceasing and intentionally holding God in your thoughts.
