Yesterday or two days ago, we were talking about Steve Balmer being fined 30 million. 30 million. Okay, so just think of it this way. 30 million bucks, he gets fined. His net worth is $152 billion. $151. Masamenos. So I said, is that the equivalent of like one of us being fined 50 bucks? Right. So it's all the Microsoft money, right?

1:03Yeah. He was like employee number 20 for Microsoft. I do believe and then was a CEO for 20 years or something like that. So he's got all the dough. But what is the equivalent of being fined 30 million dollars for like a schlep? $152 million. What is the the common man or the middle class equivalent, I guess? Someone looked it up. Hard line. This is Chad. Just was listening to Fortby talk about Steve Balmer and the clippers being fined. And he started talking about math and which peaked my interest. So I started to do the math and Fortby wasn't far off. Steve Balmer is worth $152 would be like if I was worth $100,000, he would be like me paying $19.66 in a fine. So just under 20 bucks in a fine is what the Balmer thought find.

2:06If you look at everything relative to his net worth. So anyway, I thought that was cool. Thanks for bringing that up, Cory. That was fun. Yeah, but at the same time, you know Balmer hates pressing send on that 30 million wire to the NBA headquarters. Does he? Yes. Or is he laughing at it? I don't know. Maybe he is. But I just you always hear like the the richer someone is the more of a tight wad they are. Well, it's like with with with live with that that Saudi piff fund that is worth trillions and trillions. They gave up it because they were losing a couple of hundred million, which again, the equivalent of that for what they have is probably a dollar. But it's like look, we're not doing this and going well. So you're probably right. People have that money for a reason. Yeah, they don't just like to hear they're not in the habit of giving it away. I feel like people with that much money.

3:08Like I know Cody Campbell is different. But they would be upset sending out money for no return on a football player, which is what you get. You get nothing. Which is just crazy to me that there are so many people that are willing to do it. You are getting nothing out of this outside of like the joy of knowing that you paid for. I guess like a high five at the at the bar when you win the ACC championship game like, all right. But you get nothing back. Yeah, we're not doing this. I don't want to applaud to win it. He roots for a and M. It's weird. Okay, one more. What was the topic on this? Oh, so this is regarding the ebra. You recently you surpassed 100. Yeah, you hit the century mark. And then you just had one oh one last week. I didn't hear this morning work in progress.

4:09I didn't hear who they awarded this morning. Does anybody know you? You. For what yours? Cody Dixon. Oh, okay. Good. I'm just I'm glad it wasn't for forgetting about the existence of the red river rivalry. Being the cotton bowl. Did you hear that yesterday? Yes. He was like, we're like talking about the Texas schedule and he was volume shooting yesterday. And he was like, yeah, that game's an Austin. Well, no, no. The OU game is always there. I just wanted to crawl under the table. That was a bad one. Okay, well good. I'm glad that I won something. But no, so this P1 wants to ask. Does the, I guess the awarding of the ebrake and the volume of ebra. Is that correlate to your quality as a broadcaster? Okay. Hey, Dills, I've just been so excited about Corey's ebrake 100 and 101st wins. I just haven't been able to sleep. It's really got me wondered.

5:09Is he the most like turnover prone host and a dawn of in the least? Does that make Donovan the greatest broadcaster? I feel like in minutes per broadcasting time. Donovan has to have the lowest amount of ebrakes. And is that just because he's an amazing broadcaster? Or is he really lucky? Because I feel like just about any other week, Donovan would have won the ebrake when Corey won his 101st until the Charles Haven incident. So anyways, love you guys. Caleb in the mid cities. Y'all think we've got to ask. So. All right. So George is in first. Well, Norm Norm first then George Gordon you. Yeah. So you're still you've eclipsed the century mark, but you are still lagging behind the legends of the ebrake. Right. I'm like they're like 35 or 36. They're like joke of itch, Federer and Adal at the very, very top. And I'm a little Carlos just trying to climb my way up the ladder.

6:10Just trying to make your name. Yeah. It's a it's a longevity thing. It is, but also it's also a swing for the fence is thing. Yeah, it it kind of depends because you would have to do some analytics on each individuals ebrake ratio because some of them are making mistakes. And as he says, turning it over, being turnover prone. But then others are just like you said swinging for the fences, making everybody laugh or making everybody lay out. Yeah. So it's it's not always a screw up. And so I don't know that it's so cut and dried, but I mean, I think Donnie is of all of us up here, probably the smoothest broadcaster. Yeah, he's maybe maybe maybe Craig Miller.

7:11I think it kind of fits. Yeah, we're just donna been being kind of smooth guy. Because when he's off the air, he doesn't make any mistakes either. Yeah. But I mean, all of us, especially when you're just having to talk for two, three, four hours, you know, you're just going to be able to make mistakes. None of us are like network level personality who are just gifted to be able to say anything off the cuff and not ever make a mistake. No, we're college radio level broadcasters. Who got lucky? Who got lucky. But also, I think most of us grew up the same way where our goal was with our friend group. And I think that's why we're going to be able to make the other ones laugh the hardest. Oh, absolutely. Like that was the only goal that I ever had with all my friends in Arlington and then all my friends over in college was how can I make them laugh?

8:15And you prepared for this. Yes. You've been preparing for as you were five. I was, yes, I was class clown. I was the class clown in elementary school. Yeah. I was a drama nerd in high school. I was always cracking jokes with my roommates in college as an adult. All we would do was get together and try and crack each other up and stay up until four in the morning. Right. Just telling stories and joking around. Yeah. 100%. I think. So yes, your whole life prepares you to do this job. Right. I had so much fun doing that that this seemed like a natural transition to be a poor broadcaster who tried to make people laugh. Yes. Yes. If you make people laugh enough, they will overlook your shortcomings. Right.
