And when care is urgent, these delays can be disastrous.
These practices cost billions in wasteful spending, driving up costs for American families.
But while big insurers put up barriers, America's hospitals and health systems are in your corner.
Navigating endless reviews and appeals to get you the care you need when you need it most.

But tonight, did you want to get into NCAA tournament here?
Sure.
Because tonight, it is the sweet 16.
Of course, you get four games tonight.
Four games tomorrow will have the elite eight over the course of the weekend and come Sunday evening.
We will know who the final four heading to Indianapolis will be.
But some good matchups tonight.
As I mentioned, I think it was earlier this week.
Might have been Monday talking about how while the opening round is a lot of fun.
You get some upsets and maybe a little bit of chaos.
Regional final weekend.
You get some really good basketball.
You do the only thing I kind of hate about it.
And I know you.
I wish they would start some of these games a little bit early.
So you could watch a little more of each game.
Because you have the Texas Purdue game that's going to tip off at 610.
And then the second game and again, we're here in Texas.
So I think our eyeballs will be fixated on them.
It's just 20 minutes later.
You have the tip of another game and they do the exact same thing with the nightcap, which I would.
Love to enjoy both of those games.
The both Arkansas and Arizona is 840.
I think both of those games are going to be fantastic.
But you got to kind of choose which battle you're going to watch and kind of go back and forth.
But that's the only complaint I would have if you have these games started a tad bit earlier.
But I know they do it for television and you're going to have CBS and TBS with true TV with both of those games.
But man, I think the back half of those games tonight both are going to be really good.
Texas Purdue is going to keep our eyeballs because we're both Texas fans.
And they're the lowest seed left.
So you're trying to see if they can advance to the lead eight with Purdue.
And I don't know what it's talking about Purdue.
I just know the last game they play was really good and we'll see how Texas can fail out.
Some people are saying that Texas has a really good shot.
They do and winning this game.
Sure, advancing.
I would love to see that.
I'd love to see Purdue go down even though I pick Purdue to advance past Texas.
Yeah, in this matchup.
But I think the one and you brought this up earlier.
The one thing to look at is there are some guys playing tonight that the maps may have their eye on in the potential lottery, depending of course where they pick him.
Illinois's got a couple of guards who are very interesting.
Darius Acuff at Arkansas.
You get a chance to watch him tonight and you know he's going to put up.
I mean, hell, he could go for 40 for all we know.
Now Arizona is a better team.
But any of these games, that's what I think when you get down to this point.
It's not Texas beating Purdue, even in 11 and two, Iowa beating Nebraska and in 9 and 4.
None of those games would be surprising if the lower seeded team one.
It's not well seed wise.
It may be an upset.
It's not some colossal shock.
Most of these games, the line is within Arizona is an eight and a half point favorite over Arkansas.
We'll see if that comes a fruition.
Arkansas is pretty good.
But Arizona, man, they have just been all the one seeds in the tournament this year are very, very good.
Florida already got knocked out.
So Iowa is saying, hey, we can take down the defending national champions.
Nebraska's not what Florida was.
We wouldn't think and that's why that Nebraska's on this stage.
They've never been to this point in the tournament in basketball before ever.
First tournament win ever.
Yes, was in the first round and now they make it to the sweet 16.
So you're going to get a team that you did not expect.
Even though they were a four seed, no one think of the thought that Nebraska would make it this far.
And these two teams are going to fight out the sea.
Who's going to make it to the elite eight?
I think it's the the guard Brandon Burries that I was thinking about in Arizona.
That is projected to go around eight nine to 10.
So if you look at the Mavericks and I know they have like the fifth, but is it five or six?
Maybe six right now.
Yeah, six right now.
And you know, as a team, you can go down in a draft, maybe two or three spots from where they are.
Things don't go are, we know one of the teams with the lesser eyes will move up.
It can move you down.
So you got to start looking at all these guys options.
And he plays the guard position where the where the Mavericks are lacking the most.
To see start seeing some of these individuals.
If you don't have a dog in the fight, you see some of the individuals.
If you're a Mavericks fan to see if maybe they can fit on the team.
But a cup, I think is gaining a lot of steam.
Not just with Dallas, but in the drafting itself.
So even if you pick six or fifth or six, I feel like if you're at five, he'll be there.
Because it feels like the top four are pretty locked in as far as who's going to be selected in the top four.
So between five, six, seven, eight, nine and 10 is a lot of movement and about what you need.
And there are a lot of guards in that area that will be available to pick.
So a cuff, I feel like it's the bell of the ball.
As far as the guys that are remaining concerned.
But you write Illinois, Arizona, both have guards.
You need to be on the lookout for them.
Flimmings just in case the Mavericks move down on where they are, where they are.
I wonder if they had their choice between Flimmings and a cuff.
Keep Wagler the guard from Illinois.
He's a big guy. He's six six and he could probably maybe more of a shooting guard.
But who they fancy because we all think it's just going to be a cup because it's going prowess.
But man, he has a deficiency on defense.
He really does.
He doesn't talk about what kid wants and why he won't play guys.
And it's always pointed at the defensive end.
These dudes aren't really good on defense.
So they don't get play in time.
Is that something?
And if he has a say in it, what he would say about him playing here for the Mavericks.
I don't know.
I would think you will go, man, that dude can put the ball in the hole.
That's what you want.
But it's the complete game.
And he has a lot of work to do on that.
And it's really difficult, I think, to make a guy who is not really good on the defensive end
to say, well, we're going to teach you how to play.
You're not playing really good defense in college.
Yeah.
Now take the step up to the NBA and you just think all the men have learned.
Come on.
We can teach that guy to do what he needs to do.
So I think those are serious questions that they're going to ask.
But man, he is, he's raising his stock defensive deficiencies or not.
His stock is rising big time.
Yeah, he's been fun all year.
I mean, he is Arkansas's go-to guy.
Yeah, he can put up.
I mean, seriously, I wasn't kidding when I said he could go for 40.
Like he's capable of doing that.
He is.
He's that type of score.
So it should be a fun night of basketball watching tonight.
It's going to be interesting to see who emerges.
Are we going to get in again, man?
I know Texas is an 11 and technically you're the underdog,
but it's just not the same as if it was a George Mason or a VCU.
If you saw Texas take down Purdue and they're right up in the regional final.
It's different with an opportunity to go to a final four,
which would be kind of wild since Sean Miller is taken over.
And the Texas team that probably I would imagine thought they underperformed
a little bit this year.
And now they show up and they lost to forget what it was like in the regular season
like they're like five out of the last six or whatever.
It's not like they had a great big 12 turner.
Excuse me, SEC tournament.
And then you come in here and all of a sudden you just take down two teams
that were supposed to beat you.
And quickly on the cowboy front,
the news I wanted to get out there is that Texas tech is having their pro day
and shot in Himer.
Will McClay, they're all right there front and center.
Also see that they are going to host a key on to Scott for a visit.
He's a corner back out of Miami.
They are doing their due diligence before the draft is concerned.
And man, it just again, we'll we have about a month to go before we actually
get into the draft,
but just the news that's coming down and players may be falling a bit still
rising on the board.
And we feel like sunny styles.
It's just a no go when he was mocked a ton.
Does that knock a guy down that was projected to go pretty highly?
Yeah, to maybe the in the Cowboys range where this Caleb Downs
are Ruben Bay and feels like that.
That's a pipe dream because Ruben Bane.
I'm curious to see because he started to slip a little bit.
David Bayley.
I think it's the daily is going to be going.
I can't imagine that.
And I still be shocked if Caleb Downs was there at 12.
I'm Adam Divine Chief fundraiser for Children's Miracle Network.
Will fund it up.
It'd better be fun.
