Well, I continue to be surprised by events over at Fox Television where they have just let Maria Bartiromo, who to me was their single greatest talent. One of the best investigative reporters, one of the best interviewers in media today, they suspended her from the air. Reports that she had been fired are incorrect. In fact, she has a contract with Fox that takes her through 2029. Problem with that means that if she's bound by that contract, she does not have the ability to appear anyplace else. I for one will really miss her reporting, but I'm not the only one President Donald Trump on told his living over Fox News of Buck filing of Maria Bartiromo, who he agrees with

3:19as me was one of the network's most prominent pro-Trump personalities. This is a hard lesson, unfortunately, that we've seen before. Kimberly Guilfoyle, Lou Jobs, Bill O'Reilly, Tucker Carlson, back when he was a Trump supporter. All of them learned the hard way that, well, the folks at Fox seem to care more about money or perhaps its political correctness. There are reports that Bartiromo was suspended because she wanted to cover President Donald Trump's national address in which he pointed out that the Chinese Communist had illegally and elicitedly obtained 200 million U.S. voter records. To me, that's a huge national story. One has to wonder why the powers that be at Fox did not want Bartiromo to cover that story if that report is accurate. I have to note that this is the final weekend for summer style.

4:23After Labor Day, no more silk, no more seersucker, no more linen, no more two-tone spectator shoes that I'm so fond of, I have to turn my straw Panama Optimo hat in for a felt humbure. So my favorite season of men's style summer has now passed and those are the rules. Now people can ask me, well, what if I live in Florida or what if I live in a warm climb? No. The rules are the rules. No white after Labor Day until Memorial Day. And that's the way it is. Meanwhile, the Lindsey Clancy jury has reached the astonishing point where 12 people cannot unanimously decide criminal responsibility after the defendant admitted killing all three of her children in a shocking crime. Clancy strangles her children ages 3, 5, and 8 respectively in the family home in January 2023.

5:23Prosecutors argue that she created an opportunity by sending her husband away and acted deliberately. The defense maintained that severe postpartum psychosis left her legally incapable appreciating the wrongfulness of what she was doing. Frankly, this is shocking to me and makes very little sense. After more than 38 hours of deliberation, jurors told the judge, William Sullivan, for a third time that they could not agree. Their latest notes said with a heavy heart that unanimity that is required by law was impossible. Sullivan moved towards declaring a mistrial while allowing the offense to seek emergency appellate relief. The facts in this case make the inability to reach any verdict deeply unsettled to me. Legal system can recognize psychiatric disease without allowing sympathy to swallow accountability altogether. Prosecutors presented evidence of the planning, the three defensive children ending up dead,

6:25and Clancy does not dispute that she killed them. When undeniable acts become submerged beneath therapeutic explanations, the victims begin disappearing from the story. That's what's happened here. Particularly the cult of personality that has developed around Clancy with thousands of impressionably. Self-important women glued to TikTok, believing they are finding out the real truth about the case. One in actuality, what they're doing is public relations for a murdering fiend. Hopefully, if the mistrial goes through, the new trial will not descend into farce, and Clancy will not join, say, O.J. Simpson in case the Anthony examples of what happens when the justice system of America fails us all. Meanwhile, good news for the Trump administration heading into the midterm elections, the August Jobs report landed far more favorably the Trump administration than most economists had predicted or expected.

7:26Others added 162,000 jobs, compared to forecasts, costed around 53,000 to 65,000, while unemployment had strong 4.1%. Private payroll rose by 127,000. Manufacturing added 16,000 jobs, restaurants and bars, and other hospitality added 59,000, and average hourly earnings were up 3.1% from a year earlier. This is the wage growth the Secretary of the Treasury's top best interests keeps talking about. Meanwhile, just as important in June and July, the predictions revised upwards to a combined 55,000 jobs, turning July's previously ported decline into a game. The report weakens the recession narrative pushed by Panicans and Democrats and doubters of the administration's economic agenda. When you consider that unemployment, apartment inflation, hovers at 3.4, far lower than the

8:319% that was the peak under Joe Biden, and the fact that we have safer neighborhoods than all of the prime statistics, whether it be murder, car theft, home breaking, violent assault, all down in every category, the administration has an increasingly good story to tell and lay out for the American voters before the 2026 elections. Given this resilient labor market, it gives the Federal Reserve more room to make monetary policy tight if inflation continues to be slightly above the target. President Trump renewed his criticism of the Fed after the report while policy makers waiting for the next inflation readings before deciding what comes next. The jobs report, therefore, delivered two messages at once in a way. Recession fears looked less persuasive today than they did a month ago, but economic strength may also make cheaper mortgages and business loans harder to obtain. Kevin Warsch was not appointing his chair of the Federal Reserve to follow in the footstates

9:33of his disgraced predecessor Jerome Tulate Powell. He was put in work to be in congruence with the Trump Renaissance. Warsch needs to get in gear and bring interest rates down where they belong so that the nation's economy can reach its maximum potential. I point out to you Jerome Powell cut interest rates when the unemployment and the inflation rate were less favorable than they are today in order to try to help Joe Biden politically in the end that did not work. But in this case, I still believe that we should not have an interest rate, we should actually have a cup. Specifically, to make housing more affordable. Meanwhile, the administration has taken its newest mail-in ballot regulations directly to the Supreme Court on an emergency timetable. This I think demonstrates the administration's commitment to make sure that the 2026 elections are free, fair and honest. The U.S. Postal Service rules would require states using the mail for a federal ballots

10:36to provide voter information through a federal system and use approved outbound and return envelopes carrying unique barcodes. Under this new regulation, the United States Postal Service could decline to process ballots and do not satisfy these new requirements. U.S. District Judge Indira Kowani, who is an Obama appointing the bench, temporarily blocked implementation of the new regulation, saying that challenges were likely to show the system intrudes on the state's constitutional role in administering elections in raising serious concerns about whether the Postal Service could implement the system competently this close to the November election. The administration asks the Supreme Court for emergency leave while a related request remains pending before the federal appeals court. The administration makes the case that the existing Postal regulations gives its sufficient authority while liberal voting rights groups are using election administration belongs

11:39entirely to the states unless Congress acts. Isn't it strange how liberals all of a sudden become supporters of states' rights when it comes to this one particular issue? They want the states to have control because in blue states, in cities, it's valid arque energy with no safeguards and no rules. This is the type of system they can gain. We saw an unful display in the 2020 presidential elections. The Supreme Court now must step in and stop this madness. The United States Postal Service must be allowed to drive a stake through the heart of the left wing vote fraud machine and enforce their lawful authority during the midterm elections. I applaud this move by the Trump administration. Unfortunately, thanks to an incomprehensible court decision, Missouri has now witnessed the strangest election law situations in the country. Candidates who were nominated in August under congressional districts that barred in federal intervention will not exist for the November general election.

12:42The Missouri Supreme Court ruled unanimously on Thursday that the Republican-backed map proved last year never legally took effect because Democratic opponents successfully triggered the state's referendum process. More than 300,000 signatures were submitted seeking a statewide vote on the redistricting legislation. Secretary of State Denny Hoskins eventually rejected that effort, but not until primary day. The state's high court said that even though the petition effort was not valid, court and Secretary of State, the old congressional mass must remain in place anyway. This is an egregious and senseless act of obstruction and a political act by the Missouri Supreme Court. Voters already chose nominees under the decided districts leaving candidates and election officials confronting a general election on completely different lines. Republican Attorney General Catherine Hannawey says she will seek relief from the U.S.

13:42Supreme Court, which will have to step in to stop this madness. Missouri deserves to get a federal ruling before ballots are finalized and printed, and it should restore the process unimpeded. The courts want to prevent Republicans from winning the redistricting wars, even if it means robbing the people of their choices. Voters went to the polls in August, believing one electoral map governed the races, and entered September with another different set of districts. I'm calling out these shenanigans. This is precisely why so many people have no faith in our political system or process. Meanwhile President Trump is expected to sign an executive order concerning beef with country of origin labeling becoming a major part of it. The move follows the administration's decision to temporarily increase imports for some low tariff beef in an effort to reduce high retail prices. That decision-bought immediate resistance from cattle producers in the United States, concerned

14:44that additional foreign supplies could depress domestic cattle prices without doing enough to rebuild America's own herd. The ranchers and farmers don't acknowledge the fact that the actual herd is down substantially in terms of the size. It's not that there is more beef in the United States. There isn't enough beef in the United States, which is why the president has made this move. It is important that the ranchers respond with their longstanding demand for. There are labeling such offers can distinguish beef from cattle born raised in slaughtered the United States from the imported product. Not opposed to that. The current federal laws allow qualifying meat to carry a voluntary product of the USA label and the Trump administration's orders expected to change that. Americans dealing with tight cattle supply and rebuilding herds takes years decimated by the radical environmental policies of Dubai. Me, I just want a good medium-rare hamburger at a reasonable price.

16:52this. The administration was long running dispute with the Smithsonian as move beyond arguments about exhibits into allegations of federal civil rights violations. A joint interior department and White House letters says that officials have uncovered evidence suggesting that Smithsonian leadership may have created a hostile workplace or allocated opportunities funding and benefits according to race, ethnicity or other protected characteristics. The administration is warned that federal agencies could withdraw forms of discretionary cooperation, including artifact loans, procurement assistance and grants if the institution does not address the concerns. The Smithsonian recently received roughly $1 billion annually in federal funding and that may be put in jeopardy because of their alleged infractions. The evidence will determine whether this develops into a civil rights enforcement case that has alleged. It was not too long ago that we learned that Smithsonian had an exhibit in which they claimed

17:54that President Richard Nixon had been impeached, which is historically and legally incorrect. President Richard Nixon resigned the presidency rather than put the country through the agony of impeachment. Perfect example, the Smithsonian reporting a politically correct but incorrect conclusion. Smithsonian museums have frequently allowed the DEI concepts and progressive interpretations of history to shape its exhibits. Therefore, it should come as no surprise if the Smithsonian's employment practices follow that same pattern. The Smithsonian's argue that political officials are attempting to dictate how historians and curators interpret America's past, but this is what they have always done. Academia is riddled with liberals. They're not unbiased, they're giving you their point of view. This is also true of the so-called historians. Democrats just no longer control the process and that's what they're really upset about. This is proof that elections have consequences and the consequences in this case is removing

18:59the leftist cancer from the Smithsonian. Civil rights laws is now being applied fairly. It's no longer a cudgel for the use of liberal policy. All races are expected to be treated fairly under the law, meaning no affirmative action and no special treatment. The diversity gravy trends being derailed, we have a Trump administration for a thanking of that, but this whole idea that every problem in the country is called caused by it white man or any other political narrative put forward in the Smithsonian, such as the idea that Richard Nixon was impeached when it wasn't, those days are over. When we come back, big news out of the state of Kansas where the teamsters, longtime style works of the Democrat Party, have switched over to support the Republican candidate for governor, something we have not seen in decades. 22:06Here in the Sunshine State of Florida, US Congressman and Florida Republican Governor Torreau nominee, Byron Donalds, is making the contention that merely telling young voters socialism has failed on a historical basis will not adequately address the pressing concerns dominating their lives today. And Dave, look at the polls shows that just the title socialism does not repel younger voters as I should if they understood the impact of those policies. They're Republican nominee for Governor Florida, told the Daily Caller. Other Americans want a credible path to owning a house, finding work that pays well, starting families and accumulating wealth. His proposals include lowering permitting costs to add to housing prices, expanding apprenticeships and vocational pathways outside the four-year college model, as well as forcing universities to become more transparent about whether expensive degrees produce economic value.

23:08Congress and Donalds is also reinterested in support for eliminating the H-1B visa program and returning to a quota-based legal immigration system arguing that immigration policies should do priority to American workers. Governor Ron DeSantis and death, byron Donalds this week, there has been some tension between the two of them in the past, but the Republican Party of Florida is now united. I think byron Donalds makes some key arguments here, younger adults encounter how-or-prices far beyond those faced by many previous generations. Large education costs and debt and an unemployment market being reshaped by automation, globalization and immigration. Donalds is trying to translate the Trump era, the Republican focus on trade, immigration and domestic production into more of a theory of economic growth that should benefit to appeal to younger voters. This is exactly the message the Republicans need to hear.

24:11It's far to point out socialism is morally bankrupt and how it is found in other places, but without a counter-proposal to make America a better place, younger voters are going to turn it out or buy into the hoping change narrative of the Democrats that's never very specific. And be more apt to embrace the false promises, some radical left. Donalds here is very wise to reframe the date to make surrounding the actual impact of the policies that he's proposing versus the policies put forward by the Democrats. Meanwhile, in an interesting development, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters President Sean O'Brien has endorsed the Republican Senator Roger Marshall of Kansas. This is another sign that the old relationship between organized labor and party politics is becoming less predictable in the age of Donald J. Trump. Brian endorsed Marshall for re-electing in Kansas, praising his willingness to work across

25:13party lines on labor legislation. Teamsters local 696 in Topeka, Kansas has also backed Marshall. The Senator supports proposals, including the Faster Labor Contracts Act, the Warehouse Workers Protection Act, and Routoway Safety Legislation, Andy Ledy Overtime, Wade's Relief Act, which created a federal income tax exemption on specified overtime earnings as part of President Trump's major tax legislation as part of the big, beautiful bill. That does not mean the Teamsters had become Republican organization by the stretch of the imagination, union leadership and local chapters remain politically divided, and individual members support candidates across the spectrum. Other teams to bodies, and there's Democrats of the 2026 race as well, O'Brien's Republican outreach is generating some internal criticism inside the union. The significance, though, cannot be understated. Republican politics under President Trump has placed greater emphasis on tariffs, domestic

26:15manufacturing, immigration restriction, overtime tax relief, and protection of American workers, as well as other issues designed to appeal to the wage earners who historically belong to the old Democrat coalition. The President Trump is slowly, but surely, you're making the Republican party into the party of the working man and the working family. The more the Republican party consistently adopts Trump's America first economic policies, the more they will be able to rely on support from elements of organized labor in a way that was previously unfathomable. Meanwhile, for decades, presidents and members of Congress have promised a linear federal government. This time, the payroll numbers have unmistakably moved. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics data, they now show federal unemployment fell by another 5,000 jobs in August, to approximately 2.674 million. The comparable figure was about 3.10 million in January of 2025.

27:20This is a reduction of roughly 336,000 positions, or just over 11%. If you exclude the post office, the contraction is needed more pronounced over the past year. Most of the decline occurred during President Trump's first year back in office at the peak of the Doge era. August produced a particularly stark contrast, private employers added 127,000 jobs while federal employment fell once again. Despite counter-hoeverage on the path of the story, smaller government is not automatically a more efficient government. Agency still have to process veterans claims, passports, self-security matters, effort-first laws, inspect facilities, manage contracts, and perform thousands of functions that citizens notice only when they stop working. This is why it's important to automate bureaucracy using AI and nation technologies to reduce the need for excessive manpower in Washington, DC and by the U.S. government.

28:24When agencies maintain or improve their performance, we substantially fuel our employees, the public will increase and get behind smaller but more efficient government. Productivity numbers were ultimately tell the entire story. Washington is measurably smaller than it was when President Trump was returned to office. Now the challenge is to create an efficient government that does not overreburden the American taxpayer. Now, of course, there will be a tall order of the Trump administration's up to the challenge after all they have already given us the largest single tax cut in American history as well as cutting the tax on tips, cutting the tax on overtime, and for the first time under Donald Trump, 88% of those receiving social security benefits will pay no tax on them. That is real progress. The artificial intelligence race is rapidly becoming an energy and construction race. The United States retains a commanding lead by several measures. Stanford data-sided Fox News counted 5,427 American data centers in 2025 compared to

29:34with just 449 in China. While U.S. private AI investment reaches roughly 280 billion against a mere 12 billion in China, China's potential adds lies somewhere else. Speed. Beijing is rapidly building data centers, power generation and transmission infrastructure, particularly Western regions where land and energy are abundant. President Trump has correctly argued that American opposition and new data center benefits China while Vice President JD Vance says the United States cannot remain the AI leader without constructing far more electricity generation. Currently, it generates off these three times as much electricity as the United States today. The key thing we remember here is that data centers do not necessarily have to utilize local water or tap into the grid for local electricity. There are technologies that can cool a data center that are completely closed loop that

30:35don't have to utilize local water. And there are at least three technologies that are closed loop to provide the electricity to fuel the data center. That's what Congressman Byron Donald has been talking about in Florida. So data centers do not necessarily have to utilize local water or tap into the grid and because crisis increases in the local utility rates. This changes the way technology competition has to be understood. Advanced AI requires chips and algorithms, but it also consumes enormous quantities of electricity and depends on transformers, transmission lines, gas infrastructure, nuclear plants, cooling systems and physical constructions. Unless done the way I've just outlined, both of which can be completely internal and closed loop. And it can offer a pool that build large infrastructure projects much faster than the United States. Although that speed comes from political and regulatory system that's radically different

31:37than America's. We obviously should not have gained in federalism and a mad rush to compete with China, but we simply must innovate them. That's what I'm talking about in terms of building these systems in which data centers can be completely and totally fueled and cooled without disrupting local water or electricity rates. Breakthrough the wins the AI race will be written in the laboratory. Trump Administration's placed a major legal immigration change back on the regulatory agenda. The Department of Homeland Security is considered a rule that would end employment authorization

33:40for certain H-4 spouses of H-B-H1B visa holders reversing the policy in effect since the dark dark days of Barack Obama in 2015. Under the current system, some spouses of skilled foreign workers can obtain permission to work while their families wait for employment-based green card. The newly listed rule would restore the older policy under which those spouses generally could not receive employment authorization simply through their H-4 status. The United States has approved 228-147 initial and renewable H-4 work authorizations between fiscal 2023 and 2025, according to calculations cited by Forbes. Although that figure should not be confused, with a number of people currently working under the program. This dispute exposes two different problems inside the legal immigration system.

34:42H-4 employment has taken a temporary guest worker program that was actually created for H-1B professionals and expanded into a second labor pool through spouses increasing competition for American workers. This rule change will cut off another way that the immigration system is being abused to flood our country with foreigners taking jobs from Americans. They gained the system in a myriad of ways in order to hasten the demographic collapse of our country. This is why we must tighten every potential loophole. It's not about lacking compassion or being inhospitable to our fellow man. It's about making clear to foreigners that the invasion must stop now and when it comes to jobs, Americans have priority. Federal prosecutors have charged in Los Angeles, man, crossing the line from inflammatory political

35:43speech into criminal threats. Benjamin Azaraya's south-worth, 40, was arrested Thursday after a federal gay and jury indicted him on one count of threatening the life of President Donald Trump, one kind of cyber-stocking and one count involving harassing interstate telephone calls. Prosecutors alleged that south-worth posted materially explicitly advocating President Trump's killing, publicly residential address of a lawyer who represented President Trump, and repeatedly targeting members of the lawyer's family with both messages and calls. They convicted on all counts. He faces a statutory maximum sentence of 12 years. The sacred service and the FBI are investigating this case. The case represents a useful First Amendment distinction at a time of intense political rhetoric from the radical left. The legitimate threats, targeted intimidation, and cyber-stocking opt-by are not protected

36:50speech courts have spent decades drawing that boundary because an overly bored, broad definition of threats can chill lawful speech while an overly narrow one can leave targeted people exposed to credible violence and threats. The smart wall unveiled by the Department of Homeland Security and Customs and Border Protection in October of 2025 is actually a physical barrier and a persistent detection system built as one machine across nearly 2,000 miles,

39:14steel, sensors, roads, drones, and satellites. Remember, they told us that it couldn't be done? The Customs and Border Patrol publishes that work on its smart wall map and interactive tractor of the entire 1,954 mile U.S. Mexico border from the Pacific near San Diego to the Gulf near Brownsville, Texas. Agency updates the marker's weekly as construction moves. The map covers a new primary wall, replacement wall, secondary wall, watered-borne barriers, vehicle barrier, and detection only miles. In the signature matches, the human or a truck, towers sends an alert to a patrol unit

42:29instead of waiting for someone to notice a blur on a screen. Satellites and aerial platforms extend the view beyond the fence line. Drones can patrol at night, persistent overhead coverage in AI systems and guests, the combined feet so the humans are not staring at every screen. This is how the Customs and Border Patrol describes the new smart wall at the system level. Barriers plus cameras, ground sensors, autonomous towers, AI classifications, drones, and once again satellite feed. The plan here is to add detection technology to hundreds of miles of order built barrier and to cover additional remote or steep terrain with sensors alone rather than fencing.
