And when care is urgent, these delays can be disastrous.
These practices cost billions in wasteful spending, driving up costs for American families.
But while big insurers put up barriers, America's hospitals and health systems are in your corner.

We need to talk about the sweet 16.
We had four games last night at the NCAA Tournament.
And the first was the best.
That would be the Purdue Boilermakers as the two seed in the West region.
Topping Texas 79 to 77.
Easily the best game of the night as this one was no more than a six point game at any point.
I think Texas led by as many as four.
Purdue's biggest lead was six.
And you had drama at the end as Braden Smith.
I believe went in for a layup.
He misses, but then it's tipped in by Trey Kaufman-Rin who led Purdue with 20 points.
And he hit that with 1.7 seconds to go, which was the difference.
But this was a war the throughout.
Now I just I really enjoyed the drama of this.
I did not expect Texas to get this far at all, especially when they were in the first four.
Nobody did.
And honestly, the way Purdue plays at such a slow pace.
I was very much hoping Texas would win for a couple of reasons.
One, I don't like walk it up basketball.
That's just not fun aesthetically.
And I pretty much hate the big 10.
And the fact you have all these big tens that are now in the elite eight.
It just kind of grinds my gears a little bit.
Yeah, and watching Texas through this run, you know,
sometimes you'll get a play in team that will win that first game.
Maybe they'll pull an upset.
It's like, okay, that was that was nice.
That was cute.
And then they just absolutely get stomped when they run into a one or two seed.
Texas looked like they belong last night.
And they looked like the better team through most of this game.
And seeing how it's a close game and they're, you know,
even having a lead through a lot of this be it a small lead.
It's like, okay, Texas is.
This is a legit squad.
This, this team is probably going to pull the win here.
It never got out of control.
And then yeah, with, if we just want to go to that last possession
and just down the stretch, Texas is big man.
Vocatitis.
He's their seven footer for whatever reason.
Now we had four fouls in the game.
Okay, great.
It doesn't make sense.
It's the last possession.
He was not in the game.
So dumb.
And so you don't have a big man down low.
Hoffman, Ren just hits the weight room and gets the tip back.
And I know there's people saying it was a foul.
It was not a foul.
There was no extension.
Well, he just, the orange bloods will claim it was.
But if you just watch it in real time, it was just two, two dudes battling
in the basket.
It's not like it was an egregious two hand shove.
He just threw his right arm into his back going up for a, a tip in and he got it.
Yeah, I mean, he used some leverage.
He didn't grab.
He didn't extend and you want the, the end of basketball games to be
more physical.
Like even if that's early in a game, I don't think that's a foul.
This is a physical basketball game.
And you didn't have the strength out there with your big man to block him out and get
a rebound and try to force over time.
So yeah, it was, I mean, it was a cool play.
I, I would have liked to see Texas win that game just, I mean, it's, it's a local team.
Nobody picked him.
It would be cool to see that run continue.
But it was, it was a great play by, by Rin.
And then there was like what two seconds left, the, the last shot was, was way off.
But it ended up being the best game of the night in the game that I had circled.
The one I've been talking about for hell over a week now, the collision course between
Arkansas and Arizona and the sweet 16.
It felt like those two were going to run into each other.
Arkansas went on a big run in the, in the SEC championship game.
It's a team that's over achieved since coach Cal has been there.
They went on a nice run last year.
Now Arizona, probably the best team in college basketball.
Everybody picked them to win the national championship in our cactus league pool.
And that was the one that was like, okay, I'm going to risk it here.
I'm going to take Arkansas on this game to make the final four.
I don't think it's that outlandish.
And we've been hogs homers.
For sure.
We're homers, but they also have maybe the best score in the country with
various a cuff junior and the entire offense runs through them.
Problem is, and after watching that high point game, I thought, ooh, this is not going
to be good if they run into Arizona because high point played their ass off, but they put
up 88 points on the hogs.
And last night, Arkansas, it was very evident in the first half.
They couldn't stop anybody because you have a put up 54 points in the first half, 55
in the second half, one of nine.
Well, you don't see many games in the 100s in the NCAA tournament.
And we were texting throughout last night, and we love a cuff.
And I want him to be a maverick.
I hope his next game is next to Cooper flat.
And that would be awesome.
However, brain buries, I mean, you just look up and down that roster.
You've got co-op Pete, who's going to be a first rounder.
I don't know where he'll land.
I think that, uh, Jaden Bradley, the senior, I think he'll be a player.
I think that crevice, the big guy who, you know, can get offensive rebounds, but a
plenty and hell shoot three sometimes.
I feel like he could be in the league at some point.
And just Arkansas just doesn't play defense.
That was the thing.
And that's, that's the knock on a cuff.
I love the dude.
I love his scoring ability, like pretty much anywhere he finds a spot.
It's not a good defensive team.
And this, this game was over like before halftime.
Like it was an 11 point lead.
Arizona put up 54 in the first half.
And Arkansas, Arkansas is a team that can go on a run.
They can score a lot of points, but you have to get stops on the other end.
And it's like they would score a point and then give up a basket.
And at best, they're just trading basket for basket.
So Arizona only shot eight threes.
They made five of them.
They still shot 64% on the night.
That's why they, I mean, again, they were doing all this in the paint.
And when you've got a big light crevice and you've got a guy like
Bradley who can just, I don't know, I don't know if he's like a great NBA player,
but for the college level, the here and now, he's a senior.
He's been around a lot of time.
Get them into a set and they have playmakers everywhere.
Braden Burry is so fun.
I don't think he's a true point guard.
But if the Mavericks had to settle for him, I wouldn't be mad because I feel like he's
a very good shooter and a good creator.
You're right.
I mean, I hope they played Duke in the final because I want to see, I think those are
the two best teams.
Yeah.
And if that's the final, I think we all win.
Yeah, I, I mean, the one seeds, there's only one that's been knocked out with Florida.
Yeah.
That's a team that got hot at the end of the year.
And it would be a really fun matchup.
I honestly think, I think Arizona is the more, more complete team.
And it's, it's hard to find people to disagree with that.
And if you watch the game last night where one, they've got NBA talent on their team,
which you need, they have seniors, they're, they're deep.
They can play some defense and they don't go away.
It's like the team doesn't go through slumps.
They didn't do that at all last night.
No, speaking of slumping the Cougars, the two seed last night in the South region,
loses to the fighting align eye in Houston, 65 to 55.
And we talked about it heading into the tournament.
There are some nights where the Cougars offense just completely dries up.
And they shot 34% last night and they do have Kingston Fleming's who's nice.
He had a bit of an off night offensively, a manual sharp.
And the second half finally got some points.
But when you only score 22 and a half, I can't absolutely take you seriously.
Now, Illinois only scored 24 in the first half.
I don't necessarily think they're going to go on some run and win a national title,
but they do have Keaton Wagler, who's one of those names we talk about that could be there.
Windallis is picking.
He was fine. He went 414.
This wasn't a fun game to watch.
In fact, I didn't watch this live.
I went back this morning and skim through it.
It just, it was two teams that weren't shooting the ball well,
which is what college basketball felt like for many years before this one.
Yeah.
And it's interesting because of that guard play and it's, it's one you, you want to watch.
If there's a good chance, the match draft, one of those guys between Wagler and,
and Fleming's Fleming's, his stats aren't going to jump out to you last night.
He's, he's a really good point guard, though.
He's very smooth.
It feels like him and Cooper Flag would play really well together.
And man, what a bad day if you live in Houston yesterday.
You have the Astros losing on opening day, getting shut out on opening day.
You've got the rockets losing in overtime.
And then you have the Houston Cougars just not showing up in the second half.
And you had an, oh, yeah, they played in Houston.
Just an absolute awful day for Astros and Houston fans.
And I guess the second best game of the four pack was Iowa, the nine seed in the South region,
taking down Nebraska, Nebraska had won their first two NCAA tournament games ever.
And the controversy here is from Huskers head coach Fred Hoyberg.
So with 58 seconds left out of a time out, it's a close game.
And he only has four guys on the floor.
And what they do is they throw a pass to this full garrist kid.
Hit them over the top for an uncontested breakaway layup.
And, you know, at that end, there's an Ann one.
So it's like, oh, man, this is a moment where Iowa can actually separate with less than a minute to go.
And this was Kevin Harlan.
And I believe this was Van Gundy on the call.
And Jay, if you could just play this, the shock from Van Gundy to know that there was only four on the floor.
Watch it again.
Well, they just don't guard full garrison.
He's waving for it.
How about the vision there but you can gel trying to get back in the play.
Wait a minute.
I think Nebraska only had four defenders on the floor.
They did.
Rick Mast is not on the floor.
Nebraska, that is a major breakdown.
They didn't even have five guys on the floor when Iowa was inbounding.
You can't match up like that.
And credit the Iowa inbounder.
He looks up and he sees four players for Nebraska.
He's like, all right, you guys go go.
Yeah, go routes.
We're going deep.
They only have four out here.
It's like it's crazy how that can happen in such a big game in college basketball.
Just like these little and it's, I don't know.
I think it's kind of a knock towards the game because we just watch so much NBA basketball,
where it's just everything, every moment is the best of the best.
And these little breakdowns be it a coaching mistake where you only have four players on the court,
or just the slow style of the game.
I can see how it's, it's hard to watch at times, especially with these big moments.
Well, the good part is a big 10 team lost.
Why do you hate the big 10 so much?
Because it's, I just, I just can't stand big 10 folks that just act like they deserve everything.
And for so long, their brand of football has been boring.
And you've had like one or two teams that carry your whole conference.
So maybe that's it.
Okay.
What do you think about the like Oregon, like a fake big 10 team?
They're packed 12 so it doesn't count.
Okay, but they're holding.
Yeah.
So anyway, so yeah, we have four more games tonight on the slate.
And I don't know what you're looking forward to the most.
But Michigan, Alabama, I think that's where the, that's where the spice is tonight.
Yeah, I feel like that could be a fun game because Alabama's got the most prolific offense in the country.
Michigan, a one seed.
Yeah, maybe a little upset happens there in Chicago.
Yeah, maybe in Michigan is another team that's, that's very deep.
It's a team that, that can win a national title.
I have them and I have them losing to a Duke in our, in our bracket,
just because I picked Arkansas over Arizona.
I'm regretting that one.
But yeah, that should be it's a one four.
It's exciting.
I, I want to see Duke just because I want to watch Duke, I want to watch the booze your brothers
and more things than just commercials.
And I believe every time Duke has gone on to win a national title,
they have beaten St. John's in that tournament.
Really?
Okay.
They won.
So they have a chance here against Patino late tonight or later tonight.
You got Yukon, a Michigan state couple of blue bloods as you have, uh,
you can share against Michigan state tonight, uh, probably yes.
And then Tennessee, Iowa state, which again, that's, uh, it's a nine o'clock game.
At that point, I might be a little pickled on the sports front, but we'll see what happens.
