All of us want to be healthy, happy and live a long and active life, but getting clarity on how to achieve that is a struggle. The information we get is often tainted by corporate interests pushing us in the direction of their products or pills, and all of this can leave you feeling like you're in a maze full of dead ends, getting spun around with no way to find the right path to wellness.

Brooke qualified as an MD in internal medicine, so that she could help to make people better. However, despite all her medical knowledge, she couldn't find out what was causing her own chronic pain.
