The WNBA may have just walked into one of the most spectacular ideological traps I have ever seen. Caitlin Clark brings unprecedented attention to women's basketball, and somehow she becomes the center of a culture war over race, privilege, and identity. Then her teammate Sophie Cunningham says the obvious thing out loud, and two former male NBA players, Enes Kanter Freedom and Royce White, announce they're entering the 2027 draft as transgender women, so the league has to answer the question everybody's been dancing around. Here's my take: sometimes the most merciful thing you can do with a false idea is let it play itself out to its logical conclusion. You can rename reality and rewrite the rulebook, but when the whistle blows, reality gets the final possession, because truth belongs to God. So pull up a chair, grab your popcorn, and let's watch what happens next.
