Hey, it's Kelly Rowland. You may not know this, but I have Exema. So I get how it can steal your time. But why let Exema take over when you can talk to your doctor about Epglyce? Epglyce, lubricism ab LBKZ, a 250-mg per 2-mg leador injection, is a prescription medicine used to treat adults and children 12 years of age and older, who weigh at least 88 pounds or 40 kilograms with moderate to severe Exema. Also called a topic dermatitis that is not well controlled with prescription therapies used on the skin, or topicals, or who cannot use topical therapies. Epglyce can be used with or without topical corticosteroids. Don't use if you are allergic to Epglyce. Allergic reactions can occur that can be severe. I-problems can occur. Tell your doctor if you have newer, worsening eye problems, you should not receive a live vaccine when treated with Epglyce. Before starting Epglyce, tell your doctor if you have a parasitic infection. Paid partnership with Lili Respect your time. Ask your doctor about Epglyce and visit Epglyce.com or call 1-800-LiliRx or 1-800-545-5979.

According to the On-Green Spam, we want to just eliminate the deaths you Oh, absolutely. The ability of almost every working American to access more credit than they should have been able to mask the underlying fact that lower and middle-class income were not rising. That's not a terrible strategy. Is my defense eliminated? Well, we've been time-long time-long. That's been a side-terrorism. Let's talk only about our own homegrown animals that are patrolling America right now. So it goes down to the simplest thing, be prepared, be vigilant. Rumbling, stumbling, and fumbling in. James Walton with the I'm Liberty Show. This one almost didn't happen. First time, 300 in some shows, maybe more. I actually fell asleep. Before the show, I can't believe it.

I can't believe it. I hope everyone out there in prepper broadcasting world can hear me. If not, we're going to get this thing up and running soon. I thought it best that we just sort of carry on with businesses usual. So if we're having trouble with other people hearing you know big deal. If you're just getting in, if you're just coming on, you might find that we're a little early in the show for 9.30. That's because we just kicked off. That's basically because we just kicked off. Yeah, you're truly the host. Was up there listening to an audiobook of Fantastic Mr. Fox, which my son is absolutely in love with. Roe Out Dao. And I fell asleep. Unbelievably, but I fell asleep.

Pick the phone up, 908 PM panic. I almost didn't fall. I almost didn't come down to even try the show. I figured everyone had already left, but I said, you know what? Let me check the chat room. And I hop into the chat room. And I see that we've got some people in the chat room waiting for the show. And I said to myself, well, we have to do it. As long as GMand can put it up, we have to do it. So I did my very best and here we are. I'm not 100% sure if this thing's going to work. It looks like some of the listeners have audio. Some don't. But one thing's for sure. We've got a show. We've got ourselves a show. And I'm happy because this is going to be a fun show. This is going to be a very good show. Because we're talking about a concept. But we're going to be dispelling some rumors tonight on the I'm Liberty Show.

And we're also going to be talking about a concept in the prepping world that a lot of people don't discuss. I think you're going to like it. It's one of those weird situations. You know, there are a bunch of different situations. You can find yourself in when we talk about hypotheticals and whatnot. What else is there for rappers and survivalists if not hypotheticals? If not for the hypothetical and what is there? So we're all doing here. That's what we're all doing here. So this show we have to open with the sort of the importance of family. Right? Because there's this concept, I kind of look, it's a concept that sort of self-explanatory, but it takes some explaining.

Because there's this weird line in prepping that we sometimes dance around. And that is what does a collapse really look like? And who does a collapse really put it risk? In other words, are there people or in other words, what people? And what are people really capable of out in this world when we fall into a collapse? I want to talk about two very important things to understand. All right. Two very important things to understand and consider. As preppers we buy ammunition. As preppers we buy guns and weapons and that type of thing. Not in hopes that we ever have to use them, but in the hope that if we ever wind up in a situation where we need to protect ourselves and we have what we need to

protect ourselves. Highlander in the chatroom says, that's for people, do desperate things. This is what I want to talk about. What do you expect out of your family in a collapse? And are you looking for something that they can't provide you with? Do you follow me? I'm going to expand on this, but just follow me on this, on this buildup. So you envision as we all do in some way a collapse, a situation where life is changed drastically. And now we need to do things like, you know, watch the perimeter of our home or whatever types of things we have to do that are out of the ordinary and that require more of our family. Now I read a lot of articles every week and I listen to a lot of shows. And I'm always surprised when I hear about true military maneuvering in a collapse scenario.

Because I think people get a little bit into the video game world when they start talking about quote-unquote maneuvering in the collapse with a group. So what type of maneuvering? Like that you're fantasizing about. What type of maneuvering is going to work for a family of four? Moreover, if you're maneuvering around, away from or towards some sort of an enemy, what is the endgame? Right, so let's say there's some bad guys down the street and you're worried about them coming to your home or whatever it is. There's some sort of a standoff between you and bad guys. All right, why on earth would your first move be throwing guns into the hands of children and your wife or your husband and saying, all right, we're going to take them out.

This is what we're going to do. We're going to take them out. They're not going to have our house. We're not going to let them take our home. We're going to fight for our home. Now for some families it's different. Right, if you're a, if you're a family with 18-year-old boys, maybe this is something that you decide is important to do. But for the most part, if you're a family with a little kid or multiple little kids, and I learned this from David Jones, the host on our Saturday Night Live show, not Saturday Night Live, but the live show on Saturday Night, prepping up with the Joneses. At a class that he taught at a recent Prepper Expo, he brought this concept up to me. And he the way he explained it is that there are no acceptable casualties in your household. Right, and that's always going to be the defining factor and the difference between you and your

family and a group of people out in the collapsed world. There are no acceptable casualties within your family. Right, you know, while a group of maniacs can stand to lose a guy or two in a firefight with you, who are you prepared to lose? All right, so that is question number one. Who in your family are you prepared to lose? To defend a house, land, whatever it is, whatever it is you think you need to land, or do defend. Who are you willing to lose? That's question number one. That sort of will set the tone for where I'm going tonight. Now I want you to understand that concept. Who are you willing to lose? Because the truth of the matter is you're not willing to lose anybody. Right, it doesn't take a

brilliant person or even a thinking person to realize it. No, I don't want to shove a gun. Now that I think about it logically, now that I get out of fantasy world and fiction world and video game world, no, I don't want to throw flat jackets on my kids. Thank you, G-Man. Thank you for shucking in jive and I screwed up tonight. I apologize. G-Man gave a big thanks in the chat room today for everybody hanging in. Thank you guys for being here. I literally fell asleep behind the wheel. It's an amazing thing. I can't believe it. All these all these shows, this has never happened to me once, but we're here. We're live. So let's get back to the content. When you start to really look at things, when you start to take these ideas and pull them close, instead of looking at them from far away, yeah, I'm ready for a collapse. I'm ready for a collapse. I can handle this. We could do whatever we need to do. Anybody comes to my house, they're going to

get it. I got weapons, I got guns, I got this. I mean, it all sounds good. But when you start to pick the idea apart a little bit at a time, you realize, you know, what you have everything to lose. You have, no, it doesn't matter who shows up or what their circumstances. You have to be honest with yourself and say, I have everything to lose. I have everything to lose. Another important thing, right? So you can look at it from that perspective, right? I've got a wife, I've got a spouse, I've got a child, I've got whatever it is. Grandkids to worry about. I've got things to lose. Well, here's the other side of the coin, which is just as much a problem.

Right? So if you, maybe you have this idea in your head that my family is precious, and if we're faced with a situation like that, I can't run the risk of them getting hurt. Right? There are people who take that angle. And thanks in large part to, I don't know, movies, TV, highly qualified people who make YouTube videos and make, you know, the art of self-defense and things like that seem way easier than they are. I think we're also growing a crop of prepper that things that they can do at all. And that's a scary thing too. You could probably think like the Tim Kennedy's and the sort of tactical leaders, the leaders in the sort of tactical movement, if you will. I mean, they're not

bad guys. You know, they're teaching great information. Right? They're teaching people how to defend themselves and that type of thing. But the truth of the matter is watching a guy, like a Tim Kennedy, who's a Special Forces Green Beret sniper, who spent time in combat, who fought in the UFC for years, who is legitimately one of the best fighters and killers on the planet. And saying to yourself, I think I could do that. I think I could watch some videos and do some trainings and be like that guy. It's just a lot of nuance there. There's a lot of nuance there. And that Rambo mentality may be more dangerous than throw the flat jacket on the kids mentality. And here's why. All right. So let's say that you've decided, my family's precious. They're not

going to be brought into this fight. I'm going to be smart. I'm going to be tough. I know what I'm doing. I'm trained. You have that Rambo mindset, right? This is what you have to remember. You are the MVP of the family in a collapse, right? Day to day basis. We all know mom is the MVP of the family. There's no getting around that. Right? Mom is the most important part. When the kids get upset, who do they want? When the kid, you know, that's the whole thing. Mom is everything. Day to day business. That's the deal. Now, whether your mom or dad is irrelevant to me, but if you're listening to my show and if you're a fan of my show or if you're a fan of preproper broadcasting, dot com, the truth of the matter is in a collapse, you are not expendable. This is Dave Roberts. If you're heading into summer without a medical emergency kit, you're taking a risk. Most people don't think about until it's too late. Summer coldslinger

and can turn into sinus infections at last for weeks. Getting sick right before vacation can derail everything and we are traveling, finding a doctor and pharmacy is stressful. That's why I ordered medical emergency kit. It's like having an emergency care and a pharmacy right at home. It includes essential prescriptions like a moxasillin and generic Z-pack to treat a wide range of common and serious illnesses. So if you wake up sick at home or on the road, you already have what you need. No waiting for your doctor, no hours at urgent care, no pharmacy lines, no co-pays, just match your symptoms to the right prescription in your guidebook or call their telemedicine doctor standing by. Start on your med sooner and feel better faster. Every home needs at least one medical emergency kit. 40 years online in minutes and it's shipped to your door and say 45 dollars promo code blue at urgencarekit.com slash blue. That's promo code blue at urgencarekit.com slash blue. Hey, it's Kelly Rowland. You may not know this, but I have eczema. So I get how it can still your time.

But why let eczema take over when you can talk to your doctor about ebglyss? ebglyss, lubricism app, LBKZ, a 250mg per 2mL injection is a prescription medicine used to treat adults and children 12 years of age and older, who weigh at least 88 pounds or 40kg with moderate to severe eczema. Also called a topic dermatitis that is not well controlled with prescription therapies used on the skin or topicals or who cannot use topical therapies. ebglyss can be used with or without topical corticosteroids. Don't use if you are allergic to ebglyss. Allergic reactions can occur that can be severe. Eye problems can occur. Tell your doctor if you have newer worsening eye problems, you should not receive a live vaccine when treated with ebglyss. Before starting ebglyss, tell your doctor if you have a parasitic infection. Paid partnership with Lilly. Respect your time. Ask your doctor about ebglyss and visit ebglyss.com or call 1-800-LilyRX or 1-800-545-5979. Hi, this is Dave Roberts. Heading into summer without a medical emergency kit, that's a risk. Summer colds can linger and getting sick on vacation can derail everything. That's why

everyone needs a medical emergency kit. It includes doctor prescribed medications to treat common and serious illnesses. So if you wake up sick, at home or on the road, you already have what you need. It's like having an urgent care and pharmacy at home. Say $45 with code blue at urgentcarekit.com. Slashblue. Urgentcarekit.com. Slashblue. And that's something that people have to get into their heads. If you're the one who does all the prepping, if you're the one that does all the reading, if you're the one that does all the all of the stuff that becomes important during the collapse, then you can't run the risk of jumping out there in front of bullets, whizzing by your head and shooting bad guys either. Right? What happens? I mean, as soon as bullets start flying, anything can happen. You have to understand that. You're a ricochet away from the end of your life.

And what happens if you die? I've never been in a firefight. Nothing like that. No military time. None of that. But I can tell you right now, I understand how quickly life can be snuffed out. And if you think you're in a bad spot, or if you think you're your families in a rough spot because of a collapse, wait until they have to look at that thing eye to eye without dad or without mom, without the prepper in the family, the real hardcore prepper in the family, the one who's been wrapped up in this thing for all these years, the one who's filled the shelves and made the bags and has the plans, you lose that person because you think you're Rambo because you think you're, you know, bulletproof and you've got serious problems. So I go back to my original point. No one is expendable.

No one in your family, including yourself, probably more importantly, fashionally yourself, is an acceptable casualty. And if you understand that, then you understand what we're going to talk about tonight, which is the mini bug out. Because you have to be well aware of the fact that there there is no one that you can lose. Family is everything. Family is everything. It will probably be the thing that pulls you through the darkest times. You know, your family is not so, they're not soldiers. You also have to understand the importance of you. I know some people have real issues, real insecurities about valuing themselves. Right, you don't want to give yourself too much value, you don't want to have a big head about things. Well, in this instance, I don't really care what your insecurity is. You could be the most important piece of this whole puzzle if you're the one

who knows where to go, what to do, and where things are, and how to survive. If you go out there like Rambo and you get shot down, then you put your family in a worse situation. Now they have to figure it out as they go. Jay Farge says, teach your children. That's a good point. Right? You definitely shouldn't be the only person who knows what's going on, where things are, what the steps are. But you have to be realistic about that too. And you have to say to yourself, do I have a spouse that wants to sit down and hear about this stuff? Do I have a spouse that will retain this stuff? Do I have a spouse that's capable of doing this stuff? Right? Okay. I think we have pretty much covered part one. I think we have pretty much covered part one. So what do we got here?

We're about 20 minutes in. Let's jump into commercial break and then we'll come right back after a quick break and start to talk about this mini bug out. Okay? We'll be right back with more of the I& Liberty show right after this. Maybe never before has that little bump been more important, huh? Never before has your host been back to life in the way that he was back to life tonight. Man, I cringe at the thought of how many people just decided to give up on this show tonight. It doesn't happen a lot, but you're faithful host, man. He took a dive. He took a dive in the dream land

and came up short. It's so weird how those lines can blur. I felt myself slipping into sleep around 830 and I said, oh, God, I can't do that. When I sat there, my son was falling asleep and I said, oh, he'll be asleep in another minute or two. I'm sure. No problem. No problem at all with that. And then you get that sort of like half awake, half asleep sort of feeling about you. And then all of a sudden panic stricken. I open my eyes. It's eight minutes into my showtime. Hey, that's life, right? These things happen. I've got some announcements. You guys ready for some announcements? We've got some some big stuff to talk about. The very biggest of the announcements. Is that thanks to the folks over bunkerdays.com, client of mine, friends of mine,

bunkerdays.com. They have a pretty cool little social media setup for preppers. I've been playing around in it. It's not really online up and running yet, but it's a good time and there's some good information on there. The guys over at the bunkerdays, like I said, who are clients of mine as well. We were talking, I'm going to have them on the show to come tell you all about their product, because it's cool. It's a cool little place to hang. And they they mentioned to me Preprecon 2018. And I had no idea really what Preprecon was. They said we've got a double booth at Preprecon 2018. You should consider coming. You can hang out with a set of booth that type of thing. So I looked into it and I said, okay, Salt Lake City, Utah. It's a good way to away from Virginia.

I do love the mountains though. And I know Salt Lake City is kind of right there. And I know there's a lot of fun to be had in Salt Lake City as well. And of course, there's a part of me that said, this is your business now, Jimbo. You're a writer, you're a freelance writer, and your niche where you make your money is the prep or in survival domain. And it's been good to me. I'm not going to lie. It's been very good to me. Al Preparing says it's about 2,500 miles from V80 Utah. I'm not going to lie to you. You get a little nervous, right? That's a prepper when you take a flight that long and you realize something happens while you're gone. I don't even got a 2,500 mile trek back home. And you know, during that time, you pray to the Lord that your family's alive when you get back. But that's the fiction writer and me and that's the that's the prepper in me. Long story short,

I sent them an email and they never got back to me. I say never, I'm a little impatient. I've always been impatient with emails and stuff like that, but now that I sit home and I think about these things, I get even more impatient. So I called them after a week and I said, I thought I'd hear it from you by now. I told the lady, I didn't want to come off like a jerk, but I also wanted to be honest and say, look, PrepperCon 2018, 12,000 people are going to show up there. I'm sure you're going to have some great guest speakers and that type of thing. I really thought you'd get back to me by now. I'm interested in speaking spot because I'm going to be there. I wasn't sure if I was going to be there yet. It was really going to be there. Call. They said, James, yes, you can come talk about your new book and you can come talk about prepared communities. Then I beat it. If they said no, I thought, I don't know. I don't know. The woman was great. Send me a bunch of information about who tells and that type of thing and

said that I'd be speaking at the show on May 18th, 19th. It's a big deal for me, guys. I'll be a PrepperCon 2018. I'll be around about 12,000 people. We're going to be walking the halls of PrepperCon. I'll be hanging out with the guys, bunker days. I won't be hanging with them constantly because one of my big things about going to these shows is I want to be able to get around. I want to go talk to people. I want to see things. I want to play. I am going to be playing most of the time. I'll probably sneak out a little early and go see what Salt Lake City is all about two. But the truth of the matter is come May, early May. We're going to come away with some great guests for the future. Some great products to talk about. Some great stuff for the I am Liberty show in general. J Ferghies when Preparcon is Preparcon is May 18 to 19. So on top of that, I'm going to be doing a talk there. If you're in the area, feel free to come see it'll be a similar talk to the one I did in Virginia, which was on building communities. Secondly, I'll be doing live broadcast Saturday and Friday and Saturday,

ideally. Right? So ideally, I'll be doing live broadcast maybe one from YouTube and one from on Periscope, Friday, Saturday from the event. The last time the last event I did, I couldn't do a great job broadcasting as I wanted to because I was actually had my own I am Liberty booth. And that made it tough on me. But this time, I'm not going to be tethered to any one spot. So I'll be able to get around and talk to different suppliers, talk to different purveyors and that type of thing. And we'll have some fun with that. We'll have some big fun at Preparcon 2018. So I'm very excited. It's something I didn't even see on my horizon this year, but I had been talking to my wife about this whole, you know, I'm a business owner now type of thing. And when you have trips like this, where you can go drum up business, they are essentially right off. You know, it's not like you're going

into debt to go to this thing. It's an industry convention. And they're very important because of the people that you can meet in the business, you can draw up. And I have zero doubts that I'll leave that place having networked in a very important way for what I do. G-man purposes, be sure to send me info. I live, let's get it out there. Oh, no problem. No problem. I won't be there on a Wednesday. So I don't know that I'll be able to do a live cast from there for Prepar Broadcasting. Unless you want to set up a specific show, we could definitely do a live from Preparcon hour or something like that. That would be kind of fun. Sorry, sip of the bourbon back to you. We'll be in touch, G-man. I gave you a ring earlier in the week, but I'm sure you and the

Mrs. were busy. No big deal. We'll definitely get it together. We got three months or two months or whatever it is. Here's all kinds of stuff that's branching off of that now. But that's the very big news. James Walton, that Preparcon in Salt Lake City, 2018. I get to meet a whole, first of all, I've never been going on that far west in the nation before. Never. No idea. What's going on? What's going on that far west? What else? What else? I've got a little, I've got a little something for you for free at the website. All right. So my website, I am LibertyShow.com. You've probably been there. What I finished last weekend is basically a small three page. I am Liberty Fitness routine. Right. So one thing I've noticed on social media, I actually posted something

up there today, but on social media, I put stuff up pretty often about the gym, about the punching bag, about the runs, about the things that I do to stay in shape. And people like it. Right. I get a lot of feedback about it. So what I did is I went to I am LibertyShow.com. And I have a little section there about health and fitness. It's a little button. It's the middle green button amid three other buttons. As soon as you get to the website, you know what? Let me see exactly what it says. Because I am not 100% sure what the button is called. Free health and fitness routine. There you go. So the free health and fitness, free fitness routine button. You click that and you're going to get access to this little document that I created over the weekend, which is the I am Liberty Health and Fitness routine. Very simple. It looks like a

mini magazine. The layout is the layout is very much like a magazine. It's got my weekly routine on it for fitness, the things that I do every week or try to do every week. I'm always doing something. There are some things that I do every single week. There are some things that I try to do every week. You know, there's information there about cardio workouts, about lifting weights, about yoga, about kettlebells, about punching bags. There is also a section about diet, right? Three foods to eat each week. There's information about three foods that I make sure in my diet every week without fail. And I also have a little section there about seven daily health and fitness hacks. Seven things that I do that put me in the right position to eat healthy, to live healthy. I'll give you an example of

one. Let's see. Let me give you a good one here. I'll give you a couple. So one of my seven daily health hacks is the early dog walk. I don't do this every day. But it's definitely something I do many times a week. It's the wake up at four o'clock in the morning. I'm not saying you have the wake up at four o'clock in the morning, but this is the time that works for me. I wake up at four a.m. and I walk the dogs. I walk them around the neighborhood and you know what happens? Your body gets awake. You know, it's not like waking up and sitting on the couch and working on a computer. It's waking up, doing some physical activity that lets your body know, hey, I'm awake. Let's get everything going. I'm going to come home and I drink a big glass of water and the day is going to start. Another big hack that I've been playing around with a lot, which I'm going to, which I am not doing tonight because I got in late from the gym and ate at late dinner. But I've been practicing what's called time restricted eating. Time restricted eating is basically, I'm eating from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. each

day. I eat all my meals in this 10 hour window and that gives my body 14 hours to basically fast. And you can be even more extreme than that, but I find that I played around with it for a little while and yeah, that's what worked for me. So if you're interested in something along those lines, like I said, it's completely free. It's going to ask for your email. If you do sign up, give me your email, check your spam folder. I need a new lead page company. The one that I'm using now is free and it's sending all my reports to people's spam folders, which is not going to be a long term solution for me, but for now, check your spam folder. All right. So you can get your free build prepared communities report or also a health and fitness routine, my particular personal health and fitness routine. Is that enough? I think that's enough, right? Tons of people in the chatroom talking about

the West. I'm guys, there's something brewing. I love Virginia. I grew up in Philadelphia, but I love Virginia. I mean, love it, right? I'm nervous about going out West. I'm nervous about going out there and seeing the Rocky Mountains and saying, oh, no, I got to live out here now. What happens if that happens? I'm going to tell you when I first saw the Appalachians in Virginia, there was such a profound effect on me. It was amazing. It was outrageous. Right? I saw the Appalachians. I went up there. I had a couple trout fishing trips and I said, I found it. I found paradise. This is my paradise. It's status. Right? I love the James River. I love it here.

I mean, love it here. I can't even imagine another state that would make me as happy as this. There's no way Pennsylvania, the life in Pennsylvania where I was would be like the life that I live here. Jay Ferg, you might have just helped me out with my problem. Jay Ferg, he says, I think of the sleeping super volcano under Yellowstone. Yeah, that helps. Here's the thing though. Here's the thing though. And it all depends on where you fall in this sort of idea. If the super volcano goes off while you're sleeping, you're bed and you talk. You do a good chance. You don't have to think about it anymore after that. Right? You kind of get snuffed out quickly and easily. So I don't know. I don't know guys. There is a little piece of me that's kind of terrified to go out to Salt Lake City because I know people from there and I know people who've gone there. And it could be a little alluring. Yeah, Jay Ferg, you see the shock wave would kill you

instantly. Well, when you talk about the earth being covered in the earth's atmosphere, being choked out with soot and all living things on the planet dying from lack of sunlight, killed instantly by shock wave doesn't sound so bad as opposed to struggling to survive on the East coast through the acid rain and the cooling temperatures. Flying dusk and grow up in the mountains of PA. Probably beautiful, probably very nice. Anybody watched? No, we're not going to get into that tonight actually. I don't want to get into it. We don't have enough time. Let's get back to the mini bug out. Okay. One of these days, let me start with this. The bug out is important to me. And I don't talk about it a lot because I only have an hour, not even. And I think to really

talk about the bug out, you made me a three or four parts show to get it right. I think that the bug out is the most underappreciated and under prepared part of all preppy. Right? I really do feel that way. I feel that the bug out is the greatest understatement of all. And maybe one day we'll do a massive three part bug out series where I can really show you what comes to mind when I say the words bug out. Because there's a lot, there's a lot in there. But one of the pieces of the bug out plan is the micro bug out. Okay. The micro bug out is a very important part of a holistic bug out, a real true bug out plan. Right? A true bug out plan has many parts and pieces. You got to do a lot

and you got to try a lot and you got to test a lot to really get it right. And G-Man says maybe a two hour series. That's not a bad deal. I mean, I could fill that. No problem. I'm sure I could probably write 100,000 words on the bug out. Honestly, it's a big deal. You know, people really take it for granted and I think it's just this easy thing you throw together. One part of it, however, is the mini bug out. And this is something that I want you guys to consider tomorrow. Right? It's one of the things I want you guys to do and add to your preps if you don't have it already. Right? So for most people, the bug out consists of one place that they're going to go when things get ugly. Ideally, for most people, it's probably a place that no pretty well. It's a place that maybe they even have things stored away. It's a place that hopefully have considered the path to this place

will be pretty easy as well. Right? Most cases your bug out location is going to be far, right? Because the whole idea is let me get away from this incredible disaster and get myself and my family to a place that's safer. I should never really want to leave your home unless you really have to. That said, there is room for a mini bug out location, a micro bug out if you will. Right? And I'm talking a place that is maybe less than five miles from your home. Right? So you can get out your maps, you can draw a two to five mile radius and look for a place that fits the criteria for you for maybe a 72 hour bug out. And this micro bug out becomes, and this, like I said, this is nothing new. This is nothing that's something I came up with. This is exactly the response

that David Jones gave to his class when he talked about people coming to his house. You know, in David Jones, the way he puts it, he's a great guy. The way he puts it is he was really good at the army. Now I didn't dig too deep on him. We've had a few conversations, both private and on this show and at shows, other shows. I never dug too deep into David. I never said some, you know, crazy things like how many men have you killed, but I have to imagine if you're good at army, and you're probably pretty good at shooting, you're probably pretty good at killing. And Dave said he was really good at the army. So that got my mind thinking because what he said is he's not going to have a firefight with people out his front windows. Much better to disappear from the home for a while. And I know it sounds crazy, right? But it truly is. It truly is the safest

method if you have a family. Now if you're a bachelor and you want to go down in a blaze of glory, do what you want. But the micro bug out is how you keep a family safe and still keep a home. Right? If you're if you're bug out plan includes a place in the woods and you're thinking to yourself, I really don't need to bug out, but there's some questionable people in my neighborhood. I do not want to have an altercation with these people. They look like they're armed. They look very dangerous. Well, hopefully you have optics of some point or of some kind rather and hopefully you can keep an eye on them. But if things get dangerous and you don't have the support of your community or that type of thing, the micro bug out gives you the opportunity to leave and watch from afar. And in most cases, you'll find that these people will pass through. They may not even go to your house. Right? You may come home to a house that is completely empty of resource. They may eat everything

in your home. They may use everything. They may destroy the home a bit. But you this is the important part. You return to a reliable shelter and you return with the family intact. Right? What's more important than that? I mean, we're talking about prepping and survival. What's more important than that? I have walls that are insulated. My family was within those walls and they're safe and they're healthy. The moment you walk outside and you push it a stranger and you tell him, Hey, buddy, get out of my neighborhood. You never know what can happen. And I'm not saying that every, every altercation results in this sort of defeatist retreat idea. But I'm saying when you look at a situation and you'll know that some bad people

have moved into town and they, you know, they might be doing some things that I'm not happy about before you get face to face with them before they come to your door and you have an unavoidable altercation. Do yourself a favor. Sit down with a map and look for that micro bug out location. And that little 72 hour location can change everything for you. Right? That can give you an option that you never had before because you might not be in a situation where you think I want to commit to a 20 mile hike out of town. I don't want to leave the house yet. These guys may pass through once they pass through. We haven't had any other issues. This micro bug out can be very effective. We also be effective in something like a flood or, you know, something along those lines. Any sort of a threat that's going to come and pass that you don't want to put your family in the face of. If you can get to higher ground, better position. For a few days a week, something like that,

then you'll be able to say, okay, from here, maybe we can get back into our home. And I'm telling you one of the toughest things about the bug out is finally making the decision that now it's time to leave my home. Now it's time to leave my greatest investment and my greatest survival tool that I have. That's a tough call. You know, that's a very tough call. Flying Dutchman brings up a great point. He says, better have supplies buried to come back to. Not only that, better have supplies buried at that little micro bug out location because one of the keys to a successful micro bug out is going to be the idea that you're not really going to know how long you can be there. You know, you want to be able to ideally you want to wait three days and you want to go back and sort of do a little recon. But you also have no idea. It might take three weeks. But those are my thoughts on the micro bug out and the importance of it. The importance of

finding a location on a map today and building that into your plan. Right. Remember, your family is not they're not soldiers. Right. You're not going to throw flag jackets on them and AR 15s in their hand and all of a sudden they're going to be able to walk in formation and act accordingly under fire. Also, the importance of you. Remember the importance of you. Even if you think you're a bad dude or a bad dude, you never hear the word dude at anymore. Even if you think you want to bad as people on the planet, you catch a bullet in the wrong spot at the wrong time and you're going to bleed out in the middle of your street. And then your most valuable survival asset is gone and your family's on their own. Okay. These are reality that you have to consider. Jay Fargey says maybe keep some medication at the mini bug out. Yeah, the micro bug out location definitely needs to maybe have some medication. Right. It's something to consider. Okay, I'm not

going to beat a dead horse because I do want to talk about one more thing and we have just a few minutes to do so. Typically, I do an article a week, right? An article of the week. And typically, that article the week is done by one of the great prep or writers or websites that's out there. Because whether you know it or not, I don't know how much time you guys spend in that realm, there are some amazing websites out there. Some of my favorites are it's tactical.com. The organic prep is an amazing website. The most understated URL ever. Right. You read an URL, the organic prep, and you say to yourself, good God, I'm bored already. But some of the best articles on the internet in regards to prepping and disaster preparedness come from the organic prep. This week's article coming to you from I am LibertyShow.com. I know

that's a weird thing to do. It's a we it's almost shameless. So I wouldn't bring to you if it wasn't important. And if I didn't really love it. The article's gone crazy. Right. The article's going absolutely wild. It was up on prepper website for a few days. It was up on SHTF for preparedness for a few days. It's had you know, something like two to three thousand clicks between the two of those sites. That's why I said, let me bring this to my audience. And the articles titled the 2018 assault weapons ban reactionary gun laws and how you're left unprotected. Now Mr. Mayner, who also checked on me today, I appreciate that by the way. He came to me and he he brought me it was probably about a week or maybe two weeks ago now. He

brought me this packaged legislation that was being proposed. And it was called the 2018 assault weapons ban. I haven't seen that anywhere else. I haven't seen this weapons ban anywhere else. I haven't even heard it talked about anywhere else. And it's a very interesting thing when you when you see a piece of legislation like that early on and you don't hear anybody talking about it. He had gray fox nose, nose Mr. Mayner. He's he's pretty intimately involved with him. So he brings me this thing and I start reading and I say to myself, this is this is article material here. And I restarted reading it and it brought to mind, you know, just this idea of reactionary gun laws throughout time. So the article opens up with a bunch of reactionary gun laws like the National Firearms Act of 1934, which was sort of let's grab these machine guns because

they're killing everybody. They're killing all my people. I think I have a quote here from Roosevelt. Federal men are constantly facing machine gun firing pursuit of gangsters. The gun control act of 1968, which was basically brought on after the death of Malcolm X John and Rob Kennedy, Dr. Martin Luther King, so on and so forth. And then the article gets into exactly what the deal is with the gun law, what they're shooting for, what they're trying to do. It's it's pretty impressive. They are really going after everything. What I was most surprised about when you read about it in this article is that they're actually going after semi-automatic handguns that are capable of holding more than 10 bullets. And I don't know about you, but that's a lot of guns. Right, that's a lot of guns. Arguably the most popular gun of all, right, doesn't I mean the glocks they hold, you'd probably

have a harder time finding a semi-automatic that holds 10 or less rounds than one that holds more. But check the article out, you're going to like it. You're going to like it. There's also a big section about punishing our women because when I look at this issue about modifying semi-automatic handguns, I think to myself, how does that not punish our women? Right, we want to send our women out on the streets to deal with the homegrown monsters. And we want them to be prepared. We want them to have a weapon that they're comfortable with and a weapon that has the ability to take down maybe multiple attackers before it runs out of ammunition. So when I see bands like these, that's one of the things that comes to mind is just that. And that's why I titled that section punishing our women. And I talk about the me two year and how the ones really talking about the

great equalizer that is a firearm. So go ahead, that's the article of the week. Again, the 2018 assault weapons ban reactionary gun laws and how you're left unprotected available at iamlibertichot.com. You also have a link to the full legislation. I uploaded the full legislation to my website and there's a link there. You can just click the link and you'll be able to read the whole thing if you want to get real pissed off. If you want to get real upset and annoyed, you can sit back and read the big giant list. You know what the other real annoying part of the law is that they wrote they end the legislative piece or whatever you want to call it with a giant list of guns that you can own. Right? So they took the whole light. This is probably the last 20 pages. It's full of this giant list of guns that you can own after this laws passed. As if to say,

this is my take anyway. As if to say, you should be very happy, American public. You should be very happy that we've allowed you to own this many different types of guns. We are taking away quite a bit. We want serial numbers on your high capacity magazines that are grandfathered in. We want markings on your grandfathered in AR-15s, but you should feel privileged that we're going to allow you to look through so many different brands and types of weapons that you can buy. And this is your nice big list to prove that we're not mean and nasty gun grabbers. That part really made me sick. That part really made me nauseous. You know, it was like, what you guys are doing real bad business here and you know it. All right folks, listen, I apologize. I apologize. I overextended myself

today obviously. And I thought that I could pull a couple miracles out of the hat. And I felt short on one very important one that was being here on time. So you won't have to deal with that ever again. What you will have to deal with is next week. Next week on the live show we have Steve Menkink of on the objective.org. And he's going to come talk about crypto currencies with us. So if you're into that thing, this guy knows his stuff. He's in finance professionally. I was on his show. Now he's coming online. You're going to love it. Next Wednesday, talking crypto currencies after the collapse and before. All right. Don't miss it. I'll see you there. Move.
