This is the 2nd of 12 Tibetan Mind training video classes. In this Tibetan Lojong (Mind Training) class, the session starts with approximately 27 minutes of meditation. There is a guided compassion meditation. Tibetan Mind Training is a very powerful way to reduce anxiety, and change the way we look at the world.
