8:17say I would love if there was early vote in every single state on October 17th that's the kind of democracy we need to reform our democracy into that's not the reality which means that in dear born Michigan you're going to see people with visibility brigades people registering folks to vote people preparing to do geo tv because voting won't have early started already we've already got an event in frisco texas early voting won't be a happening in texas yet but we'll have indivisible members and other volunteers dressing up as superheroes to say voting is our super power let's get out and go vote you got Winston saline or the airline they're spending the morning doing voter average because early voting is up and running in north Carolina on October 17th so it's going to be different depending on where you are because this is locally let block parties and cookouts and buses to the polls and faith actions other creative actions like all the no kings this is going to be driven by people on the ground to say look I don't know what this regime is going to try to do but I know the only solution is if we stand up in organized so that's what you're going to see a lot of variety a lot of joy a lot of power is the plan to have a flagship rally kind

10:22under an authoritarian government that is fearful of organized non violent people led action it is fearful of the actual democratic process moving forward but the way they win the way they win is by you being too scared to exercise your rights and the way we win is by demonstrating courage I would I would look to inspiration around the world earlier this year under Victor Orobot an authoritarian who had been in power for 16 years an authoritarian who is the inspiration for Trump 2.0 there were articles written about the organization of America he went down this year because of overwhelming non violent democratically driven people protest and turnout that's how he went down we can do the same thing here in America we just got to find the courage and the best way to find that courage is not alone find it in community with your fellow organizers with your fellow community members that's how we build our strength and that's how we exercise our power and that's sure if you saw there's a recent 404 media report out that says that uh flock cameras helped

11:24train law enforcement officers how to go after no kings protesters nationwide specifically in no kings one two and three what's your reaction to hearing that this is an authoritarian government they are fearful of non violent protests that's why they called out the national guard in Texas and Virginia this is why they have been focusing on these non violent protesters again and again and again here's what I'll say it doesn't work we're not slowing down we were bigger in no kings two than we were no kings one we were bigger in no kings three than we were no kings two and we're going to be bigger in October than we've ever been before exercising our rights to vote we organize out in the open air and this has all public you can come to our trainings you found us we're out there organizing with our community members and building a big force that they can ignore and they can't resist so folks want to host their own no kings event or uh want to know where to go to find where their local no kings event is where did they go go to no kings dot org you can search on the map if there isn't one nearby you i want to emphasize this isn't just a professional political class thing you don't have to be an activist you don't have to be an organizer to this
