Tupac Trial Verdict, Swift & Kelce’s Secret Wedding, Tony Romo’s OWI, Denise Richards’ Divorce & A Sketchy LA Massage

About this episode

I’m Sarah, and in this episode of TSFS I cover a wild week in pop culture: the guilty verdict in Keffe D’s Tupac Shakur murder trial and his request to appeal, plus how Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have kept their July 3rd Madison Square Garden wedding completely leak-free while debuting their new Samoyed puppy, Wendy, in a Tommy Hilfiger campaign. I also react to Tony Romo taking accountability for his OWI and admitting pain-pill dependence that led to alcohol misuse. Then I dig into Denise Richards’ ongoing divorce and restraining order, including her claim that Aaron Phypers’ alleged smear campaign was her biggest betrayal. I share my own bizarre LA massage experience that felt like a happy-ending setup, and I discuss Brandi Glanville defending Kim Zolciak amid allegations involving her son KJ. I wrap with five habits happy people over 35 stop doing. Hi, gorgeous. How are you? Welcome in. New show. I'm Sarah. So glad that you're here. We have a lot to cover today on the podcast this week. What a week. Two poxha core murder trial came to an aunt honey that's a that's already deliberated two seconds and they were like keepy-deak guilty guilty. You crazy ass bitch. Anyhow, we already want to appeal. We have to talk about that trial. Does anyone give two rips? I don't know. I'm on one today. Does anyone give two rips about Travis Kelsey and Taylor Swift? Their new dog that's been debuted in a Tommy Hill figure at this week named Wendy. Wendy, I'm sure you sweet, but I don't really care. Everyone's like going nuts over this ad. It's like, okay, they're like first thing we've heard, although I guess it is the first thing we have heard since Taylor and Travis

Tate Tate and Trab got married July 3rd, which is like unbelievable. I was listening to my friend Heather McDonnell. You know, I love my Heather juicy scoop. She had the comedian Heather Shaw on who I love. I got to get Heather Shaw on this program too. And Heather looks exactly like the female version of Jim Carrey. I'm sure you've seen her online. She is a riot. And they were talking about how unbelievable it really is that we have had no leaks to none. I mean, a thousand people were at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey's wedding and Madison Square Garden. And since then on July 3rd, we're going to spend two months. We have heard no leaks, not up from any of them. I mean, that's that's pretty amazing. We don't know like, well, you know, there was a nasty rumor that they did a buffet. Nobody knows. Was it sit down? Was it buffet? Nobody will confirm anything. Isn't that amazing? I mean, the like, honestly, those celebrities that were there, they should be working for the CIA. They are tight-lipped.

It's a very tight-lipped. I'm sure Duma has had a couple of leaks, but I haven't paid attention. We have other news as well in addition to Travis and Taylor Brandy Glanville is speaking out in defense of Kim Zolciac beer machine, beer man anymore, Kim Zolciac, essentially going, okay, all y'all can pump your brakes about Kim's son, KJ, who is in jail, Juvee, remains in Juvee for allegedly assaying a young girl, a classmate. She is saying, don't rush to judgment yet. So, I'll tell you where that's coming from. And then Denise Richards is revealing her biggest betrayal by Aaron Feifers. And they are still locked in some legal battles. So she's talking about the divorce, the restraining order, and what she considers to be her, I guess the biggest betrayal by him in this entire thing. And she's still working through it. So we'll talk about that. Before we get into it, have you guys ever gone for a massage and you think that the people wanted

to give you a happy ending? I'm not kidding. I went to the World's Worst Massage. I'm here in LA. I mean, I don't think it's far-fetched to think there are probably a lot of massage that are happy ending available. Okay. I went to a massage that my family members had gifted me. But Schman had found the spot, quote unquote, spot, all right, near our house. And he didn't, you know, he wanted to search something that was close because he knows I'm busy. He knows how much I do with my mom and the kids. And so something I could get too fast and that was highly rated. This place had like a 4-7 on Google, which I don't know any more about other cities because I don't travel anywhere. I have like a six-month-old and a five-year-old and a demented mom. But in LA, like very few things get over four or five, to be honest. All right, they just don't. People are fussy. People here have a lot of money. They're very entitled. You know, and also people here

have fantastic taste. I will say that. They're used to like a real experience. So it's a lot to live up to in any business. But he, this spa had like a 4-7. So an eye looked into it. I'm like, oh my God, from the website, I'm like, this looks great. This is like right near our house. You guys, I go. This was the most bizarre. First of all, it was in a strip mall which should have been a red flag for us, right? But that's again, it's not that strange. I go in the woman and God bless her. And you know, I mean, I should speak other languages, but she does, she hardly speaks a lick of English that's checking me in. All right. So we're working through that, right? She immediately says to me, but it took me like four times to understand. She's trying to convey to me that I'm pregnant. She's like, you're pregnant. Don't lay on your belly. I'm like, no, I'm not. The baby is six months old. She's like six months along. I'm like, no, the baby is six months. You

guys, we first of all, this was like, I shouldn't even have gotten on the table because this was like right off the bat. So confusing for both of us. I lay down on my belly. She's freaking out. I don't know what she's saying, but I'm like, no, no, I'm not pregnant. No, not pregnant. So we she understands that we finally get it. She's like, okay, cool, cool. Okay. So I'm like, great. This will be relaxing. 90 minutes. I'm putting you. They ask you what type of pressure you want. I'm like, light. I want to relax. You guys, I think this was say no mask. I was so beat up. And I kept me like, oh, oh, like, and she would, she could lighten the pressure. And then she would go right back. Then midway through the massage, they switched masseuses. I'm not even lying. The woman I started with at the end of this 90 minute, I get up totally different woman. I'm like, um, great to see you. Um, I was like, did something. What occurred? Like, I heard the woman go out midway through, but I'm like, oh, maybe she just needs to like, take a phone call or something.

In addition to this, this is also how I should have known. Booking this 90 minute massage, this gift that I got, I also got a massage table shower. Have you ever heard of this? You go into a shower that's completely flat with like a yoga mat on it. And they shower a massage. She was, y'all, and I am like a person. I really don't care who sees me nude. I'm not modest at all whatsoever. At the end of this 90 minute massage, which by the way, I'm like completely beaten up. Like, I mean, I don't even know how to describe it. Like, she would pound on my ass cheeks. It was just so much. But like, after so many times when you tell somebody like, oh, oh, they're pressure. They're not, like, they're not going to get it. Like, they're not adjusting. So I was just like, just buckle down for the abuse. All right. Then I go to this table massage. You're completely new. They give you like these disposable underwear to put on, right? So you just have that on, but your top is like completely open. All right. So I lay down on the shower. All right. Which amazingly,

on your back felt great. Like, they do these different like scrubs and like a thick kind of clay mask on your back. I'm like, this is feeling great. I roll over. All right. This is where I swear. Like, they put like a lavender mask on me, but the lavender had worn off. So like, you had to like really inhale it to even get a sense of a little lavender. This woman starts massaging my tits. I was like, this is like in between my boobs. And there was like a moment of like slowing down, where I think she was like waiting for me to like be, I'd maybe it all like into this and then to continue. I went to a happy ending massage place. I swear. And it was, I am never really that uncomfortable. And I'm usually never uncomfortable around women. I'm like, I am this is, I am very uncomfortable. This is very, very strange. And then then they like hose you down, right?

And she spent a lot of time with that hose in my crotch. And I'm like, I'm like, I'm, like, I'm, I'm, so like eventually I just was like, I'm clean. I feel very clean. And she was like, okay. Okay. And then she paused and immediately left the room. And the weirdest part was the whole room is like wet because they've got this entire shower thing. They have one teeny little bath map for you to stand on and then slip in slide to across the room to get your bathrobe. And also this is how I know it was a happy ending space. The, and I thought this was strange when I walked in. When I first got the massage, they had a pair of man of men's size. You know what they give you like those, they give you your own sort of sandals, right? A lot of skincare make big promises, but can never deliver. Well, not with one skin. Look at my eyes specifically. Look at the wrinkles around my eyes. They're pretty good, right? For my age. Thank you. Well, I've been a long time one skin

user. Their eye cream is some of my favorite. What is the secret to one skin successful? First of all, they were founded by four PhD longevity scientists that focused on one thing, skin aging and created products with their proprietary OS one peptide that go below the skin's surface. That's what their secret is. And that's why it really works. And so many people love them. Don't believe me. I always tell y'all go and do your own research and look at the amazing five star reviews that they have born from over 10 years of longevity research. One skin is helping you unlock your healthiest skin now. And as you age, for a limited time, try one skin with 15% off using code T S F S at one skin dot co slash T S F S that's 15% off one skin dot co with code T S F S. After you purchase, they'll ask where you heard about them. Please support my show. Tell them I sent you. You will love it. 10,000 five star reviews start buying one skin. When I go into,

you know, because when you go to a decent spot, like you change, you have like a relaxation moment. When I went to get my robot, they only had a pair of one, like men's like giant size 12 sandals. And I thought, Oh, well, this is I, but I'll just slip them on. I was walking around with a giant pair of man sandals. Guys, I went to a happy ending massage space. And now I know I had a five seven because it certainly was not the decor. Let me just say that. Anyway, very strange. Is that ever happened to you as a woman in this country? I was a palt. All right. And, uh, and you know, I mean, at this point too, like they weren't understanding me. So I thought, I can't like whatever they start doing here. I'm just going to roll with it because I clearly, I've told them to stop numerous times. They don't understand that. So here we go. Anyhow, um, you know, so goes life in LA. Let's talk about all the things that are happening in pop culture. Shall we? Travis called Kelsey and Taylor Swift. I could care less, but they now have a dog together. And it's a Samuad Samuad. It's that all white

dog. They're super fluffy all white. Samuad is the official pronunciation, I think, very popular dog. And they now have this dog together. And it has been debuted in Travis Kelsey's first appearance senses wedding. And it is for tell me, he'll figure when he appeared along the three times Super Bowl winner on the roof of the plaza hotel, lounging on a black and white sofa as Kelsey poses in a navy pee coat and white turtleneck. The fluffy canine also makes a cameo in the video for the campaign following her famous dog dad through the iconic New York hotel. He's seen in various pictures and he's modeling for Tommy Hill figure. The American fashion brand had been looking to cast a dog for the advert when Kelsey volunteered. They're new puppy according to a Vogue reporter. And they figured why not her? She crushed it and actually really fit into the Tommy Hill figure aesthetic. She did. I mean, wouldn't any dog that was like brushed well and like given a bath? I mean, like, is there

such a thing? Like, there's a Tommy Hill figure dog aesthetic? What? Like, every dog would fit in. Poodle, Dalmatian, Doberman, should I go on, ween or dog? I mean, aren't we selling to everyone? It's Tommy Hill figure. Anyhow, a source tells Daily Mail that it seems that Travis is the one that really made it happen regarding the dog. He really wanted Wendy apparently in the ad and then now she was. So again, the most interesting part about Taylor and Travis is how they have managed to keep all their wedding details private. And obviously they don't need the money. They're not selling it to people magazine. By the way, I don't even think people magazine has the money anymore by the details. Tony Romo, do you care? Look, we all have football. Football season is starting again. I do love an NFL game. You know, I was a Washington commanders girly for a long time. Patriots fan before that because I'm a mainer. And now, you know, I'm a chargers fan out here in LA, baby. Oh,

and I root for the Detroit Lions. So essentially, half the NFL I'm cheering for. And Tony Romo, CBS, I don't know if he's going to keep his job, but I have to tell you I love his commentary. And he is so funny, like giving his whole tutorials, right? Well, now he's taking full accountability this week for the O.W.I. that he got. And he's admitting that he has a drinking problem. He admits that he has a pill. He had a pill problem that now turned in to a drinking problem. He put out a statement. If you didn't see the video, I mean, it was sort of epic. He was arrested for an O.W.I. Look, O.W.I. is never funny. Obviously, it's disgusting. I don't understand how any celebrity, any celebrity, like D list traffic report are from any town. Okay. If you have any note, whatever, I don't understand how anyone drives drunk anymore. It's called Uber. And hello,

like travels now to neighborhoods, distant, in Maine. Okay. You can book an Uber ahead of time. How anyone is doing a DUI anymore is beyond me. And I know most of you hate driverless vehicles. But if they operate like airplanes, which is essentially like an airplane flies itself pretty much. And they will prevent drunk driving accidents and save the thousand people a year that are killed and drunk driving accidents. Like God bless the driverless vehicle. How anyone drives that's famous in not in an Uber or with a driver, I will never understand. He did. He was arrested for O.W.I. and the videos are like epic. He's stretching and dancing and warming up for the test. And they know the poor police are standing there like, all right, dude, we know your Tony Romo. And he's like make cracking jokes and you know, he's failing. Of course, the DUI test miserably. Well, he puts out a statement this week. And I thought this was good. He owned up accountability. He and Kelly Wolf, I'm giving a lot of credit to this week. I think that they are definitely owning their ish.

So he says he takes full responsibility. He said multiple back surgery surgeries ended by NFL career earlier than I expected and left me with constant debilitating pain. The pain led to dependence on pain meds and my efforts to get those medications led to an over reliance on alcohol. As I have taught my three young sons, when you fall short, you stand up and you take full responsibility. That is an important first step. The harder and more important step is examining the path that brought you here and making the changes necessary to move forward. That path requires honesty. None of this is an excuse. These are my failures and I take full responsibility for them. The past month has been difficult, but also has been personally significant. It has required me to confront and own my mistakes fully to the Lord, to myself, to my family and now to the public. He goes on to make a statement, but essentially, he says that he's working on his health. There is no word. Oh, and he says, as I turn my attention to my health, my family, and in time, my return to CBS,

I kindly ask for privacy during this period. You ain't getting privacy. I'm so tired of these people. They make all these public blunders and I need privacy. Here's one for you. Don't have six margaritas and get behind the wheel, then we would give you privacy. Okay, sorry. I'm really angry. Let me move on. I'm sure when something happens next in my life, I'll be, give me privacy. Did he, Switchards, do you think of all the things that we've learned about that scumbag Aaron Fifers? Do you think that the biggest betrayal to Denise is the fact that he essentially ran a public smear campaign against her and used the relationship, like a business transaction? Do you think that's the nastiest thing he did to her? Because she's saying that's the nastiest thing that he did to her. I'm like, girl, he clocked you in the eye multiple times. That to me, I don't know. The physical abuse would be wild to me. I just had Laura Doyle on. I know

this is very controversial. This author that I had on and I got to have her back because I need to push back more against this narrative. But she says that women survive. Women stay in, I know this is true. Women stay in verbally and physically abusive relationships and they can go on and move forward from it and have a thriving relationship. Maybe they can. But it's sure, man, if you're in that and you've survived domestic violence and you're still with your partner, I want to hear from you because I don't see how you can. I would think that the worst thing that Aaron did to her is clocker in the eye multiple times. But she's still in a contentious divorce with Aaron. They have not completely settled the entire thing. Aaron filed for divorce in July last year. Now, the actresses filed a restraining order against him alleging that he physically abused her. Aaron denied all allegations and accused her of cheating and substance abuse. I've never been in a situation like this. For him to retaliate and do a whole smear cam of pain against me,

that was the biggest betrayal I ever experienced said Denise recently on a new podcast. I couldn't believe it. And then I've discovered during the process of our divorce so many lives he led. And that has been devastating for me. Feeling like our marriage was a business arrangement for him. He looked at me as I feel a product. I can't explain it, but it certainly wasn't a marriage. And that's been the hardest thing. Harder than the physical abuse, she said. Denise clarified the biggest betrayal was Aaron's attempt to paint her as something that she wasn't. He doesn't even know I've discovered all this stuff that people came out of the woodwork that were in his life and shared so much about him. She said, because we have a restraining order, I don't talk to him. And he and his dad threatened to show the world like text messages between me and this guy alleged to Denise. I was like, how do you do something like that? So I was threatened with that. And what he did is technically called revenge porn. He sold it. I actually heard that he sold it. She said,

now let me go back because I had thought that their divorce was finalized, but it's reading from this article that they aren't. Let's see, she's also cute. Okay. Oh, she remains in it. They're not finalized. So she's still in a divorce battle with him. Very fascinating. So anyhow, if you're wondering where their divorce stands, it's not completely finalized. And that was her biggest betrayal from Aaron Fyfer's. The two-pop trial was this week. KeefeD looks like he'll be spending his life in prison, although he has asked for a he wants to appeal. This all went down on Monday night. This week, it took 30 years by the way to get justice. Now, I posted the video I watched the verdict live in the jury deliberated for like three hours. Okay. They were like, it was a jury of 12. They were like, you, Nana, Ms. KeefeD. Maybe it was the book you wrote where you described giving the gun that killed two-pop to your

nephew, ordering him to murder two-pop over a beef in a casino. Maybe it was the play-by-play in the book. He went on to deny, by the way. He said he had a ghost writer and the ghost writer made that up, wrote it for him. Anyhow, 30 years to make this arrest. Now, by the way, you know, you've probably watched. There's been some amazing documentaries on two-pocket biggie. And one of them, I think it's slay, let's see, it was out several years ago. It was really great. A couple of LAPD detectives had worked this case like so extensively. And they knew a long time ago that KeefeD and KeefeD's nephew had done this. Now, KeefeD's nephew was involved in gangs like KeefeD was and was murdered about three years after two-pop in, you know, gang-related incident, right? Out here in L.I. But I mean, KeefeD certainly had something to do with it. He's a former leader, by the way, in the Southside Compton Crips. And he was convicted of murder. Now, our clerk read aloud the verdict.

Two-pock Shakurs family erupted with emotion. His sister set Shakur was crying quietly. Other Shakur family members clasped hands and embraced on the other side of the courtroom. Davis's son, Dwayne Davis Jr. held a hand to his face. Davis, a 63-year-old who has spent the last years styling himself as an expert in Shakur's killing, was straight-faced as the verdict was read. But he raised a fist as he left the courtroom and asked the judge for an appeal, signaling that the decades-long quest for a semblance of justice in two-pocks killing may not be over. He's being held without bail and a set to be sentenced on October 3rd. He could spend the rest of his life in prison without the possibility of parole at the heart of the four-week trial was KeefeD's own credibility. The prosecution presented among other circumstantial evidence that former gang leaders own statements to police in the 2019 memoir. I mean, like, do these people have three brain cells? Compton Street legend in which he placed himself in Las Vegas

in the car with the shooter and said that the killing was warranted. Davis's prosecution said didn't- Davis, prosecutors said, didn't fire the shots that killed two-pock. But he was the shot caller who orchestrated the killing as revenge for an attack on his nephew, Orlando Baby Lane Anderson. Now, he sold his memoir as well and it was published, even profiting off of two-pocks murder. So there you go. So a lot of people feel like justice, you know, when I put the video out, people obviously have their own theories on this and that he was KeefeD was only one part of the killing. And I actually think that's true because if you look into this and you go down the rabbit hole, I think there were other people there that night that wanted and helped orchestrate in two-pock's death, but they're all dead. The only person alive to have any accountability was KeefeD. Also, a lot of people believe allegedly, allegedly, did he had something to do with this and did he is in jail? And I do believe there was like some crossover perhaps, but I don't think

they've ever been able to actually pin anything on Diddy. Don't quote me. You can do your rabbit hole, but just it's so amazing because I think so many of you guys letter millennials like that music was so much of our childhood and you're, you know, like I said, I was living the gangster life in Maine. So there you have it. But good to see, we'll see if he gets granted an appeal. Before we talk about Brandy Glanville, okay, Branncy. Coming to Kim Zolciac's defense. I wanted to shout out you guys. The incredible downloads I had on Kale Lowry, the Kale Lowry interview. Now Kale Lowry from Teen Mom, she's also like an incredible podcaster, multiple podcasts. And coffee and convose is her big one with Lindsey, Chris Lee. Well, my interview with Kale Lowry continues to go viral

and shout out to Enews, who's picked it up, shout out to Us Weekly. Kale Lowry reveals why Lindsey Chris Lee's friendship nearly ended. We were like dysfunctional sisters. This is all on my interview with Kale, which dropped last week. So if you missed it, please go and listen. A lot of people loving it. And a lot of people listening to it and it's circulating. So love that. Thank you so much for listening and for E news for everybody picking it up. Love you all. Yes, whenever we go viral, it's a good thing. So thank you so, so much to you all. Brandy Glanville is coming to Kim Zolciac's defense and telling everybody pump the brakes on what you think about KJ. KJ's Kim Sun. I mean, this is very disturbing. He's remained in Juve, which people say is very rare. Usually a juvenile is they postponed. He was given no option for bond. They're turned over to

their parents. And unless there's some very incriminating evidence or they think they're a flight risk, they usually don't stay in Juve. He's remaining in Juve until his upcoming court appearance. Well, Brandy is saying, look, on a recent episode of her podcast, Brandy addressed the Don't Be Tarty alum Kim Sun getting arrested and unsurprisingly, she had an opinion on some, on what people will likely find controversial. Quote, I don't know what I should be talking about. I don't know that I should be talking about it, but I don't give a fuck. She said, her podcast unfiltered is still going. She said her podcast a long time. So there were all these headlines about this reality start Kim. I'm sure you saw them in her 15 year old son. And as I'm saying this, I'm realizing, am I hypocrite? Because I'm saying we shouldn't talk about kids that are underage, but I'm sitting here talking about it. She added, but what my point is of bringing all this up is that we shouldn't be talking about kids underage and making judgments about just what we see from the media headlines. They didn't sign up for it. And in this case, a woman, a girl underage

also said that she was sexually assaulted by this kid at a gym, but Brandi noted that as a mom of boys, she feels a certain way. And she always told her sons that they have to ask before even doing something like holding a girl's hand after she explained the allegations against Kim Sun that he sexually assaulted the girl in question. Brandi said that this is life ruining stuff and could potentially be life ruining and says that everyone needs to not judge and just wait and see the outcome of what actually happens. Now Kim's ulciac has denied all of this. KJ has been accused of sawdemy of this young girl of getting like, of forcing her to give him oral sex. So these are very strong allegations. And she just says, you know, she goes on to bring this up. Some people are with Brandi going, yeah, you know, we can see Kim says that this girl is making this up. It's completely fabricated. That's obviously Kim side. And we will see what happens. Brandi went on to

say, I just feel like people under 15. And I know we can't say we can't protect them because a lot of people are under 15, but he's been accused. He's been put in jail. He's been publicly derailed. He's exiled already. Like that is life ruining shit, she said. And while Brandi said that most of her friends believe the allegations as a boy mom, she instructed them to read the fucking article. Read it, read it carefully because anyone can say anything she elaborated. So Kim's ulciac is getting an unlikely supporter. And you know, that clip by their people are loving or hating. Lastly, you know, we always like a little self-improvement, a little self-help chat on this show. Why not? If you are happy in your life and you are over the age of 35, here are the things. Happy people over 35 to have stopped doing these unnecessary things. And it is making them so much happier according to your tango.com. Now your tango is all about revolutionizing

relationships on their website. I love this site because they usually have some quirky articles, some fun things. But here are the, I'm going to give you the five things, by the way. Unnecessary things that people stop doing in no particular order if you want to be happy. Trying to control what is out of their control. Isn't that a big one? And you realize you can't control your family members, your adult siblings, your parents. Well, you know, I can control mine because honey, she don't even know where the toilet is. But you know, let go. Trying to please everyone. Oh, I think I'm still even working on this one. I like to make people happy. But they say when you realize that people's happiness is their own internal journey. Stop trying to people, please stop trying to not everybody's going to agree with you. Get over it. When you are really truly beyond that, you are liberated. Shaming yourself. Oh, that's a really good one. Happy people stop shaming themselves because they value themselves and they aren't afraid to make mistakes. Worrying about happiness. Ooh, even a dress in complex emotions and

embracing the reality of hard days become easier when someone's not pressuring themselves to be happy all the time. Just be in your emotions. And number five, believing they're the main character. It feeling like you're the main character is clouding your empathy for others and your ability to show up for the sake of community. Of course, she'll end up unhappy. Oh, dang. So if you are over 35, I don't know why we're putting an age limit on it. You could be any age, baby. You conquer those things you're living a happier life. All right. There you go. Bye, everybody. Love you. Thanks for listening.
