Walker Joins Chiefs for $43M

Elsewhere, the running back inked a three-year deal worth $43 million with the Kansas City Chiefs right when the legal tampering window opened. Over four years in Seattle, Walker racked up 3,555 rushing yards and 31 total touchdowns. He peaked in the playoffs, gaining 313 yards and four scores across three games, helping lead the Seahawks to victory. Meanwhile, the Seahawks moved on without much rush, picking up a manual Wilson from the Green Bay Packers. Wilson had 496 rushing yards and three touchdowns last season. They also have Zach Charbonne waiting in the wings, though he's recovering from a torn anterior cruciate ligament. Seattle's general manager noted that running back talent is easy to find on the market. They might even draft a new option, come the 2026 season.
