While I have concluded another, we don't have to have uniformity of thought. We don't have to have just blanket agreement on everything. I think we should buy in large, have blanket agreement on the core principles. But we certainly don't have to have uniformity of thought and agreement on case-by-case individual situations, which we're going to get to today. So that's where we're headed. We have had a Facebook page on this program for a long time. And I'll be candid. I'm not... I'm an audio guy first. I'm a talk guy first. I like to sit behind this microphone and articulate my thoughts. I like to... I like just for people to listen to the entire episode because I think it may be a personal preference or there may be true advantages to this over simply communicating over social media. And I don't want to poop poo. And I know some of you out there are big fans of social media. I'm naturally not as much, although there's certainly some things that have been good to come from social media. There's a

7:20lot of bad that have come to from social media. But there can be, you know, anything like that, any any tool that we have at our disposal. They are truly amoral. So social media is not good or bad in and of itself. It is a tool. It's like a tool sitting there in the tool chest. And people can use it for good things. They can use it to communicate truth and ideas to communicate the gospel to build communities online of people who want to do good things. It can help. She was. You just go on down the list. It can help people who've had a hard time making, making something, increasing awareness. It gives people a way to do that, to connect with people, to get information out in front of them. It also can be something for bad. As you well know, there can be everything from intense cyber bullying to where people have quite literally

8:20harm themselves, killed themselves because of attacks both online and of course in person as well. You have things like child exploitation and just some of the sickening things like that. You've got pornography that comes online. You've got all sorts of things, right? It can be again. It's it itself is immoral. It is not it is neither good nor bad. It depends on the intention or how the person is using it. It's just like a gun. A gun in the hands of a criminal can be used for committing crimes, committing murder, that sort of thing, armed robbery, those sorts of things. In the hands of a good person, it can stop a crime from happening. In fact, what typically stops a bad person with the gun is often a good person with a gun. This is simply just the case. Sometimes it's a law enforcement officer. Sometimes it's a civilian. Again, the tool itself is not

9:22is neither good nor bad. It is simply a tool that can be used and the heart of an individual person, the intent of an individual person will determine whether that intent, well, the way that it's used is good or bad. Now, I will tell you, I just, again, I'm not a huge natural fan of social media. I like people to hear what we have to say. I like people to watch the video. I think if you take words and you put them onto a piece of paper or onto a screen or into a transcript, yes, you can read what someone says, but you're missing part of what's being communicated. And I would argue a pretty substantial part of what is being communicated because tone of voice just body language. Obviously, if you're listening to this on a radio program, if you're listening to this on a podcast that is audio only, you miss that

10:25as well, but you certainly get the tone of voice. That's where I think more than anything, you begin to get the feel of what I mean when I say conservative, not bitter. And I wore it on that for just a moment. I'll talk about that because I think all this stuff comes together. Conservative, not bitter is something in the early, early days of this program. I remember my background, I used to work at a years ago at a small marketing firm and became great friends with the gentleman who I miss dearly. His name was Brad Justice. He was owner of a small marketing firm called Jarbo. Back at the time, Jarbo Group, now today it's just Jarbo. And I learned a lot working in that firm. I had an interesting series of things that I got into upon graduating college. I think I've shared this story before. I was when I was going to college, I was looking at a couple of different places. I got medically disqualified from the United

11:28States Naval Academy, which is where I was had been accepted and gotten my nominations and so forth. So I wasn't allowed to go there. It was non-waverable back in 1997. If you want to know, so that's maybe a tad bit embarrassing. I don't know. There's not like some long underlying just terrible health problem. It was a sleepwalking. I had frequent sleepwalking episodes since age 12. And those were non-waverable in those days. I suspect they are today as well. I don't know. But anyway, so I went to Butler. I played football study political science, philosophy. I had a bunch of arguments. This is, I mean, I was in the middle of it, arguing with leftist professors, atheist, communists, socialist pacifists. You name it, feminist. There weren't conservative. They just weren't. There weren't conservative professors. It was, it was a an ideological war zone. And I loved every second of it. I went to American University. My junior year through what was called a semester exchange program because of the time I was thinking

12:33I would go to law school, bond graduation. So I went to a pre law program again, same thing. Some some very intelligent kids in the in the class that came to American University from all over the country, primarily East Coast, but there were some from different parts, different parts of the country. And it was me versus the class. I was the lone Christian conservative in that classroom. And it was, I loved every second of it. But as much as I loved the program, I also realized that I just, I didn't feel like God wanted me to go to law school. So I graduated really not knowing what I was going to do. Truly, it's not, I don't necessarily advise this. That's just where God had me personally. I'm a follower of Christ. And that's where I, where I was. And so I graduated. I didn't know what I was going to do. I ended up managing a 200 acre standard bread horse farm as I worked my way through this. And it was on that horse farm that I was introduced to talk radio.

13:35And it was a great time. As much as there was monotony and boredom on that horse farm because it was often just me and the horses. Sometimes I had, I had people that would help me on the farm. But typically it was me. I fell in love with talk radio. And in specific, specifically, I fell in love with the late great Rush Limbaugh. And I would listen close to three hours a day. I would organize my day so that I could be on the back of the tractor from one to four. That was the time he used to come on here in Indianapolis. And when I learned he was an hour delayed, I didn't much care for that because he was noon to three. But nonetheless, that's really where I fell in love with this, this idea. It had, it seemed similar to me to what I was doing in the classroom at American University in Washington DC trying to defend articulate these ideas and beliefs. And so I came out and I left the horse farm. I got into sales. I ran a nonprofit for a while. I worked

14:42for a marketing firm. It wasn't until I completed those things, which in hindsight kind of prepared me for this, some of the operational stuff, some of the business stuff that's required from communication to strategy to having some executive leadership hiring, firing, interviewing, those sorts of skills, which as an entrepreneur, you have to have. So I think those things prepared me for what I did without me necessarily knowing that was the case. So I started this program in August on August 10th of 2015. We just celebrated our 11th year about a month ago. And it was originally called the antidote to liberalism. This program was because the antidote to liberalism, my friends, is truth. And so the idea was that, well, truth and common sense. And so we were delivering truth and common sense to the people who would pay attention and who would

15:43listen. But eventually I just kept coming back to it. It just, it needs to be, this goes again. Listen, this might surprise you. I don't know. It's like as a person who gets behind the microphone and does this every day. I had some hesitation naming it the Todd Huff show. I just did. But I eventually thought that that was the best thing. That's what you have to do to build brand awareness, name recognition. And you have to focus on delivering the same quality, the same feeling, I guess, that's the same type of content, the content that you don't want it to be repetitive. Sometimes it has to be for the sake of communicating ideas. But you don't want it to be repetitive. But you want it to, it's got to come together to be able to hold a place in the person's mind or to give them an identity of a program that says, that's what this is. And as I was thinking about this with my dear friend, Brad Justice, who tragically passed away in January,

16:48or excuse me, of April of 20, 25 by the year and a half ago. But at the time he was a type of mentor to me, especially when it came to marketing and business. And I, he and I came up with the idea of conservative, not bitter because at the core, that's who I am. And I thought that's what this program had become what it was every day. And what that means is that we believe in these ideas, these we have these beliefs, I think that they're important for this nation to embrace and understand. But I'm not personally upset at people who don't. I think that depending upon how much they don't, or in some cases, how much they try to undermine the ideas that I'm trying to promote on this program, they can become dangerous. They can become politically the adversary. But it's not personal. It's not ever personal to me. And I've learned that most people don't feel that way.

17:49They hate me. They amount of people that hate little old me who started this program in a closet 11 years ago, based kind of, I told you the story of how we got there just a moment ago. The amount of people that hate me when they see a 20 or 30 second clip calling me names that is just unfathomable to me. They wouldn't say it to my face. I actually am more inclined. I was telling someone this the other day. I'm more inclined to say something to somebody's face than I am to write it on a social media post. And it's not because I don't mean to imply that I can't control my words. I say that because when I write it and look at it before I hit post or send or whatever, I think, well, what if they don't understand that? What if that's not clear? I don't have the tone. You can't catch the tone of my voice. You can't tell if I'm being sarcastic or trying to be somewhat humorous or whatever if I just post those words. If I'm face-to-face with

18:50someone, I can say it. And then I can see how they interpret it. And then I can be prepared to respond from there. And so, but most people are the opposite. And it's because candidly, they're cowardly. They're cowardly and they don't want to have a face-to-face conversation. Now, some people aren't just not cowardly. They are intentionally hellbent on just being destructive to people with whom they disagree. That's not what we are. That's not what you are. You care about this country. I care about this country. I care about persuasion, not forcing people. It's crazy when people say you're forcing your ideas on people. You can turn this... I will. I say you can turn this program off. I suspect you can't because it's addictive. I see people who comment on my stuff. And I think why take the time to say that? And sometimes I'll tell them it's hard to resist commenting, isn't it? Stupid of you to say that. This is a waste of my time. Well, here you are.

19:51Here you are commenting away, telling the algorithm you want to engage with this kind of content. I'll see you tomorrow, my friend. I don't hate you. You can hate me if you want. It truly bothers me 0%. Right? That's conservative. Not bitter. That's... It doesn't mean we don't get angry about things. It doesn't mean that we... It doesn't mean that we don't get fiery about things. What it means is that we haven't given up, given up on this nation. We haven't... We don't see the... We don't want to make the fight personal. It's always about ideas. Sometimes it's about defeating the people who are promoting the bad ideas, but it's certainly not about personally destroying them. And we're entering a time where a year ago today... Well, I shouldn't say today. A year ago this time of year last year, September 10th, Charlie Kirk was assassinated. We are approaching a time next Friday. September 11th will be the 25th anniversary. I don't like using that word. Aniversary seems to imply

20:55some sort of a positive celebration. It's not a celebration. It's just a memory that we should never, ever forget. 9-11, where people boarded airplanes and crashed them into buildings because they ideologically disagreed with the United States of America. And they believed, these Islamophashes believed that they are justified, that they were justified in killing people who did not believe religiously what they believed. And that's the opposite. Anithetical to conservative, not bitter. That's antithetical to what it means to be. I would say conservative. That's antithetical to believe to be what I would say is a Bible believing Christian. It's antithetical to how we should behave and think we should be persuasive. We should be trying to bring people over. We should be trying to persuade them with truth. And oftentimes, well, the other side doesn't even dare engage in that because, of course, they're standing on a bunch of lies. I think that a lot of

21:58them know this. I do. I think that that's why they want to shut us up and censor us and that sort of thing. They can't have a fair fight. They can't combat real ideas and real beliefs. They've got to simply try to shut them up and get them out of the public discourse altogether demonize the people who say them and so forth. But anyway, so conservative, not bitter was born with the help of Brad Justice, my dear friend. And the program took off what was 11 years ago now. So I know we took a bit of a detour there to get us into where we are today. But I say all that to say that you can listen to this program every day. You can not an agreement 90 plus percent. And you might not agree with what I'm going to get into today. And that's okay. But I want to talk about a question that I had gotten. And I'll tell you the question here. And I've got to get to a break. But the question is I said before that 9-11 was not an inside job that 9-11 was the result of terrorists,

23:02Al Qaeda terrorists who got onto airplanes with box cutters and other instruments killed the flight at an attendance in the crew. They got into the cockpit. They flew the planes into the targets. Of course, the exception was flight 93, which was the passengers fought back. They fought back. And they took that plane down in a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. They're very well-minute, been a may have been a fifth plane as well. You may have seen the documentary on Netflix about that. But that's what happened. My friends, and I want to talk a bit about that today. And I've got to take a quick time out before I do that. But someone asked me that the question is how can you believe in that there's a conspiracy and say a stone on election, which by the time that's not exactly what I've said, but and not believe a conspiracy in 9-11. That's a fair question. That's asked from a... Let's start. I started to tell you I connected with him. His name's Benny on social media on Facebook years ago. That's why I was talking about Facebook. In the early days on Facebook, we didn't have a lot of traction or growth. I've been GWAS. I've had all sorts of trouble with Facebook, with YouTube.

26:12And candidly, when Biden was in office, I mean, they were looking for reasons to shut people who disagreed with the official narrative of this country with the Democrat talking points. They looked for excuses to shut people down to shadow ban them and all sorts of things. I don't know what we ran into exactly, but it was bad. There were times when I simply stopped posting because I thought I don't want to build a community that they could turn off in the blink of an eye. That's also why we had the newsletter, by the way. I do think when... I hope they don't get control back. But if and when Democrats regain control, we're going to have the same thing. We've gotten a lot of traction there recently in the past really three months. And so I don't see stuff there. So I don't see all these comments, but I remember Benny back when our Facebook following was smaller, and we agree ostensibly on the vast majority of things. But Benny, I don't want to put words in

28:20his mouth, but he believes that 9-11, I think I would say, as I understand it, was an inside job. I don't. I don't. And some people have a question about that. And I'm going to tell you why I think that and the time that we have remaining here. I don't mean to imply the government is batting a thousand. They're also not batting zero. It's not everything that happens is not a conspiracy. I'll go through it in a moment. You can tell me where you agree or disagree. But friends, there's a lot of confusion out there about cratum. Specifically why I am not, I guess, a 9-11 truth or I guess is one way of saying this. So let's first define a couple of things. Let's define the word conspiracy. A conspiracy is a secret plan made by two or more people to do something illegal, harmful or dishonest.

30:30So it takes a couple of people to plan something to pull off the heist basically. A conspiracy theory, this is the definition you'll find it well. This is the definition online that you'll find. It's an explanation for an event or situation that blames a secret harmful plot by a powerful group. And this is the important part to me while rejecting the more probable official narrative. Now, I suppose you could change that last part to say while rejecting the official narrative. But this is what it says. So conspiracy theory implies that we have something that's more probable at least just two notes, statistically speaking. And then we have another idea that comes up that's actually true that seems more improbable. You understand even though that's not a perfect definition that there's a lot of truth in that.

31:35So I share this the other day part of this as we approach the 25th anniversary of 9-11. I remember that day. I do. I'm old enough to remember I am 48 years old. You got the body still of a 47-year-old. But I'm 48 years old. And I remember I was actually I just been hired in my first job. I'd mentioned I worked on that horse farm. The first job that I took after leaving the horse farm actually lived on that farm. But so the first step I couldn't lose my living situation and my income. So the first step was I would live on the farm, do some work on the farm, but get a job that was off at the farm. And so that's what I did. I got a job. Actually, it is a sales job. And I was driving the training. I hadn't been hired for very long. I think my first day, I think I'd been there for about maybe two weeks. I think I was hired the end of August, say 20 August 25th, 26th around there. And so I was driving downtown to what at the time was known as the I believe it

32:39was still the Amaritech building. It could have been SBC Amaritech building in downtown Indianapolis. And I was passing the airport. I was passing the airport when that Furton I was listening to the radio. And that first bit of news came in that a small plane had crashed into the world trade towers. Now I was still relatively young. I had seen pictures of the trade towers, but I never really thought much about it. It wasn't New York. It wasn't something I was fascinated at the time. And I didn't. I just had no scope or size to what this building was. And I just, you know, I assumed at the moment that it was a small sassener, something like that. And that's kind of what people thought. But if you remember, if you were listening or following it live, it wasn't very far into that when people started saying, no, no, this was a much bigger aircraft that crashed into the building. And everything was coming in quickly. And what was it? 15 or 20 minutes later, something like that. The second plane crashed the tower as people were

33:40watching. That's the other thing. You remember people were watching watching say good morning America or the today's show as you could see in the background. Literally as they were showing this, the building was smoke coming out the side. You could see the second plane hit the tower in real time. And I remember that. I remember when we went to training that day. It was a Tuesday. September 11th was a Tuesday in 2001. And I remember they would give us breaks, maybe a break an hour. And we would all go to the break room and watch this. And a couple of hours in early in the afternoon, probably one or two o'clock. The person leading the class said, listen, there's been at the time there were reports of everything. There were reports at the road. The planes in the sky that they were targeting other American cities. I remember at the time that day, I think America had buildings in Cleveland. And they thought that Cleveland was

34:44going to be at no one knew anything. It was just chaos. And she made the announcement that, hey, you know, we're downtown. We're not a huge city. But we've got big skyscrapers. Nobody really knows what's going on here. We're going to let you go if, you know, if you want to. And I immediately, I just left because I thought there's no way on this planet. I'm going to be in this building. I'm going to go out to that horse farm, right? Back where it's me and the horses and just the country skies. I'm not going to be a target of some terrorist plot out there. So I left immediately. But I remember I remember seeing it. I remember the evidence that followed of these individuals who had ties to Al-Qaeda who hated America because America was the great Satan. America was the infidel. And they had taken flight training and they had told some of them and told the instructors, I don't need to learn how to land. I just need to learn how to fly this thing,

35:45which should have sent off all sorts of alarm bells. And it did for some. But look, the ultimate bottom line was that this information didn't get that it wasn't exchanged between agencies. It didn't get to the right people. When it did get to the right people, they just seemed unmotivated to do this to me to do anything about it to me. That's not assigned so much of a conspiracy as much of a sign that it's a big bloated government that has lots of information about a lot of things. And they just didn't act on it in time. And we faced the consequences for that, my friends. And nearly 3,000 people lost their lives on that on that tragic day that happened nearly 25 years ago. Time out for me. Welcome back my friends. We're talking about 9-11. We're talking about the conspiracy theory, the theories of 9-11. And then I largely reject that. I'm not here to say that there aren't any problems. I'm not here to say that there aren't things say from building seven that don't make

37:53sense. I'm not saying that there weren't fault. Wasn't fault within the government. I'm not even saying that our government wouldn't lie to us. That's not at all what I'm saying. I routinely come on here and tell you that our government lies to us. I just believe that the more probable set of facts, the most probable explanation for this is that Islamic terrorists hated this country. And you go back and you look at the history of Osama bin Laden, he was very upset that the United States had military bases in Saudi Arabia, which is where Mecca and Medina are. These are considered holy Islamic sites. The United States and the minds of people like Osama bin Laden are great infidels and they are we are according to his incredibly insane and violent worldview. We are justifiable targets. Civilians are justifiable targets to these Islamo fascists if we don't

That's really the choices my friends of these radical Islamic extremists, these Islamo fascists and he thought he was completely justified in carrying out the attacks on 9.11. Again, it doesn't mean that everything has an answer. It doesn't mean that 9.11 commissioned did everything correctly. You got to figure that there's ineptitude, there's all sorts of things. I know some people point to what Donald Rums felt on September 10th, 2001 made an announcement that they couldn't account for $2 trillion of expenses. And they think the next day 9.11 happens is to throw people off the scent and not actually have to explain to the American people where that money went. I understand the thinking, but I also understand that why would they have announced it at all? Why wouldn't they have announced it the

39:58morning of 9.11? These reports came in. The first plane hit the trade tarot 8.46. Why didn't they schedule an announcement at 8.45 as they were announcing it the planes could hit the tower? If they knew about it, to me, this doesn't make any sense. I think that there's a lot better explanations out there. And then again, it doesn't mean that I don't believe there's been no conspiracy theories. I do think that people say, well, you believe in stolen elections. I've never said I believe in a stolen election. I'm certainly open to that being what we would find out. I have a lot of questions about what's going on about the elections. There's some evidence that there are absolutely problems within our election system. I mean, again, watch 2000 mules. You don't have to sometimes you don't have to dig very deeply to see that there's just simply problems when there's no need for voter ID when there's mass mail in ballots. It doesn't take a

41:02huge leap to think that to think that those things could be being sent back in, filled out by people who shouldn't be filling them out. Whoever they are, whether they're individuals who are not supposed to be here, or whether they are individuals who are part of a leftist, say, nonprofit who are filling these things out and dropping them off, taking a bunch of them to the drop off sites like they did in 2000 mules and dropping them into the system. That's a far cry. There's actual evidence for that. There's cell phone data that shows in the documentary 2000 mules, people taking, following the same path and then taking these ballots to drop boxes. There's cell phone metadata showing there are lots of people doing this. If they were taking dozens or even more ballots at a time, it adds up to substantial things. What if other

42:04things were happening as well when there's holes in the system? It's a far cry to compare the evidence of those two things. You can have questions and I think you should have questions about any number of things that you are told about an event because we do have a dishonest government. That's just the nature of humanity. We've got to come to grips with that. Human nature is that governments do lie. People do lie. Governments seek to become more powerful and ultimately tyrannical. They want control. They want power. They want your money. They want you to listen because they're the experts and we're the idiot buffoons out there just running around until we know what to do. And we only know what to do. They think when the powerful elite tell us what to do and how to follow the letter of the law and what they want us to do and so forth. And so I'm not saying any of that isn't true. I'm simply saying that sometimes we give these folks way more power than they have. And I think when it comes to 9-11, we do. I think when you hear the conspiracy theories about the Charlie Kirk assassination, I think the same thing. I do think

43:09the official narrative on JFK's assassination, that one doesn't add up for me. I think that obviously COVID, listen, I don't know exactly where it went off the rails with COVID specifically. That's a big worldwide thing. But we certainly were told a bunch of nonsense. We certainly were pressured into getting a vaccine that there's lots of questions about, or at least we were pressured or try to be coerced and so forth. Sometimes forced. And so whether you would have caused some of these things conspiracy theories, some of them may just be mismanagement. Some of these may just be people trying to work the system to get the outcome that they want. I don't know. I don't know. But I do think when it comes to 9-11, the official narrative, while there certainly are problems like with building seven, I'm not going to deny that. I am simply saying that it was not an
