Following to see if Lunchbox had heard the news about the grandfather who was at the creator of Diamond State Park in Arkansas

and found a diamond like 37 minutes into his search. Yeah, 2.29 Carat Yellow Diamond. Anyway, I just wanted to find out what Lunchbox thought about that. I think it sucks. I think it's that he was only there 37 minutes. I mean, that's unbelievable. I don't know how that happens. I know I hadn't heard it until right now. So thanks. You didn't lose anything. Your irritation sounds like it would come from someone who had something taken from them. You went and did not find a diamond. Correct. He went and did find a diamond. You were not irritated until you were told of this and nothing was taken from you. So I don't understand your irritation. Well, it's just that he got it so easily. It was like, oh, you know, I'm here for a minute and boom. I'm already rich. It's like, man, I dug and dug and dug and I heat. It was so hot, there was no shade. And I think I was digging wrong because I was digging deep.

Like I was digging big holes. And I think these people are surface level just like brushing the dirt off things and finding it. We used to go to that place in elementary school as a filter. Once a year, we go and dig out and you think the crater of diamond state park, which is where it is, would be like this cool cave and the ground will be moist and crater of diamonds. Yeah, and now it's a big field. It's sucked. Did you know anyone defined like any of those trips? Nah. Well, we would do though on the vacation. All right, to me, that was my vacation. That's funny how that popped into my head like that. Going on a filter up was like a vacation for me. We would go to the water and do the shaky. Yeah. Did you ever see people doing that? Oh, yeah, they were doing it. They had their buckets and they had their little sifters. Did you do that? Yeah, I did it. Okay. Didn't find anything. Man, the greatest bit ever would be if you actually did and you are just now admitting that you've found a tomb. Trust me. I wish I could. You'd be out of here. I don't think I could have held onto it this long. But like an Abbey would have run her big mouth. Oh, he really got one.

Every time I see these diamonds though, they don't look like diamonds. No, they don't. At first they don't. They look like dirty crystals. Right. So I'm always wondered like did lunchbox really find one but thought it was just a rock? I tossed it back. No, I asked the rock experts. Well, I guess, oh, I see what you're saying before I even went to the exer, which I was like, I thought they were. And I thought they were real big, but they're really small. Some of them, unless they're huge, like there's some bigger ones. Yeah, but I mean, that is still all that big. I mean, I was taking rocks that are like the size of my poem. Like, oh, this is it. Like, no. He's taking rocks. You put around your garden. By the way, that was Matthew Easter Day who was reciting the credits of the show. It's the anonymous in box. It's the anonymous in box. There's a question to be had. Send it in to the mail. Hello, Bobbie bones. I'm getting married soon. My fiance and I have had a disagreement over wedding favors.

She wants to spend the money on personalized gifts for everyone. But I think wedding favors are a waste of money. I've been to plenty of weddings. I can't remember the last favor I kept. Are these dumb? Is it a waste of money? What can I do to convince her? Sign a groom who doesn't want a favor. Okay, are they dumb? Yes. Are they a waste of money? Yup. Should you get them? Yup, if she wants them. Yeah, there's something she wants to do. Then yeah. Yeah. And maybe you can find a compromise and you're just like, I don't want any. And then you go, okay, let's just pick a, we can do half. Half what? Half the people? No, half the favors. Like if you're getting multiple things. Oh, okay. Yeah. Okay. I thought you were like, let's just give it to our favorite people. No, it would be weird. Well, you do that in like groomsmen and people in the wedding. You give them special gifts. Oh, for sure. But. Here's what you do. What she says. It's her day, right? It's her day. If you can afford it. Now, I just want to preface it by saying, don't do anything if you can't afford it. But let's just say it's in the budget. And you just think this is a waste of money.

Um, okay. But you've already allotted for it in the budget. Get them. And yes, they're stupid. That's all, they're stupid. What do you guys have for my wedding? And I got people like mugs and exactly nothing. And we spent a lot of money on it. Yeah, nothing. Your names were on the, the nice, like tumblers. Tumblr things. You took those home with us? Oh, I do have mine. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That was nice. Yeah. And you got everybody's sonic at the end of the night. Hmm. Yeah, I don't really, that was just a favor from me. That was nice. But I'm saying, favors are, they're pretty, it, it, it's not an investment. People aren't, people aren't going to remember. I got, you guys, there's something really nice. I had to remind you I got it for you. No. But I'm not hurt by that because I knew what we were getting into. Do it. Yep. It's down. Get the favors though. If you can afford them. Um, but hold you, for a, at a later point, when you want something to be like, hey, I did the favors. Yeah, remember, remember those sweaty, party favors? Yeah, yeah, yeah, sorry. I should be able to go on the golf trip.

Okay. Here's the story I wanted to talk to you guys about because this mom, we had talked about this where she was placed on a child abuse registry because she let her five year old walk alone. Now, we discussed this. If you don't remember, that's okay. I'll just reset you. So there was a criminal charge. She was put on these states. Child abuse list because her five year old son was stopped by security as he was walking. By himself. And so they said that was child abuse because she was allowing him to walk. That, that was the story we got then. There's some other details that have trickled and I just wanted to talk about this to see really how you felt because a little bit, I feel slightly different about this now. Number one, five year old son was stopped by security while walking alone through their gated community. Now does that at all affect because there's not going to be cars flying down the road in a gated community? It's like in small neighborhood. Does that change your mind at all? Or maybe not change it.

And cars, even cars within the gated community can be driving. Oh, come on. But they're not highways. It's not a highway in a gated community. You're going slower. Yeah. They're way more houses. Does help. Okay. Not saying your mind should be changed yet. I'm going to keep going here. William Parkinson's setter son Sam had been walking along a familiar neighborhood path that he often walks past a pond to collect goose feathers, which is something he did a lot. That's when a security guard saw him encounter him and brought him home. Police and child protective services became involved. She was eight months pregnant at the time and she was sentenced to six months in jail and that was suspended. As she was convicted of contributed to the delinquency of a minor first degree of misdemeanor and also placed on the Virginia's child abuse and neglect central registry for seven years. Oh, that's from the New York Post. Yeah, it's. So here's something I didn't think of the first time like the neighborhood I grew up in was

very safe. It wasn't gated, but it was far out. I walked to my neighbor's house. My friend Jill lived probably about six houses down, but I was walking down like the main street. You would walk back and forth all the time and we were easily doing it at five. I mean, I was riding my bike to school at seven on busy roads and I know seven's different than five in a very small, small town, but this is a gated community. And also it was on a trail and he did it a lot because. Yeah, now this is five is young. I'm not saying this is just my opinion. I have a five month old, but also I grew up in a rural community where people kind of looked out. I don't think she should be put on a list. I think it's a learning lesson. You can't do that, but for all the humiliation and hey, you're a bad mom. The words child abuse comes up. If there are no other strikes against her for anything regarding any sort of child abuse or neglect, I think you just go, hey, we can't do this and move on with life.

And I hate the stress that she is enduring right now while carrying another baby. She was eight months pregnant at the time. Yeah, the baby's now. I think you're already down. Okay, good. Hey, even more stress with the newborn though. You know what that's like? I tell you what that's like. It ain't easy. And the kid again had done this a lot because that was his thing to go near the pond. It's good for the better. You're right though. I think a slap in the wrist is okay. Just a warning of like, hey, you can't do this, but because five years old is still young. I feel like no one's arguing with you. I agree with you. Five year old to me is you still need to be in the eye view. Like you can't just let someone roam around any park, anything unless you can see them. That's my rule. I respect that. Okay. But to be on a child abuse list, especially if it's the first time where something like this has happened. Now if the kid got hit by a car or the kid drowned in the pond or then, okay, you're on the child abuse list because something bad ended up happening from your neglect. Yeah. Lunch box. It's not neglect, guys.

I mean, maybe I'm the only sane one in this room. What are you talking about? I'm saying it's not neglect. You're on the same thing. You can't just declare you feel that way when we've also said the same thing. No, no, any set of slap on the wrist. There should be nothing. There should have been nothing. This is the secure. There's a law though. You can't have a five year old by itself. Why? Okay, but now you're just questioning laws. No, no, that's what I'm saying. It's ridiculous that this lady is getting into any trouble whatsoever. If a five year old wants to go for a walk or ride their bike, I do not understand what the problem is. I think it's how far he was from his house, especially that it's in a gating community even more ridiculous. I mean, wow. I was lunchboxes kid when he walked home from a sleepover. He was six. Okay. That's why he's arguing. But I'm so irritated lunchboxes. I'm the only one when Amy and I feel the exact same way and we just said that. He's like y'all are insane. So let me ask you this. But I already told you. Let me ask you this. So if your kids at school in kindergarten, five years old, is it okay that they go wander around the school unsupervised at all? What?

I mean, what? Yeah. No, it's not five year old. You go to the bathroom. A teacher is always watching a five year old. I don't have good, I don't have good five year old vision. I just remember me. You can't go back to when we were kids, Amy. That was different. That's true. But that's true. It is different because there are more rules and there's more cameras. There's more people looking to make sure kids aren't abducted. So is it, are people different, holy? No, no, no, no. But what's different is that you can now be seen all the time by everybody. Yes. And there are rules to protect people. That's why you are seatbelts. That's why you can't let five year olds just generally go walk to the store across a highway because then what's the difference? Five year old. Okay, you can walk in the area of community all alone or you can go walk. You can't, if cars can go over 60 miles an hour, then you got to put it in sub rules. I mean, and also like kids age differently. You know, there's, now we're talking five year olds, that's too young. But as they start to age, like, Bobby, you had to grow up a lot faster. I had a mustache in a job. A lot of us. There are some kids that have to take on way more responsibility at a younger age.

So I don't know if universally, even though there's nuance with how people develop, like, does there need to be an age? Because remember that was that mom and Georgia that got arrested because her kids were walking to the gas station. Yeah, that's on the side of the road. And they were, I felt like they were old enough to be doing that. Like that story really got to me. Like, this just seems like a little out of hand. And I think why is because they will do worst case scenario? Okay. Meaning, yeah, if you're going to make a law, you need to make sure people are protected fully. So you can't have a kid walking on the busy streets of Atlanta at five years old. That law is probably made for that to keep kids off busy highways. But then you have to, I don't feel like she should be in trouble if she's, if she has no history of this. And then all the circumstances here, that's crazy that she's on some list. Again, I'm going from limited knowledge here, just from reading the story a couple times. It's crazy. She's on a child abuse, those words child abuse for a kid just being a kid. I guess I'm the only one that's saying here when you guys think the kid should be put

in jail too. I'm the only same one. Yeah. We just started declaring things. Okay. But I hope if everything is as I seem to think it is, justice for Carrie Ann Parkinson and her son who now his mom is on a child abuse list and he came and go to the pond anymore. So it kind of fires me up a little bit. A study finds that people are speaking fewer words than ever before. Why? I feel like a, because texting, yes. Texting, social media, voice, no, other forms of digital communication. This is from KTLA. People are speaking about 300 fewer words a day with each passing year. That's about two or three minutes worth of chatting lost from small talk in the grocery store to other encounters that have apparently fallen silent. The findings raise concerns about the influence of smartphones, social media and technology. Scientists say it may have long term impacts on our brain since it's giving it less cognitive

stimulation as well as social exercise on a daily basis, which can also impact mental wellness. Yes, it's why I don't know how to get anywhere because I've used my GPS for so long. So it's the same. If we're not, we're good. We talk a lot. I'm not talking about talking. I'm talking about in general. If you don't work parts of your brain or parts of your body, it then doesn't work as well anymore. But I do say the word crap a lot and awesome. And so that tends to be just the words I put in. If I don't like something, well, that's some crap where I could probably use eight or nine different words that would make me sound more intelligent. Or if something is great, fantastic. You have a great vernacular. It's fair. It should be better. I just want to use the word vernacular. And you did. It's awesome. Well done. Well done. And what's going to happen with AI is more of what has happened with, and you can go through language. You can go through directions. You don't have to do anything.

We don't have to memorize phone numbers. Yep. So all that. But it supposedly it's going to give us more time to do other things, which is more just be on the phone more. Yes, scroll. Yes. So that's what I was going to say. I was going to say all this time doing meaningless things because it's going to do it for you. All we're going to do is more meaningless things with that time. So there's that. How crap and awesome was that? Perfect. A woman takes her car in to be fixed. Drops it off and then sees the strangers driving it around town. Wait, what? Like the mechanics probably. Like the mechanics probably. Like the mechanics probably. Like the mechanics probably. Like the mechanics probably. Like the mechanics probably. Oh, that's interesting. No, no, no, no, no, you just... Wow. You go around the block for that, guys. That's interesting. A woman dropped off her Hyundai Tucson at an auto repair shop, having the transmission replaced. But days later, she spotted it being driven around town by a woman she didn't know. Oh. Well, you can be a woman though and test it out. Okay.

But her dash cam captured the vehicle traveling around Boston and Waymuth and then through tolls. She got the vehicle back. The transmission was faulty. The car had additional damage. They later determined that the car was messed up and she had to go to like the eye team from the news. Oh, wow. We had seven on your side. I can investigate it. You know who was driving? The stepdaughter of the mechanic. So it wasn't them. But I think... Oh, so he's like, hey, I got your car. Or... Or she stole it. Or she stole it. Or she stole it. When they get cars, they just used it. Oh, yeah, they probably used them all the time. I don't think they stole it. I think they do this as a normal. Like when the car and it's like, hey, this might take a week, but they can't get to it right away so they might as well drive it. Got it. Again, she got the car back and I said the transmission could still fail at any time. Like it wasn't even fixed. And there was a dent in the car. It sounds like my uncle was a mechanic and man, I feel like every time I went to go visit him at the shop, there were 10, 20 cars that just lived there on the lot.

Yeah. And I don't know if they were so messed up that the people left him there or that he would just kind of tell him like, come back next month. It's going to take a month to fix it. We're waiting for a part. So there was a guy near mountain pine that I knew they had a shop and it was a little bit of both. People would leave their car if it was really messed up, but also they'd buy old cars and take the parts from them and use them on other cars too. There you go. Until they were so stripped and then they would just take them off and crush them. So it could have been either. Those car lots just had so many cars just sitting there. That story from CBS News, but I thought that one was kind of funny because you know you would see that car and go, is that my car? It looks like my car, but there's a lot of my cars driving around. It's a Hyundai Tucson. Great car, by the way. You're like, that's my car. You see the bumper sticker on the back just co-exist with all the different religious symbols. Okay, so there's that one. A man broke into a business and started stealing some tools. But what he didn't know is someone was working in the back room. Came out, pop, pop, shot him twice. Now the burglar's suing him for $10 million. Under what grounds? Shooting me? Shooting me while I was stealing stuff? Yeah, he's just saying he did it without warning. Oh, you got to get him a warning. I'm going to shoot you. Did he warn him? He was going to rob him? You know, the only reason that I could see that he would even have a chance to win this is if he were retreating and the guy still shot him. Oh, yeah. Yeah, it shot him in the back. Yep. But the guy was trying to steal a drill and some pliers and wire cutters.

What you guys didn't see is lunchbox doing all the tools with his hands as a cleaning with, yeah, man. Don't be stealing. You got shock as you're robbing. Who knows if you had a gun on you. Okay, that's bad. Okay, there you go. I'm lunchbox. That's your bonehead story of the day. It's time for the good news. With Bobby. Yeah, it's not good. A New Jersey police chief is being held as a hero for saving an 11 year old girl from drowning. But while this police chief was on vacation in Florida, so Riverdale police chief Charles Quant spotted the girl saw in the water, but she was unresponsive kind of floating. And so he just jumps in. Grabbs or pulls her in starts going CPR. The girl was breathing on her own by the time the emergency crews arrived. But again, he saw her and then just jumped in and did it. Amazing. I mean, yeah, there's a lot of people everywhere. You got some decisions to make one because again, he's a first responder.

He probably is able to make those decisions quicker and evaluate the situation. But I think I would be like, just imagine a girl who's with me, somebody held and by that time all that happens, who knows what's, but just jumped in and pulled her out and gave her CPR. Yeah, I don't think is a first responder. You can't hesitate. Or you'd be a third responder. But what about on vacation though? I feel like there's a little hesitation there, but it's natural. You're in it. You're in it. That's from nj.com. So Charles Quant, great job. Glad you're out doing your job. And when it's not time to do your job, that is what it's all about. Is that what's telling me something good? Clemson football, Amy is really, really, really struggling. Do you know why this? Because you put a curse. Yeah. So the curse was how long ago? Well, I'm glad you asked because I have all the data. Yes. So Davos, Swini, the head coach at Clemson came on, well, I was going to come on the show and he stood us up. Did not come on the show. So I took the win, James, and cursed the team. Not the fans. I love Clemson fans. Everybody in Top Carolina, shout out to you guys. I love you.

It wasn't about you. It was about Davos. And so it put the curse on Clemson football. Now I bring this up because they got crushed this past weekend by LSU, like 51 to 10, 53, 3,000, 53,000. I mean, it was over at halftime. And so I feel bad for the Clemson fans. I had to do that to them because they're saying things like, all the coach didn't embrace the new rules, the portal and I know, no, it's the curse because here we go. On September 21st, 2022, the curse of Clemson was placed. It was that long ago. Wow. Oh my. It came after we were completely stood up by Davos Weenie. I then placed the official curse declaring the team would not win consistently again until Davos came on the show. Then we'd lift the curse. Before the curse, Clemson was 150 and 36, a winning percentage of 806. Playing in a bit of a conference like that, your winning percentage should be at least like 700, even if you're not winning the conference because you have other non-conference games

you can sprinkle on there. After the curse, 33 and 18, a winning percentage of just over 600, like just over since the curse, a winning percentage drop of 16 points. So it's been rough national championship before the curse, two national championships after the curse, zero. That's easy. So, what is there is a solution that he comes on the show? Very simple. I will drop the curse if Davos comes in as a guest on the show. I will not drop it until then and they've been not a good team and every year they're ranked in the top 25 and that goes away really quick. They playing a week conference to wind up winning some more games, but I want to say Clemson, fans, administration, assistant coaches. I'm rooting for you. Mahara goes out to you. Tell me this coach has an open invitation to come on and just lift that curse. I get that. Now, I mean, that's a lot of pressure to come on and then like we have to see what happens. No, the curse will be lifted.

That's why they're losing the curse. Yeah. So what are the odds till come on? None. No, no, no. Because he doesn't want to admit it's the curse is to why they're losing. I mean, every year that team is ranked high. They're like, oh, they're going to be, they're going to have a better year this year. And then nothing. And then a really bad week one. The Arkansas football team did win their week one game. It wasn't the greatest showing, but it wins a win. Yeah, take it. North Alabama. Oh, good win. You know, there are times where we have lost a team like that. So it is a win. We've had a pretty rough last few years. I feel good for you. It feels okay. I believe in our new coach. So I'm going to, this year's probably not going to be great, but I believe in our new coach. I've texted him after the game. So growth here? Yeah. I don't think he had enough time to raise money really. And because you need a bunch of money to get players now. So I helped with that. And I now have my name on the building at the University of Arkansas.

On a building? Well, sort of. So that's what is it? Well, what's the building? I'm always looking to help out. If there's one thing I love, it's Arkansas sports. Okay. So family, Arkansas sports, favorite things. Top number one tier A plus. And so, but seeking a family, my brother-in-law is the head softball coach at Tulsa. And so I bought the left field, the outfield. Just to take some money. If I'm a name out there and I'm donating to the hospital with every home run, it was a significant amount of money. But that's what you do for family. Yes. What I believe is the folks over at my beloved University of Arkansas saw me spending money there and said, Hey, would you like to put your name on something with us? Yeah. And do I care about the name thing? Not so much. But if you want money, I love you. You can have some money. And of course, I'd like to put my name on something. So I'll give you three guesses. Well, I don't want to guess because I don't like what's in my mind. What do you have? Like the men's room. Okay, but you're on the right track.

Yeah. And I only did it because I thought it was hilarious. Well, you would think that's a lie. Yes, I did. You know, bones, bathroom. Yeah. So your mind is in the right place. Okay. It's a border buddy. No, no, no, no. I don't want to send more people to. So it's not bad during it all. Well, you have a fee in there. Okay. So no bathroom. Oh, concessions. Okay. Also, finally, your clothesish because it is in the football stadium. What my name will be on is in the football stadium, just like the concession stand. Is it? Okay. So it's not bathroom. It's not concessions. What else is in the stadium? Like is it like a section? Do they name sections or sweets? No. I thought it was funny because of mind. Again, everything's a bit to me. Bones. Is it another bone yard? Okay. Bones. Got one. Okay. Okay. Yeah. She kind of got close from the beginning. Okay. Bones. What would be funny if my last name is Bones for me to have a bone yard? No.

I know, I know. I'm sorry. Oh, gosh. I did the bone yard. Oh, oh, oh, like a medic clinic. Okay. You're almost there. It's hurt. Then they go to the bone doctor. Okay. You're there. You're there. Okay. Hold on. I'm trying to figure out. Let me. What are they called? Like the EMT. What are they called? So I can just tell you what it is. No. So if a player gets hurt and they go to the x-ray room, it's the Bobby Bones x-ray room where they have all the equipment in the football stadium. Cool. So Amy, I think we give it to you. That was good. Yeah. That was good. You were good. Okay. So any time a player goes in. So it's inside like the locker room dug out area or not dug out? No, not dug out, but yeah. Hold on. What's it called? Tunnel. Like you go in the tunnel and it's in the locker room area. Okay. Hey, and then tell her what you just found out too. Oh, I thought I almost don't want to say this because I don't want them asking for more money because I give them a ton. Yeah, go for it. But I thought, oh, because I'll just, I'll tell you how much I write it down. It was just, it was only this much for this x-ray room.

It was just for the x-ray room. Okay. Okay. So I did that in my name's on it. I love how now. I know, right? Before I was like, what? You think so. I didn't like what in the world, but you've bought enough things where I'm like, all right. And also this wasn't even about my name being on that because no one's really going to see that unless you're back there. I just thought it was funny and I, and they need a sponsor and I'm so in to trying to make that program successful. You're basically, because I do give a bunch more money in a bunch of ways. And then they said, hey, you can put your name on it. There's a plaque, whatever you want on the plaque will write. Oh, boy. So I can tell you what I wrote. Okay. It's nothing stupid. It says, the Bobby Bones x-ray room was named by medium-mogal Bobby Bones. You put that. You put medium-mogal. I like it. And since his fake last name is Bones, he felt the need to put his name on the room that examines Bones. Bobby wholly loves his family and the Arkansas razorbecks. And almost nothing else matters in life.

Who big? So that goes up there. That's great. That's great. So I got a question. If they get hurt on the field and the announcers have to say they win the Bobby Bones x-ray room. I don't know. I'm not going to hold them to that. Oh, man. If maybe they like the local announcers like on the radio or the local. Did he ever go back there? Not really. Or at least the sideline reporter. You got the sideline reporter. Oh, they win the Bobby Bones x-ray room. If they're back there, it's x-ray room. It's x-ray room checking out. So yeah, that's why I got my name on there. Cool. I got an x-ray room. Hey, man, you're really doing it. Oh, you know what Eddie was saying was I thought I thought it was just for one year. It's for the life of the building. Oh, forever? Well, until they tear it down and do another one. That's pretty good, huh? Yeah. Hey, what a deal, huh? That does sound like a deal. What a deal. Well, there's that. You all see it on TV or anything, but I thought it was funny. So there you go. Scoobie Steve, what is the latest on us getting a lie detector? I know before vacation, we had inquired because we wanted to see if Lunchbox sent the pizzas

to Amy's house secretly that made Amy move because she thought a stalker was stalking her. Yes, yes. So I'm working with a guy that had complete truth polygraph services for next week because this week is a crazy week with stuff going on. Wow, we actually may have one coming in. Coming through, yeah. And he looks legit too. Like he's like, he's like standing behind an American flag and he's like, okay. I want to be on it too. I think it's all going to be on it. Yeah, yeah. I want to make sure. I think we did a test to make sure everything's legit. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. So I, I don't know what we're doing here. You know what we're doing. So we're going to bring in a lie detector because Amy was sent pizzas over and over again. She never knew who it was. She started to feel like somebody was stalking her. And so they were like, we don't feel safe. We're moving. We have a theory. It's Lunchbox who did it and he's never admitted it. So we're going to put him on the lie detector test. The real one. Finally. I don't like the idea that this is happening. No, I don't like it at all. I don't really understand why I'm being, um, I'm going to be on it too though. I'm being framed. No, I'm going to, no. We're not saying you did it.

We're just going to ask you if you did it. Yeah, but I mean, like, I don't understand why, if my word is like, oh. It's not. Come on, dude. Were you sitting you lying? No. I don't think anybody's word like, oh, around here. But I'll be on it too. And we'll ask different questions for everybody. I'll just ask you, you got some questions. Perfect. He's not targeting you. We're all going to be on it. Yeah. It can be any of these up for maybe a centipedes. I'm on the line. Sure. He's up in the pieces and I'm going to ask him some other stuff too. Okay. Is Amy on it? Wait, she's on herself. Yeah. What kind of other stuff? Yeah, yeah. Hey, here's the thing. Everybody's going to be asked about the pieces. I might ask you out the questions. So you guys will see. I don't like that. I don't like that. Here we go. Now we're starting to go off topic. Like, do we like our job? It could be any of that. Oh, Amy. Well, Amy, do not put that in his head. You said, no, just a scare of anything at this point. If you said no, I'd be like, I get it. I mean, I do, but I get it. So maybe next week, maybe the week after? Yeah. I'm Amy for Tuesday next week, Tuesday or Wednesday.

Love that. We don't really do screen time yet with Billy or baby. I gave her her first screen time. I let her watch the Arkansas game. Wow. The whole game. That's so nice of you. Yeah. To her machine to it. She doesn't understand football or a TV. It's just a bunch of colors on a screen. And so I actually texted this picture to the Arkansas coach. He has a young, I think 18-month-olds. Is what he has? Yeah. And so I said, this is Billy's first screen time. Oh, she's into it. She's laying on my lap. Just watching all the colors on TV. Is that like an Arkansas outfit? No. My wife just put her in something. I thought that was a referee outfit. Why didn't if there was a hog on the front? Because it looks Arkansas-esque. I didn't know it was red. I was so colorblind. Oh, it's red. Yeah. So that's the first screen time. And then, so he texted me back.

And what he said, it was nice. But sometimes I don't like to think about that I had a child at 46 because I'm going to be 700 whenever she's gray. I'm self-conscious of that of being an older parent. And he also had his children late. Because he's my age and getting his two 18-month-old twins. And he said, I started later in life too. We're not dying. So yeah, you need to relax. You're only going to be 63 when she graduates high school. But it's funny. He's the same way. He's like, I started later in life too. Like he is 45 or whatever. And what's his job? He had coach Mark and so on. He's the head coach. So now we're at the age where head coaches are our age. Yeah, we are. Not a lot of them. Some are still older, but he's our age. You're right. Some are younger though. That's so weird. There's supposed to be older, right? I know. I know.

The big weird was when we were younger growing up when athletes started to be younger than us. And now it's starting to be coaches at our age. That's weird. Yeah. That's a weird one. We're old. Eddie, what's the latest of you going to stay at the lake house with your friends dad? Mm-hmm. Did you do that? You did? I did it. A couple of voice-mails about that. And then I'd like to hear about that. All right, go ahead. Vote in the lake house for Eddie. Just tell him you want to stay the night. But you got to bring the whole family. I don't understand why the whole family can't go. The pontubo holds 16 people. Thanks. Love to show up by the way. I didn't know you did it. Yeah, we did it. So I didn't spend the night. Oh, there wasn't that part of the deal. You were going to go spend the night? Yeah, I had to kind of just make up something and say like, I had to be back. Walk his back. So he invited. Did this area on vacation? Is this why it's a little, now remembering it. Perfectly. Go ahead. Yes. This is a dad of one of my son's friends, right?

So he invited us to go on the boat. I don't know what, two months ago or something. It was great. I don't know him, but it was a good time. I didn't know I was going to get invited back. Well, so last week he invited me back. But this time he said, we'd love for you to spend the night. You and your son, me and my son, spend the night. You know, be great. I didn't really want to do that. So I agreed I would go to the lake. And I said, you know, we'll just play by ear, right? We'll just go, we'll have a good time, play by ear, see how it goes. Then I just kind of made something up. Be like, man, we got to be back for something on Sunday. So we're not going to be able to spend the night. Oh, we got on the lake. We went, we hung out, we rode the boat. Just did not spend the night. Get into the Hyundai Getaway sales event and get away with the deal. So right, it almost feels wrong. Ernie, I would go save the lake. I'll go to the time with your son. Get out of the weekend to wait. Why would you not? What are you scared of? Exactly. Not really scared. It's just kind of like... It's not really... It's a little awkward, right? Like you're spending a whole weekend with someone that you really don't know. It's a little awkward.

Yeah, it was a little awkward on the boat I felt at first, too, because you were out for multiple hours. Yes. But then you enjoyed it. I did. The first time we had a really good time, the second time I took my fishing rods, you know? Like, and he was like, oh, oh, you fish? And I was like, yeah, I fish a little bit. So we fished. I'm telling you, I think our friendship is getting better, but I don't know if we're spending the night better. Wow. It's not like you're sharing a bed. Never know. I don't know what you mean. I think there is some fear there. Fear of awkwardness. Yeah, it's just fear of like, what... What are we going to talk about this whole time? Even on the boat, there'll be like 30 minutes where we didn't say anything. You're not dating them. But that's the best kind of friendships when you've got 30 minutes and you don't even have to talk. You're also not dating them. Yeah. No, I'm not saying that. I'm not saying I'm dating them. I mean, the kids could play. What's he sad that you said no? He was a little bummed by it, because I mean, even like he likes to do dinner afterward, you know, it's kind of like, I guess tradition.

You get on the boat, then you turn it in, you go have dinner, and even dinner. I was like, oh man, we don't have time to stay for dinner. And he was like, oh, oh, okay. I guess I'll just drive it back to your car then. Dane. Yeah, it was that kind of moment. What check did. So there's the update. Yeah. I don't know if there's a third invite, maybe... Maybe spend the night. I would love for all the families to get together. That way the moms can talk. That way it's not just on me and him. You know what I mean? That would be cool, but that invite hasn't happened. It's just always been the boys. If you get there and it's forced and weird and never gets better, that stinks. If you get there and it's forced and weird, but then it ends up being awesome, you'll be close friends forever. It's gotten better every time. Yeah. Like I do enjoy it. It's good, you just want to move slow. That's... Yeah, and is there some wrong with that, Amy? Nope. And just make sure you say two beds. Yeah. Several rooms. We're not sleeping together. Okay. Would you turn off your social media algorithm?

What does that... What do you mean? So, it's feeding us things that we like. Would you turn it off and... But it's an option. And just have... To turn off, like so I just finally see my friends again. It's only the people that you follow and it's only the order that they post in. Okay, here's... Yes, I would entertain that, but I do like the suggested... I just wish the suggested state and the suggested tab. Like I want my feed to be what I follow and then if I go to my for you page, that's where it gives me people I don't follow. But now mixed in, I find myself liking posts of people that I don't even follow and I realize like, oh, weird. I don't even follow this person anymore. Didn't they give you more than... Just liked it? Yes. And then exactly, I'm fed more. So... I like my algorithm for the most part because it does feed me things that I don't even know I liked. But don't you think it'd be nice to have it in its own tab? No, because I wouldn't go to it. Or to have a choice. It's not that hard to go... Yeah, that's not... Well, so TikTok does.

It has for you and then it has you follow. I'm so bored with who I follow. I just stay on the for you. But I ask because Australia is proposing that platforms require letting users choose the feed of only what they intentionally follow. And so the major point here, we think... We want to see what all of our friends are posting and only that. But I think that they know us in what we actually like more than what we really like. I would like to see some of my friends stuff. I'm missing a lot. Okay, but if you go and you track them down and you just engage a little bit, it'll feed it to you more. Yeah, I've had to start doing that. I was like, look people up even sometimes. Did you? Because you post so many different things and I'll be like, wait, I missed this. How did I miss this? And then I'll go to your page and I'm like, whoa, I missed four things. But I don't know why I never fed it to me and I engage... Maybe because you don't like normally with that topic I was posting about. Oh, you think it filtered it because of what you were saying? Probably.

Oh, I didn't think of that. Aren't you in different moods every day, though? Some days I want to laugh, some days I want to see a serious video. So I don't think I really know what I want because I just want different things at different times. Exactly. That's a good point, Eddie. I think, yeah, we're different every hour. I got it. But you don't think AI reads that when you stay on a funny video or a sad video? No, because there was a point launch box. I'll be honest, it's not a mystery technology, but that's exactly it. Look, there was this one day I was watching and some girl was getting pulled over and the cop was like, whoa, what are you doing? And it got me and I watched the whole cop video. Now all I get is cop videos. I'm not in the mood for cop videos. Not all the time. Then as soon as you don't watch the next one they send you, they go that and they don't send you more. I'm still on cop videos. But you used two weeks ago. But you probably watched on them. So if Instagram offered you a chronological feed with zero suggested content, would you like that to be your permanent feed? Well, I want, I guess, I guess I'd have to say no because I do like suggested content. I just wanted to live in its own tab. Fair enough.

I don't. I'm good. I like what they give me because they know me that where it gets to be, worrisome is like whomever owns it if they have things they want to. Their feelings about political situations or they can do two things. Even China owning TikTok, right? And they don't anymore in the States. But China, it's not that they're feeding us Chinese propaganda. It's that they are finding things that we agree with and they're presenting us with the super polar version of that. So then we hate the other side even more. It's division from within. So when you have somebody that owns and has the ability to affect the algorithm for political purposes, it's not that they're making you feel a way that you didn't already feel. It's that they're making you feel even more that way. So you hate the other side even more. That's terrible. Dangerous. Do you guys watch Lioness at all? Yes. It's the best show on television. It's so good. It's so good, right? It's the best.

Season three is out. And season three might be the best season and one and two were A plus as well. And they're talking a little bit about that now. Russia China are playing the long game and they decided 50 years ago they were playing the long game with getting propaganda in the United States by even affecting professors. And it's such a good show. Professors teaching young children or college. A higher higher education. Have you seen that? Who's our secretary of transportation? Yeah, he does the video series with his wife. What's on YouTube? Yeah, the family. Yeah. I'm just a professor. I'm speechless about this. But his daughter wants to go to Harvard and he's telling her she can't go because the professors are brainwashed to only teach a certain way and she'll walk away super liberal. And she's like, but don't you want me to experience the world? He's like, yeah, I want you to have different points of view. But everything you're saying was contradicting him not letting her go to Harvard. And she's like, well, you have me at a very conservative private high school.

That's a great point, right? No, you're not. Yeah. And I felt so bad for her. And I thought these people need to not have a show. Like, I was so embarrassed for that. Well, a show. It's just they're doing videos on YouTube. Yeah, but that's a show. But they're calling it a show. I know, but anybody can do a show. Well, whatever. They need to not. I thought that high school daughter had a great point. I did too. And I felt for her. You've had me on one side, but because you don't agree with the other side, I can't go be and learn from the other side. Yeah. And a bit of why people get upset at high education. It's like, oh, they get brainwashed. It's because it's learning about people in places they've never been around. It's not so much that there's brainwashing. I mean, that's about communism. But it's not so much that there's brainwashing happening at these institutes of higher learning. It's that there's a wider broad view taught. And so. Right. And shouldn't it be up to his daughter to decide like what? And he's like, well, we've just done your mom and I have, you know, I am paraphrasing, but he was basically saying, we've curated this life for you. And we've taught you everything we want you to know. And so we want to protect that.

And then in the same breath, he also said he does want her to have different points of view. No, only the point to be within there. But then it's like, no, you don't. You're contradicting yourself. It was very frustrating to watch. Mononymous spill the tea. Race spill the tea. Let's spill the tea. All right. Let me get the camera on lunchbox. I don't know this is lunchbox. Come on. It always is. There's audio. So someone wants to anonymously spill the tea and tell on someone. So hit the clip. Amy is a liar. Stop it right now and let her confess. Okay. That's how it like lunchbox. Okay. That is lunchbox. Did you even use a voice? Yes. It is. Hit that again. Amy is a liar. Stop it right now and let her confess. You hear the rasping. It is lunchbox. I mean, I guess there is some distortion happening.

Okay. So I have another clip here. What am I laying about? Is this the spilling of the tea? Hit the next one. If you are hearing this, this means she did not confess. Okay. Hold on. Then the confession, as you said, you weren't on dating apps and you were seen on one. No, I'm not. Oh, my goodness. You're on a dating app? No, I'm not. Okay. Now hit that clip. If you are hearing this, this means she did not confess. She said she wasn't on the dating apps. Liar. I'm trying to hold the segment and sent me screenshots of her on him. Why does she lie to us? Liar. Hold on. Why did you say that? I know what he is talking about and I didn't lie. At the time we recorded that, I was not. And then there was a 12 hour period. Oh, come on. I swear. Why are you doubting her? Are you in this comfort? I'm just saying. Wait, are you the voice? No. Oh, I didn't. You were affected.

She lies. Yes, it is. No, it's not. There was a 12 hour window. She's on there. Look, I'll show Bobby right now. I'm typing hinge into my phone. How long ago was that lunchbox? Also, there's no hinge on the phone right now. There's no hinge on the phone right now. It doesn't matter that she was on a dating app. What happened was, and I wasn't even plugged in. What happened? What happened was, is I hadn't even logged in. So I pulled it up. And if your friends sent you anything, what they're going to see are pictures from over two years ago. My account had not been updated at all whatsoever. And I was like, oh, well, that's interesting. So I didn't realize it was still up there. And I needed to figure out how to completely delete it. And now I have it completely off. So if they search like they will, I will not be found. I'm going to be talking to you. So I'm talking to you lunchbox. So getting off an app is different than deleting your profile. Exactly. And I didn't realize even the year and a half that I had a boyfriend, I still had a profile. Jerry, Jerry, Jerry. Jerry, Jerry.

You can't do Jerry with us. But I agree with you. Oh, because you were doing it. I mean, it was a little weird. I just wanted to do any video of this or anything. Video of what? Amy, I mean, like, did you get off? Like, do we have, like, just because you deleted the app? Why would she video herself deleting her profile? I didn't even know this. She was going to be spilled and I can hand Bobby my phone. And he didn't delete it. No, but she didn't delete it while we were talking. It was already deleted for the record because she did show me. Yeah, I pulled it up and I'm telling you exactly what happened. Also, it doesn't matter if you're on a dating. Well, I know it doesn't matter, but I'm letting you know that I'm not and at the time you asked me, I wasn't. And then I guarantee you whatever screenshots were sent to lunchbox. It is from my, it's from the pit, my cover picture is from Las Vegas two years ago. I don't know. Before I got a boyfriend, I would up to, if I was active, like, I would update it. Okay. Amy, why did you get on just randomly? But why would you not have your single? Yeah. I didn't know. Because my friends like, yeah, Mr. voice.

I was the one. You know, it wasn't me that you heard lunchbox in it. So the truth is two of my girlfriends were sitting around. They came over one night and we were talking. And one of them is on hinge. And I was like, oh my gosh, I need to look at my thing, my profile. So I downloaded it and everything was still there. And she was going on a date with a guy from hinge that night. And she was like, I think maybe you need to give this another try. And so I had to open for like, again, 12 hours. I know that sounds weird, but I was like, okay, this, this is not for me. It sounds like Karen Reed. It's like, why were you googling? I know that you can even, we call my friend right now. And she could tell that exact story. I believe you. I know this is so weird. And also what he for saw me on there and sent it to lunchbox. That's the voice. What if it is the voice? It is on the day. No, that's on the dating app. Then he had to use his voice to hide. Oh, it's someone that it was. What? Anyway, spell that. Hey, let's spill the tea.

You're in the clear. Thanks. It's time for the good news. It's a lunchbox. Oh, Mari Frederick is a city bus driver in making Georgia. Drive in the bus. And he's driving. And he's like, wait a minute. Is that a one year old on the sidewalk in a diaper with no adult? So he pulls over the bus. One of bus stop, but he just pulled over. Prought the one year old on board called dispatch. I said, hey, I found this one year old a one in the streets. They sent police. He had snuck out of the house. Oh, man, one. Yeah. And what's crazy is a couple of months ago, he found another toddler wandering out in the fog and was going out in the street. And he had parked his bus to block traffic. I love this guy. I'm glad it happened. But if this happens one more time, I start to go what's happening? He's the common denominator. Yeah, what's happening here? But also he is out driving a lot of roads, seeing a lot of things. Yeah, he's been driving the bus since 2011. And he is a toddler saver. Hero. Unless it happens at third time, then we investigate.

Time one time too. Hero. No doubt. That's what it's all about. That was tell me something good. It's a bobbin' bone show. Now time for the morning corny. The morning corny. How do plants get drunk? Okay, hell. Root beer. Oh, that's good. My answer wasn't as good. That was yours. That was the morning corny. I think you're stupid. They never know when to leave the bar. Oh, that's pretty good. That's not the good. No, that's pretty good. I naturally go into Thursday though and to investigate and to point out with all of them now. So, yeah, that's pretty good one. We did a special up on the Bobby Bones show podcast feed about the last three years of the palette where we all put money in. Lunchbox went and picked up this palette of return goods and then we were going to sell them. So, yeah, it's like a format. It's like a format over years and years. There were fights and so we put it all as one special.

A lot of listeners had things to say here. I'm on my second time listening to the palette show. It is the funniest thing that has ever happened on this show. It has brought so much content, so many laughs. It's like the gift that keeps on giving. Love the show. Thank you. He listened twice. That's crazy. You know. The next one. and justice for lunchbox. He put way more work into it than anyone else on this show. And I understand. I got frustrated for him, especially when everyone was saying they would sell things if they could keep 100% of the profit. That's not a team player. You guys all went in on this together. Anywho, justice for lunchbox. There you go. Thank you. That's what I was screaming for years. What's the justice though? It was his idea. I had one good, dude, I had 74 that were not that, but I found the one good one. I just wanted to put a little shine on him. Okay. That's all. Justice for lunchbox.

I needed some justice because you guys were real running me into being a bad person for that. Nobody said bad person, bad businessman. Yeah, that's what you guys were saying. I made sure there's a 50% profit. Yeah, a difference. You can hear it. Go to the Bobby Bones show, podcast feed, and go back a few days. It's a whole, the palette special put together by Abby.
