What Was the Real Motive in the Lindsay Clancy Case? | DSH #2132

About this episode

Did Lindsay Clancy knowingly kill her three children or is there enough reasonable doubt to question what really happened inside the Clancy home? In this Digital Social Hour 2v2 debate, Jamal, Adam, Pearl Davis, and Shannon go head-to-head over the Lindsay Clancy case. One side argues Lindsay planned the killings and later relied on postpartum psychosis as a defense. The opposing side challenges the investigation, questions whether Patrick Clancy was examined thoroughly enough, and argues that unanswered details make a murder conviction difficult to support beyond a reasonable doubt. The debate digs into Lindsay’s reported admission, medications, her mental state, the timeline, her body temperature, the crime scene, alleged inconsistencies in Patrick’s account, the reported 11-1 jury split, and whether postpartum psychosis should affect criminal responsibility. I think it could be enough to motivate a man to eventually try to frame his wife or his children so that he could leave her. Women know what women do when they're mad and when they choose a target and when they execute the action and they want to make themselves look like the innocent person. They know. If she was told that she was three kids, obviously she's handcuffed to a hospital bed even though she's paralyzed, what are you going to do? When a woman commits a crime, she is responsible. They admitted she did it, put her in jail, put her on the electric chair. Case closed. All right, welcome back everybody. My name is Jay Oma. I am a criminal defense attorney and today I am hired as part of the prosecution team to show why it is Lindsey Clancy who should be found guilty on this case. Hey everybody, my name is Adam and today I'm representing Lindsey Clancy in her innocence in this case and attempting to prove that Patrick Clancy is in fact the person that

killed his children and blamed her for it. My name is Pearl Davis. I'm a YouTuber and I think this bitch is guilty. My name is Shannon's everywhere and I don't think she did it. I think somebody else did it. All right, perfect, perfect. All right, so here's my theory of the case. All right, so the jury just right now came back and it was found it was a hung jury. So that means some people believe not guilty. Some people believe guilty. Eleven versus one. Eleven versus one. And the majority of that 11 was saying that she was not guilty by reason of insanity. So this whole case, I would say the prosecutors messed up big time. Okay, they're saying that the motive of Lindsey Clancy killing her children was because she needed to kill them first before she killed herself because she was going through so much depression and that's going to be murder. However, I would say that they messed up because the real reason why Lindsey Clancy killed those children is because of Dr. Anise, Dr. Rachel Anise.

Denise, she's the the new wife of Patrick Clancy. The question that I post to everybody at this table is why would a beautiful and she's hot, smoking hot, a doctor who makes that kind of money. She's an endocrinologist and she does so many things for the community and she makes so much money. And she's in New York City. Why would she choose to have sex with, be in a relationship with and marry Patrick Clancy, who just had his three children murdered by his ex-wife with all that mental baggage. She chose him. But why would she choose him? There's this guy. There's Sean Kelly. There's other billionaires out there. Why would she specifically choose? And she's not an ugly girl. She can choose any man she wants, but she chose this man. The reason why she chose this man and it's the only reason why there's women here is because they fell in love before the murders happened. No, shit. And they should have called. They should have called the doctor to testify about the relationship that she had with Patrick Clancy to show that the true motive of Lindsey Clancy killing her children was because she did not want to lose the custody of

battle that was upcoming because her husband cheered on her. That's the emotional motive. And how do we know this? Lindsey Clancy is a nurse by trade. She's has seen postpartum psychosis and she has seen postpartum depression and she knows exactly what to show in regards to medication and to doctor's appointments to show that it was that and that only that caused her to kill the children, not herself. So what did she do on the night in question? Oh, by the way, there was evidence that showed that Patrick Clancy did go in New York, but there's nothing that shows who he spoke to, who he had sex with. I contend that it was the doctor who did that. And I will tell you Lindsey Clancy found out and she saw that she will lose this custody battle. Because she does not have as much money as a nurse compared to the money that Patrick Clancy and his new girl would put because she's a doctor to get an attorney to fight for those kids. So she at that point she decided I do not want to fight this battle. I'm going to lose it and I'm not going to see those kids again. And not only that Patrick cheated on me. He cheated on me with some

girl who was hotter than me, whose vagina is not as more as tow up as my vagina is because of the pregnancies that I had. He wants new vagina and I'll have to tell you ain't no pussy like new pussy. All right. And that's what any married man would tell you. Any man who's been in a long-term relationship will tell you it's like eating a hamburger for the rest of your life the same ones. You kind of want to try a tuna sandwich. Okay. But in this particular instance, it wasn't a tuna sandwich. He upgraded to the whole Burger King. That's what happened. And that's what he did. That's motive for her. That's motive for her to end those children. So let me explain to you and you'll get there. You'll get there. Let me explain to you. On the night of the murder, she specifically had Patrick go out and multiple times, hey get this, get this, get that. Did the the the voices tell her to tell him to do that? No. When did the voices hit? She's claiming that the voices hit all of a sudden when Patrick was out and that the voices told her to kill her children. And she chose to kill her children with the rope around their next.

She felt their whole body and she did it herself. And then immediately the voice told her you should kill yourself. But she specifically chose at that point to not use the same method that she used to kill these children. The asphyxiation. No. Her conscious said no. Uh, uh, try a knife. Her do you need one? I'll get there. You know why? Do you know why she told herself to try a knife? She told herself to try a knife because she want to give herself superficial cuts to make it look like she committed suicide. She did not cut the cry of the artery. She did not cut her breaker artery. She knew exactly what she was doing. She wanted to show that there was blood to show some type of a temp and to make it even more, she jumped out of the window, not head first, not on a knife, but she jumped out of the window and said, Geronimo. Like a little kid who jumps, just, jumps right off of the diving board. She did not intend to be paralyzed. She didn't tend to be paralyzed, but she didn't intend to show that she, uh, she, she tried to commit suicide. And this is the last thing of why it was shown is intent. When she was at the hospital, one of the

questions she asked was, do I have an attorney? All of a sudden, the voices aren't there anymore. All of a sudden, she's smart enough. And the other question, the other thing that she said to those medical providers was, I don't want my husband as medical proxy to determine my life while I'm in the hospital. I want it to be my parents. That shows intent. Every ounce of intent. And that's should have been played by the prosecution. And that's the reason why they got the results. Had I been a prosecutor, I would have been, I would have convicted this person. I would have guaranteed a conviction. If any prosecutor's office out there sees me, that's what I do. I come up with a real good theory about the case and I'm able to show results. So that's what really happened. Okay. So why was in Patrick? Oh, no, I want to see y'all. Why was the Patrick? Why was in Patrick? Investigated. How do we know that Patrick wasn't investigated? There was a grand jury that was done and that grand jury shows all the investigations that were there. If Patrick had been investigated. Listen, if Patrick would have been investigated and he was, then they would have brought the charges against him. But no, they brought the charges against Lindsey Clancy. So where is that coming from?

Data was grandpa's like, was the ex police chief for that county? The DA, one of the DAs there, immediately bought the house after the fact. First of all, second of all, um, what, at a body temperature of 82 degrees with the injuries that she suffered, I looked it up. It would have taken three hours for her to get to body temperature of 83 degrees, 82. Sorry. And by the way, they said that first responder said she was not bleeding anymore from the wounds. So how is it that she had the time to do that to all three of her kids? Drug herself, slither self, jump out the window and by the time the first responder's got their shoes out bleeding anymore? But just make time for what's important and what was important to her that day was killing her kids. Oh, that's what I'm saying. Women because women hate their kids in this country. Oh, wow. I mean, this isn't. I was waiting for my kids. Well, based on most women's choices in this country, I can't say. Well, most parts of the coast is is convenient when it is convenient and when it's not convenient,

it's no longer being used. It is a way to get away murdered. America is starting to see America is starting to see how to get away with murder. And this is the way. When I go to tick tock admitting that they don't like their kids. They're literally saying that's on tick tock. That's right. Is a trend. Okay. Let me, I'm going to make this very fucking clear. I do not agree with the women. Right. So agree with me then. Like there's no, there's no ifhands. That's the problem in this country is women. There's always an excuse that's always tick tock. Those three children who lost their lives deserve justice, meaning both parties should be fully investigated. And they have been there. She was women on. Why would she was women on tick tock think that they can do the job better than the police officers. These are, you don't, these are smart guys. These are people that are investigating the murder. It's like she admitted that she did it. Yeah, she did. It's like, it's like, you're not smarter than the police department. Listen to me. Listen to me. Linda. Look at the scene. Patrick said that they had this whole conversation. Oh, I try to kill myself. Listen, the 911 call, all you can hear in the background is grunting. First of all, second of all, every single first responder testified that she couldn't

speak. Yeah, he said one minute prior to that, they had this conversation. So say your police. Listen, say your police officer. You arrived to a scene with three dead children, one injured mother and one father unscathed and you immediately arrest her, put her in handcuffs, the billboard. She has even said a word and not look into the husband. What is your evidence? There's no evidence. There's no evidence. There's no, there's literally no evidence. There's no evidence. There's no evidence. There's no evidence. There's evidence that there's hold there story that we're not. Okay, there holds it, but holds in the story isn't he dead? A couple holds fine. There's a story. There's no. She admitted. She admitted she admitted to doing it when she woke up. When she woke up in the hospital, she didn't know what she did. She was told what she did. But she didn't know. There was a professional who testified saying,

So if I do something wrong and I say I didn't know what I did, can I get out of jail free? Listen to me. If she said she didn't know what she did, if she said she didn't know what she did, then why would she say I need an attorney? Where's my attorney? It's common sense. Three kids died. You need an attorney. But you said she didn't know what she did. She didn't know what she did. So why would she say I need an attorney? Why would she say I need an attorney? If she was told, if she was told that she unalived, I mean sorry, I can say murdered here. If she was told that she killed her three kids, obviously, and she's handcuffed to a fucking hospital bed, even though she's paralyzed, what are you going to do? What the fuck happened? I would have said what the F had? That's what she said. No, she said do I have an attorney? No, that's not the first thing she said. What are we yelling for? The third thing, what's the yelling? Because nobody's letting me talk. So you've talked the most. No, you keep interrupting me. Tell me that she's not interrupting me. She's interrupting me. No, you're interrupting me. Nobody's letting me interrupt. They just have different points. No one's talking and you guys are interrupting me. I'm not, you guys don't let me get to the point. That was her first statement when she regained consciousness. I have proof that that was one of the statements that she said.

One of them. Not necessarily first. So I'd like to kind of counter. And this is just for the sake of not being able to prove beyond plausible deniability that Patrick could be looked at as a suspect. You said there was motivations because of this hot woman that was so much more attractive. Those could also be motivations for him to remove things from his life that he didn't want. He could have, as I've stated prior, he could have gone and looked into what postpartum psychosis looks like and created a scenario where he has killed his kids, created an alibi, made it look like it was his wife drug tour, came home after running errands to create his alibi, and then thrown around the fucking window because he wanted her dead, but he wanted to make it look like she killed the kids and committed suicide. He doesn't have, Patrick Clancy does not have the background of being a nurse, especially he doesn't have the background being a labor and delivery nurse where they see postpartum psychosis and postpartum depression all the time. Oh, let me explain. I want to get to his part before you interrupt me. Your part, you said that there's a possibility that she was thrown out the window. There are no pictures or any discussions.

I mean, fingerprints where she can, there's a fight. Get it out of the window. There's a picture of her fingernails that are a... If it's in fact, it's real and it's not AI where all of her fingers are bloody. So would that be her jumping out of the window and maybe going, I didn't mean to do it. Or just what it is. It's because she's a crazy bitch and goes, oh shit, my husband's cheating on me. I got a horn where he out. There's no fingerprints on her outside on the inside of the window. Imagine getting a hand off from that girl. That's gross. I would cheat on her too. I would cheat on her too. Okay. Anyways, did you know there's no fingerprints of hers on the inside of the window sill at all? So yeah. There would be if she jumped out the fucking window. So what? There would be if she jumped out the window? She did it. She jumped out the window. Like nobody, the trial isn't even about it. Is it this? Yes, she did it or she didn't do it. She was a saint. She did not. She did not. No, she didn't. She did not appeal to me. You said that she said that she did it. And I could tell you that in a situation where you're being accused of a crime, they will interrogate you and put fear in you

and they will tell you if you don't admit and in that situation, if you don't admit and we get a conviction, you're getting the death penalty. But if you admit to this crime, you might get life in prison. Is there evidence that happened? I'm speculation. Okay, we got speculation. So there's a lot of evidence in this case. Yeah, but she still said that she did it. The medication that was in her system and toxicology report alone can make it. So you're unable to move and that you can have hallucinations and out of body experiences. She knows that. She knows that she's a nurse who works in L&D labor and delivery. I'm not pushing whether or not she knows it. She tied her nose. I want to know how compassionate Clancy knew that that cup with the powder substance was medication crushed up with lemonade. How did he know it was fucking lemonade? He said, we don't even have any lemonade. Because he has to take care of her. How did he know on the crime scene, the cup on the night sand. He said was filled with lemonade and crushed up meds. How the fuck did he know it was lemonade? He walked in the door. He said he saw blood sprayed all over the walls like it was from a hose.

But the first responders say there was not that much blood. Yeah, none of this is evidence. There you go. None of this is evidence. It should be. It literally should be. It should be. It's there. This is the real. This is the real world, right? And she admitted to the crime. So you want potentially someone. Right now. You want potentially someone who didn't kill their children to be convicted and someone who maybe possibly did. She killed her children. How many fucking know that? She killed because she admitted it. So she was told what she did. She didn't even remember what the fuck she did. Right, but she admitted it. And then the professional... The attorney is not arguing that. No, the professional FBI forensic specialist testified that if you, when you wake up and you're on drugs, and you don't remember what you did, and somebody tells you what you did, that causes false fucking memories. The attorney didn't argue that it was... That's a really good deal, Free Card. Yeah. So you're okay with just going to say... I'm just going to say... You're okay with that person.

I don't remember anything. You know he only agreed to testify if his phone wasn't fucking subpoenaed? So... We're building the biggest debate show on YouTube, and we have some insane matchups coming. Hit subscribe, turn on notifications, comment who you want to see, debate next. Before we get back to it, hit subscribe. Why the fuck would he do that if he wasn't guilty? I've got some nudes in there or something. Why would that matter? Sorry, why would that matter? You know, I don't think most people want their personal privacy invaded. Like, that's pretty normal. Are you kidding me? No. I'm not kidding. That's pretty... That's pretty normal. Hold on, the defense attorney. The defense attorney... We have to hear your stance. We have to hear your stance. Yeah, I want to hear your stance. I think she's guilty because she admitted it. Yeah. Yeah, that's it. She admitted it. Okay, so any attorney knows you admitted this earlier that if say you were her defense attorney... Oh yeah. And I'm still open to that. I'll do it for free too.

She was under a severe amount of fucking medication. She was on drugs. And she woke up. Didn't remember what she did. She was told what she did. And she was under a bunch of drugs. And she admitted it. Would you think that was admissible proof or that should be taken out? No, as the defense attorney, I go with the same route as this defense attorney went to because there's no... The legal defense that you can have for murder is you kill the... You killed somebody and self-defense. There's no self-defense here. Those children were not threat to her. So she can't make that argument. The attorney cannot make the argument. The other argument that you can make is the defense attorney is... I'm not a remission. Just listen. Just listen. The defense of others. Okay. There was nobody else to protect these children from. Okay. No, but there's... Who are the children going to attack? So the only legal way you can protect your client if it was Lindsey Clancy is to show by reason of it standing because she did admit that she did kill the state. So how do you say that? You didn't answer my question. Would her admission be admissible when she didn't remember what she did? She was told what she did. And she admitted under a bunch of fucking drugs. Yes. And the answer is yes. But that's what she said.

Yes, as an attorney. So like, why do I have to believe that? No, it was testified. And no, no, you did not watch the trial. Are you serious? No, I can't see that being testified by the person who saw her speaker first fucking. What do you mean so? What do you mean so? Listen, it's called the party opponent statement. Okay. Any attorney out there can see it. I'm trying to answer your question. Because it's not good evidence. How so? Why you, why can't you debate it then? You all you just do is say no. And I say so. So because she admitted it. Because she admitted under our shit-todden drugs. That's good enough for me. So it's good enough for you. Yeah. Or her to think she did it. Admit to it. But maybe possibly actually her fucking husband did it. I believe that she did it because she admitted it. Oh my god. And it's going to be used against her. It will be used against her. It will be. It will be used against her. It will be. It will be. It will be. You don't look at the details. You don't see holes and stories. You don't. I don't think any of the holes are good enough to overcome the fact that she admitted it. There are a couple holes, but there's like 50 fucking holes in it. And none of the stuff you said was that good. I wouldn't have admitted it if I was guilty.

I wouldn't have admitted it if I was guilty. Right. Right. I understand that. But there's people who do. There's people who do. If they're told they did it. You're saying that she was. She didn't even fucking remember doing it. So look. Okay. Let me ask you this. No, no, no. Let me ask you this. No, no, no. Her husband did it. Let me ask you this. I'm trying to get to where your point is. You're a fucking police officer. Okay. And you pull up to a crime scene where there's three children. An injured wife. And an unscathed husband. Are you going to invest to get in both? Yes. Or you're going to immediately believe what he said. No, you invest. And TANCAPTER before he said a word. Well, it's also what she said because she admitted it. No. The hair. We're still on the same point. No, look. The cut goes. All right. Listen. No, no, no, no, no. Patrick said she admitted it before they arrived. She was handcuffed in charge before she even said a fucking word. And he was not licked into at all. So how is that? You know that, baby, how do you know that he was not looked into? How do you know that? Where is your evidence from?

Look at everything at all. Have you been looking at anything else other than TikTok? I've been watching the fucking trial. You watched the whole trial. Most of it. I'm not going to say I watched all of it. I'll be honest. Did you get all the evidence like this attorney would get? The attorney gets all the evidence in the case. And you're just making this accusation that maybe a person did it. Why wasn't the talk says that he said Patrick said. Patrick said that she drugged herself with a bunch of crush up pills. Why was that not tested? You can look at her. I know what limit it is. Why are her fingerprints not on the knife? They're not on the knife. Are you sure? I'm sure. If that was the case, somebody would have brought that up. It's not on the knife. That makes no sense. How she got on the floor. Someone pushed her. She's not going to let her throw in her wrist with the knife. She's superficial. They have no fucking fingerprints on it. It's a superficial wound.

That's all I got to say. You're missing the point. No, no, that is the point. That shows intent. Make it look like somebody long-handed, but she's right hand. Make it look like listen to me. Make it look like I make it look like post-harm psychosis did this. Not me. So you think that she's going to spit her throat out. And put her wrist and then wipe the knife. Pearl, Pearl, Pearl, Pearl. You're a woman here. You're a woman here. I know. Would you say that women are when it comes to murder, when it comes to getting back at your targets, your opponents, that women are far more meticulous in planning and doing it to where you look like the innocent victim at the end of you doing that? Sure. Right? Right. But also look at it. As a criminal, the person. His fingerprints weren't there either. So you proved nothing. No, but why should I? And she used the knife. She picked up my nail luck. She picked it and listened. She picks up a knife. Uh-huh. Slits her wrist. No fucking fingerprints on it. So what do you mean? You keep that's all you all you know how to say it. So on any of the fucking what any of those things there's none that are usable. You still haven't given me any good evidence.

Yes, I have. And all you have to say is so because literally so is the only thing that's not that good. So is the only thing that's been seen. Is that for some female delusion? Can you give me something else? They're then so she admitted it. That's all right. She's not going to be a woman. Can you give me something else? They're then so she admitted it. That's all right. She admitted it and so is literally all you have to fucking say that's all I need. They're not. Oh my gosh. That's crazy. Do you say about you than me actually? This is a way of getting away with. We're fucking. I don't have to. I gave you enough. You used to brain a little bit. I gave you enough. Oh, so and she admitted it. That's all you're going to say. Yes. That's kind of powerful. That's kind of powerful. She did. She did. She did. You don't have any other shit to say about the defense. I mean, the prosecution attorneys or anything at all. I don't need to over complicate it. She admitted it. So. Okay. Wait, wait, wait. When did the postpartum psychosis happen? When did it start and when did it end? I don't think it happened.

You don't think postpartum psychosis happens. So if you don't think postpartum psychosis happen, then it was intentional. No. I don't think she fucking did it. Are you not understanding? No, I don't think she did it. All right. Okay. So let's go. Let's go that way. You're saying she's ready to believe she did it. Yes. Because her husband told her this is what happened. No. Her husband claimed she said this was what happened in two minutes later when first was Founders game. She was unable to speak in the 911 call on the background. All you can hear is some grunts from her. But supposedly he asked her what happened. She was unable to speak and she's writing to testify to it. Okay. I'm so. So allegedly he got there. I found her asked what happened. She said I tried to kill myself. He asked where are the kids. She said in the basement two minutes later she couldn't fucking speak to anybody else that showed up. He did all this when he came back to the house. How much time did it take for him to do all this gather all the children up? No, no, no. You didn't even go to the children until after the first responders got their first fucking wife.

So who did he kill first? Even though there's a window right next to where she was laying that looks. Directly into the basement and the light was fucking on. What do you think he would look into the basement if she said the kids were in there? I want to follow your theory here. So how did he do it? He came back from whatever grocery store that he was at. Different timeline. He could have killed the children. Drugged her. Left to put himself on film. Give himself an alibi for a period of time. Come back. Realize that the intention or the intent of drugging her was not strong enough to actually kill her. And then now my angle on this is that he wanted to make it look like it was his wife. So he could get away with it. So he kills the children, creates an alibi for himself. Drugs his wife. Gently slashes the wrist, throws her out the fucking window so that she'll die from the impact she doesn't fucking die. Now he's going, oh fuck, what do I do? The cops are, I got to call the cops and make it. It's just as far fetched as any argument, but it's still an argument that I could make in a courtroom that would create plausible deniability. And it would be harder for you to get a jury to convict her with that.

The prosecutor's career came up with that argument, but they chose not to. I would have made a better attorney than that. I looked at that. There is that. There's a way. Yeah. Answer me this. Her body temperature is 82 degrees. Uh-huh. I looked it up with her injuries that she had specifically with her laying outside in the snow in that degree. It would have taken three hours at least to get to the body temperature of 82 degrees. I looked it up. You can fact check that too. Okay. So how could she have a body temperature of 82 degrees within a period of 30 minutes if she was doing other things first? So apparently what, five minutes, ten minutes she had to get her body temperature to 82 fucking degrees. Are you fucking kidding me? So what's the reason why the body temperature is 82 degrees? Exactly. I'm asking you. I think she was in the snow longer. And by the way, one of the neighbors on a news channel said that they saw her outside the window laying on the ground way earlier three days later that fucking person said.

Okay. That's an interesting theory. Backcheck that too. That's a very, very interesting theory. What do you think about that, Pearl? I got to go back to it. I think that the prosecution and the lawyers involved in the case are paid to do this. And if there was a really good story, I think it would have been there if there was enough evidence to really say that Patrick did it would be there. And she admitted it. So he implies that he's a smart experienced lawyer. Uh-huh. He knows what way to go and where they can win and be successful. He's not going to put her in a situation where they're going to automatically lose because of lack of evidence. Because Patrick was never investigated. Wow. We don't know that. Yeah, we do. Look at that. No, because if everybody is a suspect when it comes to a murder case in the first person, hold on. I've seen murder cases a lot. Okay. I deal with murder cases all the time. And the first person that the cops go to as a suspect of an actual murder is always going to be opposing the spouse.

It's always a spouse. So you don't think they went. No, so like listen to this again. I'm going to repeat this. We've been through this multiple times. And she admitted it. I see their Patrick's father or his grandfather who is the ex police police chief for that county not to mention the DA immediately bought the house that this happened at. And he wouldn't let the jurors go inside the house. They could only look outside. Why would the DA buy his fucking house and why is his father or grandfather? I don't remember the ex police chief for that fucking county. I don't think any of that matters. And they were friends. How does it not? Yeah, it doesn't matter. No, you have a condition. You know why it doesn't matter. You know why it doesn't matter. You know why it doesn't matter. You know why it doesn't matter. You know why it doesn't matter. Because the defense attorney would have brought it up. The defense attorney never brought up. They can't do that. Yes, you can. You can motion to move this. You can motion to move this. No, until there's a mistreatment. And you would have brought it up. They're closing out. You missed one. One against Lindsey Clancy. Patrick is not involved in this fucking case. So until they crossed this bridge, they can't cross the other fucking bridge.

You know that, right? They're looking at every person as a possible suspect. No, they never looked at him. How do you know that? Look at, uh, how do you know that? Yeah, we'll be there. I'm the case. Do you work for the police department to where you can say they didn't look at it? Are you in line? Or is that? I've listened to all the testimonies from all the first responders. The, the, the, the, um, So you're a viewer. So you're a viewer. Every, everything. You're a viewer. There was nothing about anything Patrick. She immediately was in handcuffed to a bed, even though she was fucking paralyzed. Before she said a word to anybody. He was free. Nothing happened to him. Because it was a pretty shut and trying to. According to what Patrick said and what she said. Everything her person who testified. I'll get no. Listen, every single person who testified against her when they're asked questions. Right. Where did you get this information? Patrick said. How many days, how many days after she, she was recovered to the point that she supposedly admitted it. Was it in the hospital five days, three days later?

Or was it right there? Because from my understanding, she was immediately handcuffed on her transport to the hospital. When she could not communicate. She made it to Patrick. She told Patrick. Patrick said exactly that. Patrick said. Yeah, we have a potential suspect. Oh, because Patrick testified that he didn't show. What's he going to say? Oh, I did it. Well, the other issue too is in fantasies primarily committed by women. So most like the mother is going to be the primary suspect because that would fit a pattern of behavior. But you show up to the scene with three people and it's primarily. That's fine. Honestly, they don't even really, this is why I mean women hate their kids because they don't even really look for male suspects. Because even, even male serial killers keep kids out of it. Like Ted Bundy killed women and, you know, hookers and stuff. Yeah. So, yeah. So, yeah. No, most if you look up, if you look up, if you look up, um, serial killers that have killed, um, like murdered kids. It's all women. Women are the ones that kill kids. So why did, why did the post-harm psychosis always check on the, that's true. So we get a burden on that. I don't want to fact check on that. I don't think that's why there's like 12 other cases in the fact check it.

So why, why? It's going to say that I'm right. Okay. Well, we'll see if you're right. You're right. That's fine. But it doesn't mean, it does not mean fantasies. It does not mean she did it. So why, why would the voices tell her to kill herself and her children? Why don't the voices say be a good wife, clean the house? Hey guys, you know, I don't do promos for just anybody. The only reason I'm talking about legends right now is because they completely flip the script. Look, the reason I know it's different is because I actually met the team in person in Las Vegas. I trust these guys and how they run the site changes everything. Legends is a premium US sweepstakes casino. It's free to play. And when you win, they feature lightning fast redemptions. They have a massive game, vererity. Hundreds of premium slots, sports and live tables you can play entirely for free. Stop dealing with platforms that lock up your funds. Hit my link right now and go see why legends has earned its name. Hit the link below. Put yourself together. That's what I'm saying. Why is it those voices don't say those things?

Because if they did, they would have said that's wrong. I think we need to study. I'm not listening to that. I'm using National Violent Death Reporting System in 14 states. Identified 42. Neo, Neo and fantasies all 42 were perpetrated by the infant's mother. 90% of the nature of children. Statistically infants are murdered by their mother. Statistically toddlers are 50-50. Statistically child, no, don't interrupt it. Statistically children. Statistically children. No, they include that statistic because they include stepfathers. That doesn't matter. Yeah, well, it does matter. No, it doesn't matter. As a police officer, you're going to have to identify patterns. Statistically it's more women when it's in the mother. It's more biologically than mother. No, it's a toddler. The way you're saying that is very misleading. That's why it's important to the public. It's not like he's fucking kidding. No, but you're going to say a statistic that's misleading.

No, you're not letting me say what I'm going to say. You're saying a statistic that's misleading. You're not letting me say what I'm going to say. That 50% is split between the paternal parent, the father. You don't know that it's true. I've got to give you that. No, I've been to the story of that story. No, it's primarily men. No, it's not. It's it is. When you go biological parents, it's more likely to be women. It's a whole. And if it's a stepdad, that's a man that the mother brought into the kids' life. So that's her fault. You know why? You know why? It's not about a man who wants to start a life with another woman. What does that have to do with murder of your kids? He wants to get rid of them, starting a new life. Yeah, no, that's not enough to kill a kid. They don't do that. They don't just get divorced. Listen, listen, listen, listen, listen, listen, listen. What about Chris? Listen, if Patrick Clancy wanted to just divorce his wife, he has the money to do so. And as a new girl would have done so, I'm telling you, it's easier. No, man says, I'm going to kill you. You know how many men out there want to divorce their wives and go, I'm just going to divorce her. Not kill the children.

Hold on. You can't assume what is going on and Patrick Clancy's had. That's an assumption. It would happen all the time that men would kill their kids because they wanted to divorce their wives. It doesn't happen all the time. That's only what Chris wants to talk about. I don't know what Chris wants to talk about. Sounds like a wrestler. What all you got to say is, if it's an exception, it's an exception. But I'm saying to the majority of the people out there who want to hurt, need the wife. They want it and it's three kids. No, two kids, sorry, he's wife and two kids. Two, he's a woman's wife. And you're actually looking to those cases. I don't know that one in particular, but usually it's family-cord if a guy does do that. But that's not really common as we see by the numbers. Yeah, it's not common. It's not common. It's not. They're just divorced. Yeah. Okay. So anyway, regardless. No, no. So your theory is just that Patrick did it. No, I'm saying that there was very improper investigation done in this entire thing. Yes. And that Patrick should have been investigated. There should have been more thorough crime scene investigation. And they shouldn't just automatically assume that what Patrick said was true.

So she wasn't so there's no insanity. You don't believe in any of that shit. So you don't believe in postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis. I think maybe she had postpartum depression. Okay. But if she did use postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis, is that enough for her to be found not guilty for insanity? No, no. If she did, if she, no, let me make this very clear. If she did it due to reason of insanity, postpartum whatever, I don't give a fuck. She should be prosecuted. What I'm saying is that there's too many holes in this story that have not been looked into. And I don't want somebody that didn't do it to be prosecuted. Those three children are dead. I want whoever did it to be held accountable. There was not a proper investigation. No, that's your. All right. So let me ask you this. Going aside from your position, saying that it was somebody else who had done it. It was Patrick Clancy who did it. If somebody is making the argument that based on what you see in this trial, saying that it's by a reason of insanity, it wasn't postpartum depression, postpartum psychosis. Would you say that I don't buy it?

I don't buy postpartum psychosis as the reason for her to kill children. No, I don't. Would you say that? I don't think I can justify. I don't. There you go. I'm that's what I'm saying. I don't agree with that. I don't think that's right. If that was the case, she should be prosecuted and I can go to hell. But I don't think necessarily she did it because I don't think there was a proper investigation done. Thank you. Okay. Getting a postpartum depression, pressure on that, right? I told her that this was reported by a Waiter's or similar vaccine. Okay. And then in the Palmer Stone case, there's apostpartum. It's a postpartum depression aiff. Yeah, I think that's the phrase especially. Okay. And then this code says, that there's a", the person in the closest... Speaking and I think, there's a homosexual woman with cheetah's hate. It's Patrick Lansley who did this and his motive is what? Well, if it was my my stance is whoever did it needs to be held accountable.

There needs to be better investigation done and there's a shit ton of holes. I'm Patrick Lansley's. What do you think did it other than that? I do have been him or somebody else. I don't fucking know. Okay, let me ask you this. Was there any breaks into the house to show like an intruder? It wasn't a benefit. Okay, we didn't see that. Okay, so it can't be an intruder. Let's play let's play clue right now. There's no intruder. So it has to be more likely than not. Based on your assumption, it has to be Patrick Lansley. So his motive and I'm attacking your motive now. Is his motive because he wants to divorce her and just get rid of her and the children? Yeah, he wants. Can he start a new life with the children involved? No, but maybe he doesn't want the baggage. His new wife who he was cheating on her with doesn't want that either. So that's reason enough for him to kill his his children. In some situations people do. And he planned all this while he was at the CVS or the stores that he was at picking up medication. When did he plan this weeks months prior? I think okay, was either rush at the stores? I have a couple women love killers anyway. So I have a couple things to say.

First of all, I mean, I don't. Yeah, so I don't and women love, you know, married men, men with kids. So women love married men. Hold on. No, I question her. Do you know anything about racial Dennis? I don't know who that is. She's hot. It's his new wife. She's hot. You're not looking for the genre. It's not tore up because of pregnancy. And she is a new hole that he can stick his penis in. Because she admitted it. Let me. Can you listen to me for like, I listen to you. You've talked more than anyone else. Exactly. Why do you have nothing to say other than she did it? And so because I don't need to say anything else. So she's saying she admitted to it. That's not her main. She admitted to it. Okay. So her amitting to it. You're saying that she's only admitted to it because she was forced to admit to it. Hmm. No, I think she was made to believe she did it. Okay. Okay. That's being forced. When she woke up in the hospital, she didn't remember what was happened. What happened? She was told what happened. I professional forensic FBI person testified that if you wake up and you're medicated and you don't remember what happened.

And somebody told you what happened. That causes you to create false fucking memory. But how does she remember to make the medical proxy as her parents? How does she remember that? When you wake up and the only two fucking people at the house were other than the kids were her or her husband. I wouldn't trust my husband. I don't know what the fuck happened. I don't remember I'm putting my parents. This is a huge case. Her three children are dead. What would you fucking do? If I wouldn't admit it if I didn't do it. That's the first thing you don't do. You don't admit shit. You think quiet. So you have postpartum depression, anxiety. You've had thoughts prior about this, right? Which is a really good fucking alibi. And then something happens. You wake up, you're paralyzed. You're told what you did. You don't remember. You're like, yeah, it makes sense because I thought about it. And I don't remember what I did. So maybe I did do it. She did do it. So yeah. Okay. Then this is boring.

She's got one to talk to you only. She did do it. Okay. So, um. That's what you're trying to do is you're trying to confuse people by adding in all this stuff that doesn't matter. No, I'm not gonna really. And when question comes to shove, there's people smarter than you looking into this. You don't know better than the police officers looking into the stop interrupting me. Stop interrupting me. So. So you don't know better than the people that are looking into it. You're not smarter than them. You're not more intelligent than them. So they probably did a better job looking into this than you did. And then she admitted it. And that's. They didn't look into him at all. That's what you think. Right? According to you. But who are you? So how could she was? She was. I first have to look at your credentials to criticize them. I don't think you have. Critical thinking. Uh, how? How? I don't know. If that's the case, if that's the case, why was she the one handcuffed the bed before she could even fucking speak? Why was he free? Because everything Patrick said. No, because he was very obvious that she did it. Because Patrick said no, because the professionals looked into it and it was very obvious that she did it. I'm talking about the night this fucking happened. See again, you're trying to confuse people. No, the night this fucking happened.

You're trying to confuse people. I'm not stuck. It doesn't matter. No, I want whoever did this, held accountable. I don't want someone who didn't do this to suffer the fucking health of the country. I would expect you to change your opinion soon. But you can't even look into the fucking holes in the story. Oh, you can go shoot. Because you're adding and stuff that doesn't matter. And that's not important. She did not plead not guilty by reason of insanity. She pled not guilty. And then she said that she did it. So she was on fucking drugs. Aside from the part after she was told she did it. And she was drugged up. Do I have time to be on drugs? She admitted it was when she was lying on the floor 82 degree body temperature. Can I ask you a question? Sure. Can I ask you a question? All right. Just if that was the case from what you're saying that it was Patrick or somebody else that killed these children. Why didn't Lindsey Clancy attorney? Why didn't Lindsey Clancy's attorney make that argument? Because he knows what the audience would do. Why did they argue? Hold on. He would have heard. Why did he make that argument? And rather choose to say she did do it.

But because a voice told her she suffered from post-parameter psychosis. Because due to the lack of fucking evidence because he was never investigated. I think he knew that would be two week where to ever go through and that her best option would be that she never she pled not guilty. And that is still a choice for the verdict. Can I say something? Can I say something? Yeah. Did you know like attorneys we can hire own private investigators and we could have them actually look into the actual investigation. The crime scene was already been purchased by somebody else. No, they can look into you did not do a proper investigation. You could have called a private investigator, a former cop, a former sergeant, a former detective to say this was a fucked up investigation. You really? Did they not do that? Why did they do the defense attorney not do that? That was the case. This is my answer to that. Look at all the evidence, the lack of evidence, and what would you do if she has a history of all those issues mentally, right? Yeah. And he was never in bed. There's no fucking evidence.

It wasn't about the cup wasn't tested. He called her and said that there's lack of evidence. What would you think would be her best option? Who's best option? Lindsay's. Lindsay? Yeah. You know, say you were her defense attorney, right? Okay. And the amount of evidence, lack of there, what would be the best option for the best out of her? So my answer is if Lindsay hires me on her next trial, the world will see what my strategy will be and what I'm going to do to get it and not guilty. A permanent not guilty on this case. No, that's the answer. That's the answer. The world will see it. Right, today I'm a prosecutor. I am acting as a prosecutor and I'm showing you why she did it. But I can always be precise. You're asking him to do your job for you. Yeah. I'm asking him to look at me from a different point of view. I will tell you. I'm asking him to look at it from a different point of view. And I did and I did and my answer is, the world will find out once I'm hired onto this case. I said, I'm going to do it for free. I will do it this case for free. You have no answer.

No, the answer is you guys will see it. No, the answer is we'll find out. Any different attorney is not going to say what the strategies will be. No, no, no. It's turning out there. I'm not an attorney. Yeah, so if you lip it around, you can't answer. No, I hate answering you. Once I become the attorney, the world will see what I'm going to do on this case. That's not an answer. All right. Well, how about this? Is post-partial courses a real thing? Yes or no? Well, yeah, it's a real thing. Okay. I've talked to plenty of women of varying different ages that agree that it is real and it does affect them. And in some cases, very much in an extreme fashion. I'm a father of five children. I dealt with the emotional swing that comes after having children and it can be pretty severe. Yeah. I think it could be enough to motivate a man to potentially try to frame his wife for killing his children so that he could leave her. Okay. I see that. Pearl. She admitted it. She admitted it. I'm going to go address the prompts. She admitted it. Okay. These are the prompts, by the way,

in case you didn't know. If a simple argument works, why change from the strategy? I mean, I'm going to give you that because I haven't got to be able to counter you. But why is the post-partial courses nothing constructive? Like, help people. That's not what that means. You know, safe children from a burning building. Yeah, why is the post-partial course not being a person? That's not what it is. No, post-partial courses. Why does it have to be? I don't actually care if she had post-partum psychosis. I don't know either because that's not excuse for killing your kids. Nobody knows what we're talking about. If there is, I'm talking. If there is a dog that bites too many people, you put it down. I think it's the same thing with a woman that kills three children. You just got to put her down a life for a life. We cannot motivate people to keep doing this type of behavior. I'm all about incentives. And if we let her get off on this, there's going to be more people that are going to do it in the future. What do you think should happen to the real killer? Where do you think should happen to the real killer of those children? What's your favorite? Oh, the children. What do you think should happen? What's your favorite? What's your favorite? What's your favorite?

I mean, that's not obviously like, I'm actually would be an actual option. Okay. But that's my feelings. Whoever did it, whichever? Okay, you do understand that being found guilty is not the same as what really happens in real life, right? People can be found guilty for something they didn't do. You understand that? Yeah, at my point, you know. It all comes down to the arguments of the attorneys. And I will tell you being on the prosecution side today is that there is a big question as to why this doctor would choose Patrick Clancy as the person to spend the rest of her life with. Okay. That is the biggest thing. And you're a woman. Pearl is a woman. How much does it attack your emotional, your emotional ability to control yourself when you know that your husband is cheating on you with a woman who is hotter than you, who is living in New York City and has her practice and makes more money than you. What do you say to that? How do you feel about that? Absolutely horrible and disgusted.

But if that were the case, and say I was somebody who would do something horrible, I'm not. But I'm just saying the anger would be more towards the husband. So the murder would be the husband of kids. And what would you do if you know for sure that you're going to lose this custody battle? How would you if he's dead? Who? The husband who cheated. You'd kill the husband? I'm saying if she was angry because he was cheating and she loves the kids, wouldn't she go for her husband and not the kids? No, because the husband's harder to take down. Because the husband loves the kids. So that's the worst thing you can do to a guy. Because fathers actually love their kids, mothers don't. Isn't it true that women use the children and divorces in custody battle as a tool? One time. All the time. Right? The entire testimony. Not one fucking tier. No, no, I'm asking you. Do you do women do that? No, she said, oh, because he cares about the kids, blah, blah, blah. Not one fucking tier. He got like one point. Because tears and tears in public don't count. Men cry in private. They don't want to do it. It's not women. Women, women, women. Women cry. People that cry in public, it's performative.

Men cry, probably, privately. Did you know that he got $1.3 million and for like this happening and a go find me and he chose to cremate his three kids and put them all in one little grave? What does that have to do with it? See again, you're bringing in stuff that doesn't matter. None of that matters. You're just trying to confuse people. I'm not trying to confuse people. I'm bringing attention to shit that should be looked at. It doesn't matter. I mean, none of this stuff you're saying. She admitted, right? So she admitted it. Because usually it's pretty cut and dry. It's a simple thing. How about the blood? How about the blood that was at that room? Do you think that that was a real attempt? Does it look like a real attempt? That's another thing because he testified that when he went in that room, there was so much blood everywhere that it looked like it was sprayed on the walls with a hose. We saw pictures of it. Every single first responder testified there was no blood on the walls. It was not a lot of blood. So why would he say that? No, it's not a lot. Because you can see it. Those pictures. He said it. I wouldn't say this. He wouldn't lie. He would spray like a hose.

I can see his interpretation of it. But I will tell you, even if he had the interpretation of all this blood, no blood, this picture's taken. Right. And the whole jury got to see it. But what I will tell you is seeing those photos of the blood and look like a false attempt to try to kill yourself. Because there wasn't many blood. It wasn't that much. And her attention to detail, she notes anatomy and physiology. If she wasn't a killer self, she should have done it. And it mattered to hit only the arteries, not the veins. Why would a nurse look up where the carotid artery is? To make it look like, I'm going to try to find a way to kill myself. Why would that be so strange? That is a way. From the home computer, well, she was out of doctors' appointment with her child. She's, everything is for show. Everything that led up to this murder is all for show. No, it was for show that it was, no, listen, listen. Everything was for show. The post-parameter depression, feeling bad. I was thinking what I said. The tech expert who testified in looking at all the records where the carotid artery was. I don't think she was even home when that was searched

from the home computer. And it was spelled wrong. She's a nurse. Mind you, okay. When he came home, he testified. None of this is good evidence. None of it. I mean, this is all just bad. It's all you literally have to say. Like, that's literally all you have to say. How about the evidence that we just... Why did he even bring you on the show? Because it's true. How about the other guy? But he just says so and she admitted that. How about the evidence of this? Okay? That she claimed that she wants her family to be the medical proxy. She says, do I have a lawyer after this incident happened? The fact that she has all the knowledge of being a nurse and knows where to actually hurt herself. And she specifically chose to go a different route to allegedly kill herself. Why would they... Or try to kill herself? Why did it show that whoever slid her throat wrote what... If she did it herself, she was a left-handed cut. There's a left-handed... I didn't finish. I didn't finish. How about this? To get the children... To trust a person. It would have to have been Lindsey.

Why not try to do it? Because they trust Lindsey. Why not have... Oh, they don't trust their dad? They trust... But she just said, oh, because they want the kids to... You know why your dad didn't do it? Because a dad was on video somewhere else when this murder occurred. Oh, I don't even get to see it. Yeah, he was. There's a picture of him. There's a picture of him. Have you looked at the pictures of the picture of him at CVS? There's a picture of him at 3V. Have you looked at the pictures? Have you looked at the picture? I want a fact... I want this picture shown here, by the way. His best friend who testified and the video of him at CVS identical. Because the one at 3V has currently here, like by Patrick, the one at CVS got straight hair. So he came all the way from CVS and said, you know what? This is exactly how I'm going to do it. I'm going to kill those children with the rope around the neck, bring him in one by one, and then I'm going to kill my wife. I think he already hurt his wife, because her body core temperature was at 82 degrees already. I think he called... Maybe, I mean, this is just speculation, but like maybe say, hey, you call your best friend hair, I've fucked up, I need your help to cover this shit up. It's very speculative.

It is speculative. That's my point. It's because nobody ever looked into it. It's not very good evidence. Yeah, it's true. Because there is no evidence. They didn't look into it. I agree. I agree. Because they didn't do a proper investigation on this case. I agree. There's not very good evidence, because she admitted it. There you go. But the evidence that was there was that Patrick Clancy was at CVS or some store. He did receive a phone call from his wife. At that time. Oh, by the way, that phone call. Yeah. He called her, because she asked him to get pedilocks. He called her, said they don't have the name brand. Is it okay if I get the off brand? She said, yeah. But she sent them out to get all that stuff. Listen. In the crime scene photos, he came home with the name brand. Where are we going with this? Again, we're going. That has nothing to do with anything. What? How? You just don't want to look at any evidence. Because all she admitted it. You're used to people being impressed by the things you say.

And I'm just going to lie. So the argument you're making. I do this for a living. And the arguments that you're making just aren't very good. So if they were good, then I would engage more. But they're just not very good. You learn they have nothing to say. Oh my god. I don't have to say a lot to make a point. And this is part of the journey. And she admitted it. Exactly. You have nothing to say to any. You don't have to any rebuttal to any of the things I've ever said on this entire show. None. Other than so, let me know what you're going to say because she admitted it. Right. That's what you're about to say. Because the facts speak for themselves because she admitted it. You have any comment? I'm in a position of just trying to create plausible deniability to not get a conviction for murder. That's the only angle that I can argue. And that's what the defense is. Three children are fucking killed. Both people there should be investigated properly. The crime scene should be investigated properly. It's not investigated properly. So you don't see it. According to you. No, there was no investigation. According to you, but who are you?

You tell me I'm going to have the investigation done on Patrick Clancy. I think that the police and the investigators, I trust them more than you. So have you looked into any investigation on Patrick? Why wasn't he arrested at the scene? Because she admitted it. No, she didn't. He told them she did at that point. It was very obvious to the people that were there that she did at the base on, based on the evidence that they saw. If you're just, you're used to like giving your opinion and having it matter. And I just don't think it matters that much. Listen to me. So you think that if you arrive to a crime scene with three children dead, to a mother and a father, the father who can speak, a mother who can't speak and have injured, the father's unscathed. And because he said she did it, the immediately put her in handcuffs and not him. Yeah, that would make sense. I was in thought in my head. Oh my god. I was thinking about it at the other point. Okay. You don't agree with that? I don't know what you said in the past 10 minutes.

Like my mind was like, think of it. My okay, look. Elephants. If you arrive to a crime scene. And Robotussin, like you were saying something about it doesn't matter the name brand. Listen, and I lost it. Like I fell off in there. If there's three kids, you arrive to a crime scene with three kids dead. A mother injured can't speak of father unscathed who said she said she did it. What do you not arrest both parents and find out who did it? Are you just going to believe the guy who's unscathed and said that she told him that that she did it, even though she's unable to fucking speak? Don't you think there should have been a more thorough investigation? Don't you think they shouldn't have immediately believed that Patrick said that arrested her, put her in handcuffs and she couldn't even say a fucking word? I would believe that in every murder cases that are out there, they always look at the spouse and they did a thorough investigation. I really think that you did that. I don't think there was a thorough investigation on Patrick. Because he wasn't charged. Show me. You know, is that? No, no, no. He wasn't even investigated. It's kind of profiling. It's kind of like if a Muslim bombs a plane. You know what I mean? It's like if a woman kills a kid. I don't give a shit about race.

I don't give a shit about the fact that there was not a thorough investigation done on both parties. The crime scene. According to you. The court in this shit I've looked up and reached out. You know, don't talk with me. I've been looking into this case for weeks now. You got to relax. It's just a debate. I mean, for me for the rest of our adults, we got to calm down. I'm not sure about this. Three fucking kids got it. You know, three fucking kids died. Let me bring it back. We like calm down because you don't have anything to say. Listen, I will say this. The majority of women out there in America who's watching this don't think that it's another person or a pastor that had killed these kids. They're all going to the side of it was post-partum psychosis that did that. I'm making that very clear. So you just agreed with that. She just agreed with that. And she did it. She should be prosecuted to the full extent. Okay. That she should have been. I would agree with the women. I would agree with the women. Like, they used out there saying me too. It's fucking disgusting. Mocking like they're throwing their babies and wood chippers and things of that nature. That's repulsed. That should sit pro. So I'm not okay with that. I do not stand with those psychos. Crazy kids men don't do that because men love their kids and women don't.

So I'm going to bring this up. It's not like when when that case Chris Watts men started saying that about their kids. Only women did that. Would you do the same thing if it was the sexist reversed? Would y'all do that? If it was Patrick Clancy who said, Do I have an attorney? Can you not make my wife the medical proxy? That's defense. I would still try to create a horrible kind of ability. It's a good job. I didn't remember what she did. And yes, I would. You were still. You were still. You were still. So would you would you agree with me? There were fucking psycho women fucking crazy mothers who killed their kids. I have zero respect. I think they should all go and know what chipper. Okay. Would you agree with me? Would you agree with me that this post-partum psychosis is not. It should not ever be a legal defense to kill and children. I agree. I agree with you. I'll tell you that the majority of women out there, the majority of them. Believe. Well, a lot, I'll get not majority, but a lot of women who are on the side of Lindsey Clancy

would say post-partum psychosis is a real thing. And that should be a reason to get away from murder. No, because if we do that, what do we change the age of termination to 18 from the time of birth? So the argument that post-partum psychosis is relevant to be able to kill a child. Now it opens the door to kill your children until they move out of your house. There you go. I don't agree with that as a defense in any way. But I do think if I was sitting on that jury, there's just enough reasonable doubt that I would not be able to convict her of murder. Is she guilty of it? Highly probable, but it could I convict her? Because I can see the potential for something else to have happened. That Patrick, there's this little tiny bit that Patrick could have created this master plan. As delusional as it fucking is and as much speculation as it is. It's just enough to cast a shadow of a doubt to avoid a murder conviction. Okay. That sounds interesting. See, I'm not saying she didn't do it. I'm not saying she didn't. I'm saying that I'm saying that I can create a narrative where he could have been the one that did it.

There was an appropriate investigation done. No, no, there was an appropriate prosecution done. Okay. The prosecutor should have pointed out that there was an affair that happened. Lindsey Clancy found out about it and that is the real reason why she killed those children. Not because of post-partum psychosis. It was all pre-played. I was sexist. No, I'm not saying. No, it's not that. I don't believe women very much. It's your woman. It's more like being honest with yourself. Like to see like post-partum psychosis is being used in this particular case. That's not to do with men or women. Okay. It's more like looking at the evidence as they are. That post-partum psychosis is being used as a crutch to say that it wasn't. I'm not okay with that part. I just want whoever murdered those three precious children to be held accountable. And I want to proper investigation done on both parties that were present at the time. Okay. And if a proper investigation was done. Then whoever did it used to go on a watch over it. It did show that it was Lindsey Clancy who did this. Would you say she used to go into the woodchipper? Absolutely. Yes. 100%. Okay. All right. Here you go. But there's no evidence that shows that it was somebody else that did this.

Because there wasn't a proper investigation done. According to you. Did you know that he only agreed to testify if they didn't subpoena his phone? So. Did you know? You don't think, and you don't look at it. There is no agreeing to testify. Do you have any survival instincts? What is with the, what is with the shame, the guilt and so on? Like this is why I don't like women because you're being, now you're being in sufferable. You're being in sufferable. You're being in sufferable. You're being rude. I'm sorry. I thought you were rude. I don't like to be rude. My apologies. This just you're not really saying anything. I'm getting frustrated. We can get frustrated. We don't have to be rude. So I would argue that in situations like the Clancy case, sometimes law enforcement will show up and just make presumption based on what's in front of them. That okay, this is who did it and not do a thorough investigation. Right. It happens more than people think. Sure, the law enforcement may be fully competent, but other times they're like, fuck it, fill out this paperwork, move on to the fucking next body. We don't fucking care. They don't really do the investigation because it doesn't benefit them. They're not making any more money. They're just bagging and tagging and moving on.

So they show up, they get a proponors, they get a statement from a husband, and they don't even care to backtrack a prominent man and really look at what his motives may have been. They don't look at the fact that a new relationship might have been a motive or that his wife was fucking crazy and he wanted to kill her as a motive or that he killed his children because he didn't want to have to deal with the baggage moving into another relationship. They're not looking at any of that. They're not attorneys, right? They're fucking cops. Their job is to go, okay, you did it. We arrest you and move on or pick up the bodies. They don't always do that job well. That's what I'm saying is they may not have done the initial job well. And there may be something to Patrick. I'll be it. What you're bringing to me is evidence. It's pointing that that is not what happened. There's still the potential for Patrick to have committed that crime. I think that if he committed that crime, there would be more evidence. And the things that you're bringing up just don't convince me at all. It's not very good arguments. I'm just pretty sad. No, but let me ask you this. So I'm going with y'all's argument here. Okay. That if Patrick would be motivated because he found a new love in his life

and that's enough for him to kill his children, is that what you're saying? It's a theory. I have other theories, but that's one theory. Because he found a new girl. He wants to kill his children. That's exactly what Chris wants to. It was not that long ago. That doesn't make sense. He killed his wife who was not in his life. He's not your kid. You're thinking with a rational mind. If he killed his children, then he's not thinking with a rational mind. What would make him irrational? Who knows? He's not. He's a different crazy person maybe. Yeah, but what evidence do you have that he's irrational? Yeah. I didn't say that. He's asking that. That's what you're implying. You're saying that he's irrational to be? He's assuming that his, his, he is assuming Patrick's state of mind without knowing. That was my rebuttal to that because you can't know how sane he is. You can't assume that he thinks the same way that you do. Right, but if you're going to accuse him of something, there just needs to be more evidence. I'm saying there's a lot of holes in the story. I don't know. The story doesn't equate to evidence, though. Because it wasn't investigated properly. According to you. Look at that. No, it's not according to me.

What's according to you and TikTok? No, no, not on TikTok. It's a fact. I've been watching the entire file. It's not a fact. It's according to you. Look at what, what investigation was done on Patrick. You don't think it's weird that he only agreed to testify if his phone wasn't subpoenaed? No, I don't think that's weird. You don't think his testimony. And that value their privacy. So it doesn't, if the internet's already accusing him of this stuff, he's just going to give him more and they, they're just going to do part. How about this? I'll tell you this. Agreed to testify, disagree to testify. There is no agreeing to testify. Okay, if you get a subpoena to court, you're going to testify no matter what. There is no disagreeing to testify. I'm telling you that right now, they're, they're, take that out of your head. Please, like as an attorney, he's going to have to, he has to be there. And I will tell you, I've seen the testimony that he provided both on direct examination across examination. He was very calm and he was very hurt. On emotional. No, no, he was emotional. He was emotional. He described how he walked in there and he saw those three children that were dead. And it hurt him. That doesn't look like a person who goes, yeah, I did that. Not one tier.

It doesn't. Okay, so he testified that when he left, they got a CVS and all that. His kids were sitting on the couch eating chicken nuggets. The autopsy reports an empty stomach. Why? What? Yeah, no, they just hold, there's so many holes in his story. Topsy, what are we doing here? You want to kind of, like, you see what I mean, this, these aren't good arguments. You're trying to convince me because of chicken nuggets. There's nothing I want to fucking, it's not be chicken chicken nuggets. Because there was like at least 50 holes. That's the whole, that's the whole in the coffin. That's what's gonna, that's what's gonna, that's what's gonna flip me here. To overcome the emissions. You're not flippable. You have no open mind. You have no critical thinking. You're not flippable. I'm not trying to see you like, you like to confuse people. I'm not trying to see you. And you get angry when you can't. So you're not giving very good arguments. I would be impressed. For sure. You're not. Basically, we avoid personal attacks and try to stick to facts and speculations. Well then why is she gonna fucking attack me when it's actually? I'm not. I'm attacking the arguments. So the fact is this, why? And I'm gonna ask this last time.

Why would this doctor choose him? Because it's a little traction. Initially. Has a fresher pussy and beat you. No, no, why would she choose this dick? That's what she said. That's what she said. They fell in love and he wanted a fresh pussy and... No, no, no, no, no, no. I understand why he wants her. Which is like my question is. And protested it. Why would this beautiful woman who is a doctor, who has all the options in the world to choose this guy to be married to? And pro said it's because he's married and women love married men. Is that a thing? There is a thing. All not all women, not all women, but there are women. I mean like Kramer also is a man that already have another woman. To go after and try to win over someone who's already married. But why is that a hood ornament? Or like why is that? What does that make you feel good to go after a married man? It's a thing because it's like a competition thing for women who... It's a dysfunction within the majority of people. I mean, I'm better than her. I won. Oh, okay. Pre-selection. Yeah. And how would that make Lindsey Clancy feel to know that this happened?

That her husband chose this other woman over her? There's no evidence for Swall that she knew. All their text message records are pretty nice. Bitches always know. But yes, you're right. I'm the always know. I'm always know. That's the fact. I will agree with that. We always know. She knows you that one. But yeah, I mean, I don't know what your point is here because of course that would be horrible. No, the point is to show. And make you want to kill your kids though. No, but if she had a losing battle, okay, the custody battle is very contentious. It's something that affects a lot of people out there and it brings the worst in human beings when it comes to custody because it's your children. And to know that not only your ex-husband is with another girl who's pretty to you, but also your children, buy-by-tocustity, that would make any sane woman so pissed off to say, I'm going to use these kids as a weapon against them. And you know what the weapon is? Do you know what the weapon, huh? I would say any woman who is hurt by giving hurt. Many of them really hurt by that. Any woman who would be hurt.

Do you think any woman would kill her kids if they think they're going to lose custody? I would say that in this particular case, we have to look at that along with the other evidence that she is a nurse. I don't know how to talk to her. I was Patrick. There's other things. She is a nurse. She knows how to bring and make postpartum depression look like postpartum depression. She knows how to make postpartum psychosis look like postpartum psychosis. She knows how to make going to a doctor multiple times to build this. No, but she can build it together. She's not a psychiatrist. She can build this, say, it's postpartum psychosis. Why would she know what it looks like if she's just a labor delivery nurse? She can see it. Labor delivery not postpartum. So you're arguing excessive premeditation. No, but you move back for it. You're arguing extensive premeditation. She's not that extensive premeditation. It's extensive. It's just, it's just crazy. And she admitted it. Which is the craziest thing. As a criminal, the first time you don't admit to anything. You had the right to remain silent. She's not that smart. Use it. Use it. Okay. That will hurt you. And apparently, in this case, they hurt Lindsey Clancy. I could do a lot better defending her if she hadn't said she did it.

As she was dragged and told me she didn't. Pretty good point, isn't it? Yeah, but you're only, I'm sorry. The best point. You're only point the best point. So do you think the jury that do you give a, um, do you commend that one juror? Sticking up and saying she did it. That's a real ninja. No, that one juror expressed to the other jurors doubt, but still went against the rules. No, she didn't, he didn't express that. He was saying conviction. No, the guy said conviction. No, no, no, listen, listen, he went against 12 of our 11 of these. There's 12 jurors, right? Yeah. One of them expressed reasonable doubt to the other jurors. And you can look at back check this. It was the fucking judge read, read it today that they, that one, the, what's the main one called the, the form and the form and wrote a note saying that that one juror expressed reasonable doubt, but still went against the judge's orders. No, you can express reasonable doubt in your deliberation, but doesn't mean that that's

exactly what you're going to choose. No, no, no, right? No, it's beyond a reasonable doubt. Yeah. All those jurors, the 11 of them, all right, except for that one said that there's reasonable doubt here. It's because of her having post-partum psychosis. Now, one juror who said, I'm going to stand tall and say, no, she did this. No, no, no, that one juror went against what they had already said. And one juror went against what? What they had already said previously, which is that she's not guilty. So he initially said that. Is that what you're saying? Yeah, well, he expressed. Okay. But then he's saying, which is why the foreman told the judge that that juror did that. Okay. That's why I understand that, but there's a hung jury. I mean, there's this agreement because no, so then Reddington found a motion to get that juror who lied straight to the judge's face to be replaced. Okay. That happened today. May have already happened over a sitting. Yeah, we came here right before that happened, right after that happened.

So I don't know. I know the judge gave him an hour, but then there was lunch. And so it was a couple hours. I don't know what happened after that. Well, women are easily confused and men care about the facts, which we can kind of see from this table. So I don't think that there should be female jurors at all. I think it should be male, but I live in America and equal rights, I guess. You know, I would argue a jury of nine women as biased. I know it's supposed to be random selection, but if we switched roles where, say, it was Patrick or myself that was being accused of killing their three children and the jury was nine men and a few women, every woman in America would be pissed that it wasn't an equally split jury. We'll see the way they picked the jury. They go through a lot of fucking questioning, right? They're taking the jury. They go through a lot of fucking questioning from both sides, right? When it comes to like, Vordire, so sometimes it'll be like 100 people that's going to be there and then the attorneys have this game. It's literally a game to choose a jury as a game. Each attorney has 10 strikes, meaning you can strike them for whatever reason.

I don't like it because you have a beard strike or I don't like you because you've been a victim of a crime, right? So it's not like the prosecutor or the difference turn didn't have a choice. They don't have a choice to the 100 people there. And the prosecutor was a woman, so obviously the guy did the better job. I heard all arguments. They can't say that, but I can say it. It feels like you're biased because you clearly need to tell you something in a minute. In the jury? No. See, that's gaslighting women. Apparently because I'm a woman, I'm a narcissist now. True, because I look at the thing. That's true. Every human being has a bias and that's what the Vordire process is about to decipher like what we were pretty just alive. But I will tell you that sometimes the jurors do lie and they don't show it. They'll say, I'm a very fair juror and they never disclose that they've been a victim of cheating. Plus women, like men don't want to take off work and women hate working. So they'll probably just want to be jurors more. Wait, was Lindsey Clancy working?

Does she have a job? Like a full-time job. But that was just her bad job. She's an eight-month-old child at that time. At that time. Yeah, so I believe she was a stay-home mother. Okay. So she's been gone for a while. She's been gone for a while. So the next one that we have is should the classies doctors be responsible? No. When a woman commits a crime, she is responsible. She admitted she did it, put her in jail, put her on the electric chair. Case closed. You're welcome, guys. So in terms of any responsibility, I don't think criminally. But I think if they were aware of each other, which they weren't, over prescribing, and they should face fines or some kind of a misuse. There was a couple doctors. I do feel like there was some malpractice going on there because they weren't really giving her the proper attention. It's like, you know, like, if you will, it's just another number.

You know, I do feel like there was malpractice or there was malpractice. I can't say there wasn't. I'm not a lawyer. Yeah. Well, words do matter. I said it. Words do matter. Exactly. That's a heavy claim. That's why I said I feel that way. Yeah. I just want the audience to know you don't. Did I'm honest? No, that you don't know. No, that you're actually a fucking lawyer. No, you're not a lawyer. You're not a lawyer. You're not a liar. I'm not a lawyer. Being deceptive would say that they would. I said I feel like they would. But it's not the testimony I watched. So she should be. She should be. Should Lindsey Clancy be a lawyer? No, she should be less culpable for this murder. No, no, no. I think I'm going to put it down to Taylor now. We already agreed. Regardless of whether she had postpartum psychosis or not, she should be held accountable, which doesn't make a difference. If the doctors had some malpractice because she still did it. Okay. Maybe the same thing. She still be held accountable. 100%. How about you, pro? You can't use doctors as. Oh, well, they contributed to this. So I shouldn't be found guilty. I'm not going to be a lawyer. I'm not going to be a lawyer.

I'm not going to be a lawyer. You should be a lawyer. I shouldn't be contributed to this. I shouldn't be found guilty. If a guy is on TRT, any rapes of woman, is the TRT responsible? If a person consumes alcohol and goes out and goes out and runs somebody home, kills them, can they blame them on? No. Manufactured off alcohol. I'm going to do a video this week if anyone cares. I'm going to take the drugs that she took just to see what happens. Yeah, I'm sick of this shit. Next week it will be on my channel. I'm going to lock myself in a house with some dolls and take these drugs. We will see what happens. They have to be real. We got an exercise band at the V&B week. That was a surprise band. I'm gonna have some dolls, don't worry. Look, literally, like, all the things to be at an Airbnb, there's just like an exercise band right there. Like, what a coincidence. Maybe they knew what we were doing and left it there. Yeah, I don't know. So how about this? What do you think you say the person who did, all right, the person who actually did kill these children? Do you think that they did it? Lindsay? Yeah, Lindsay, do you think that they did it in a manner in which those children would have moved around

or struggled? Absolutely, the children would have struggled. Right, I mean, even the eight-month-old would have had a will to survive. Right. Was there any evidence of that? It would face down, no. Was there any evidence to show that there was like a struggle or a will to survive or trying to get them in a spot to work? I'm pretty sure. I need to choke you. I think it could be wrong, correct me from wrong, but it was the youngest, weakest one that was done for, no, the oldest one, who could put a more of a fight done first and going down the line to the youngest because they could fight back more. OK. You can do the same thing? That's what I've been told, yeah, the oldest, the youngest. And I know there's nothing that you could take the life out of that doesn't struggle to survive in that moment. It could be a grasshopper, it could be a fish, a deer, everything. It's going to fight to survive. If she did it, would you agree that she should be put to death? Yes. Probably. I'm not saying that. It's not a execution. What did you bring? Interesting. And it should be a swift trial because she admitted it.

But clearly it's not a swift trial. I'll disagree with Pearl just to be fair. I'll disagree with Pearl and saying like, even if she was found guilty of doing this, she shouldn't get the death penalty. And the only reason why I say this is because there are people out there in this judicial system that we have in here in America where people can be found guilty for something they really didn't do in real life. And literally, the reason why people go to prison, the reason why people are found guilty, the reason why people get the death penalty is because of the fight between the attorneys. It's whoever wins. So not every attorney is the same. So be careful with the attorney that you choose because your life is literally in their hands. And there are people in the past who have been found guilty for something they didn't do. And it's coming out now that they didn't do the crime. And they were put to death. How much of a tragedy is that? That's on my whole point. So because of that, the death penalty that's out there, I believe it's where you can't erase it. You cannot erase it. You cannot undo death. But you can't undo of a person spent 30 years, 40 years in prison. You know what? Maybe if it's a case that's not as cut and dry as this one,

this one's pretty cut and dry. So I think we can death penalty. But yeah, just we can all agree that death penalty if a person receives a death penalty, they didn't really actually do it. It's not only it's just wrong, but it puts everybody at risk. Literally everybody. I agree. It's easy. 100% solid proof. You know, just where we're at in society, I would prefer the death penalty because there's too many incentives for a woman to do these crazy things, like kill their kids and get away with it, and plead insanity and all this bullshit. So I think there needs to be a precedent sent. Fuck around and find out ladies, kill your kids. You are going to hit the electric chair and they should do it publicly to make a statement. Well here, say the Wi-Fi didn't conveniently go out and there was recording of her doing it. So we know for sure that she did it because the Wi-Fi didn't conveniently go out and the nanny cams weren't investigated. And we actually were able to see her do it. Then what do you think about that death penalty, right? If we watch her do it. I would still say that because you can't just put it on a case

because it'll be something to where everybody has to be open to the death penalty. If you're in your state, then every case that brings up the death penalty, like you know, with children or murder or capital murder. Yeah, but they've done that in like 13 states with guys that touch kids. So I don't think they have the same energy for women. I think I have, I can have it in my notes. We'll do that in 13 states. Yes, 13 states. You can get the death penalty for touching a kid. So why not, why not killing a kid? Fuck around and find out bitches. You give bitches an inch, they'll take a mile. You need to, the guys need to just tell them now. Tell them now you're being put to death if you kill your kids. Yeah. I'll tell you, there's prosecutors out there. If I was a prosecutor, I'd be one of them. Florida. I don't care what really happens in real life. All I care about is if I can win this case. And if I can prove to this jury and to other people that you did it, then I'm gonna get a conviction. It's gonna make me feel really good to get a conviction. And then eventually what the penalty is based on what the law is in your state. So because of that, I would just say that the death penalty

has to be a immunity, right? Is that why? With prosecutors? Yeah, I don't think. Yeah, yeah, because that's why it's like a political office that they run for it. It is. But the problem is the people that's in society because whenever a crime allegedly occurs, the people, the people that this district attorney or the US attorney's office is trying to protect, there's so much pressure on that office. To say get a conviction. Well, because it's political. That's why you gotta, you guys gotta take away his women just vote for what's popular. So that's why I keep saying women shouldn't vote. We're too irrational. We get confused. If men were voting just men, then I think there'd be a lot less of that going on. Real biological men. Guys, guys, please take your country back. These women were torturing us. Was some reason just tried political? Do you agree with that? The case is political. Yeah, of course it's political. Everything's political. And the problem you're gonna have is they run for office. Women are the primary voting. They're the biggest swing voters. So everyone that's political is incentivized to not have her guilty because women don't believe she's guilty.

You know, you have to add to what Pearl is saying. There are, I've seen jury trials where if there are some women who are part of the jury that's there, some of them would just look away. They don't even care. And there is no rules. There's no rules. No, they just, they already made their mind up before the evidence even is shown. And there's some, there's some men who do that, but they just, they'll stare at you, but they already made the decision. It's a human thing. But what I've seen is that women are more, in a sense, like those showed to you with their body language. They just turn away. Just like that. And so it's one of those things that's an attorney that I have to watch out for when it comes to jury selection because you can get one juror in there that can really change everything. And I think, which is like weird because literally you're just risking it, right? You don't have really, and these are the people who is determined in your... And they're deciding the rest of the person's life, right? Yeah, I'm telling you, justice is blind. It's pretty. There is that lady justice with a blindfold. It's true. And financially motivated. Oh yeah, there's mode of all there, but the best thing you can do is show it. And women want to be seen as good people. So they, we're men don't care as much.

So there's an incentive for them to do what makes them look good. That's why the women are, you know, wearing the pink dresses and all that bullshit. You think men care about it, if they look good? They don't care. Do you think that it is a way to get away with murder in a lot of crimes? Just like, you think that's a good way to get away with murders and crimes? What? To just show that you're an innocent person when really you actually did it. You think that that is a good way? No? No, it's a good way to get in. So, okay, so I'm gonna say it again. So, do you think that in you, pro as well, do you think that because people, mostly women that show that they're mostly innocent when committing these crimes, that that is a way for them to get used it to get away with murder and crimes? No, so women get away with everything. No, absolutely. They're both in every situation to try to get away with it. Right, do you think men could even do the same even if they tried to? No, it's impossible if they can't. Okay, so would you say that that puts women at an advantage? Correct. Yeah, but I'm not so sure about it. They all see like there's an advantage. They all see because of this case that has resulted in a hung jury where the majority of them were saying not guilty.

Do you think that that participated in? I'm kinda pissed off that they chose the women because if it still were a hung jury and there was equal amount of men and women, then we wouldn't be having this conversation. No, I'll say this. I choose women. I choose women as part of my jury, even though it's against what Paul says. And the reason why is because of this, it takes the wolf to catch a wolf. Don't forget that. Women know what women do when they're mad, and when they choose a target, and when they execute that action, and they wanna make themselves look like the innocent person, they know men like me and you, we just say, oh man, that's messed up. We're just, we're gonna vote guilty. Women can actually see and say, no, no, no, no, no, no, wait a minute, there's intent here. This right here, this specific thing right here is what a woman with intent would have done. And me and you have just happened to appear. You mean we look into things and look at the holes and actually care about what, don't look at us like this. The thing is that a woman thinks in such a way that she could understand the,

not psychotic, but women can be devious in some ways in life, right? And like you were saying, they plot out murders. And so by selecting a female juror, she's able to think in that same sick way that a woman would have, and more effectively see her guilty. You take one guilty or innocent clients. I take every client that's charged with a crime. Oh, no. I'll always go find the way to live. I mean, if I was a prosecutor, I would want a female jury because they're easy to manipulate. And they don't need as many facts. So if I was him, I'd probably want a female jury too. You work with what you have. So whatever the facts are, I put it out there. So this was a good discussion. You know, we have different viewpoints on it. And we'll see, right now it's still active. So there's still going to go after it. There's no double jeopardy here. Lizzy Clancy can still be put to trial again, but the good news is she has an opportunity to choose whatever attorney that she wants to. So I didn't get to talk about my defense, if I was in her protect, I will only talk about the prosecution, but the only way the world will see what a good defense would be is she ever calls my office.

All right. So we'll find out. She's not going with anybody, but, right? So thank you guys for coming. Thank you, Pearl. Absolutely. Nice talking to you guys. All right.
