Will The Epstein Testimony From Those Subpoenaed Be Public?

On this edition of the morning update, we're going to talk a little bit more about the subpoena party that's about to happen at the capital, and we're also going to talk about some comments that Trump has allegedly made in private about the Epstein's survivors. So let's just get right to it. This first article is from the Palm Beach Post and the headline, well, Jeffrey Epstein testimony by the Clintons, ex-officials in DC, be public or private. This article was authored by Holly Bults, testimony about the Jeffrey Epstein and Golan Maxwell cases from former US Attorney General and FBI directors as well as Bill and Hillary Clinton on Capitol Hill is soon to begin on August 18th. Subpoena is issued by the House Oversight Committee, say they will testify during a deposition and they will be conducted in private, according to Jessica Collins, Communication Director for the Committee and its chair

1:00representative James Comer. They will be closed to the press and the public she said, oh well, so much for transparency, huh? God forbid we can see for ourselves what the testimony brings. Instead, they'll do it behind closed doors and then they'll give us a report. You know, a water down report redacted, but they'll give us a report and then they'll say that they did everything they could do when it comes to transparency, but the law only allows them to go so far. But what they forget to tell you is that they're the ones who write these laws and they're also the ones that could change them, but they're not going to do it. Instead, what they'll do is they'll say, hey, we're going to have these committees and we're going to bring all these people up on subpoena, but you're not going to see it. We'll tell you what goes down and we'll give you the narrative. It's all a big ass joke. And the more they try to be secretive, the more they try and do this shit in private, the more people are going to question what's going on and they need to understand that half measures and half steps are unacceptable. Depositions normally

2:01are a fact finding quests done by lawyers behind closed doors so the committee's plan isn't unusual. Well, this isn't a usual case. So you have to do things different. And if that means being fully transparent, then so be it. In the context of Congress hearings normally are held in public and depositions normally are held in private said Robert Jarvis, a law professor at Nova southeastern university. Thus I would expect the Epstein depositions to be held in private. Translation, you're not going to get the truth. They're going to hustle you, they're going to lie and they're going to control the damage like usual. The public is clamoring for more information from the federal government about whether Epstein had co-conspirators protected by authorities in a sex trafficking ring of underage girls. The case began in Palm Beach County in 2006 when a grand jury indicted Epstein on a single charge of solicitation of prostitution. And right then in there you know the fix is in. A guy like this only gets hit without one charge. Okay, sure.

3:05That's normal. Well, I guess it's normal if you're rich. But for the rest of us, we'd be underneath the prison. Make no mistake. President Donald Trump on the campaign trail last year vowed to make sure the evidence held by the government was revealed to the public. But he has faced a week's long political firestorm after the Justice Department on July 7th announced that there would be no further release of evidence. Coincidentally, right after Donald Trump found out that he was in Epstein's files. All of a sudden it doesn't matter anymore. All of a sudden nobody should be paying attention and it's all a hoax. Sorry, that shit's not going to work. The department at Trump's behest petition courts to release grand jury transcripts in the criminal cases involving Epstein and Maxwell. The only set of grand jury transcripts that are public involved the original criminal case in Palm Beach County and were revealed last year in a lawsuit filed by the Palm Beach Post. Among the documents held now by DOJ was a leather-bound birthday book from Epstein's

4:0650th that contained body letters from Trump, the Wall Street Journal reported, so which officials are going to be testifying? First up, William Barr. Barr was US Attorney General in the same years. Federal authorities arrested Epstein in 2019 and Maxwell in 2020. On charges of sex trafficking minors, he served under Trump during his first term in office. The guy is an absolute liar. Anyone who believes anything coming out of Bill Barr's mouth is insane. Mr. Arbiter of truth, huh? This is the guy that kicked everything into motion telling us that Epstein died by suicide and his source for that. Trust me, bro. No evidence backed it up. No sort of real report was released to the public. Things were missing from the official report. And there was conflicting opinions about Jeffrey Epstein's cause of death. But sure, let's just listen to Bill Barr. Also on his watch was the death of Epstein, found hanged in his Manhattan

5:07jail cell, mirror weeks after he was arrested. The medical examiner ruled the death of suicide, Barr launched an investigation in Epstein's death, which concluded there was a perfect storm of screw-ups, he said, by prison personnel. Charges were launched against the guards who were watching Epstein for falsifying records. Yo, can you imagine the perfect storm of screw-ups just so happens that it's Jeffrey Epstein who ends up dying? The guy that has the most secrets to spill, not El Chappell, not John Gotti, not one of these disgusting child molesters or terrorists, just Jeffrey Epstein. But yeah, just a gigantic coincidence. Though frequently criticized for instituting action that aligned with Trump's policies, Barr announced on December 1, 2020 that the DOJ had found no evidence of widespread fraud that would change the outcome of the 2020 presidential election, one by Joe Biden. Barr resigned later that month before the new administration came in. Yo, that's some funny shit.

6:12Thinking you're going to get the truth from Bill Barr. Next up, we have former US Attorney General Alberto Gonzales. Gonzales was US Attorney General from 2005 to the fall of 2007 under former president George W. Bush. On September 24, 2007, Epstein signed the first draft of the agreement in which he agreed to plead guilty and stay court to two prostitution felonies in exchange for federal authorities, agreeing not to launch a federal prosecution. That first draft was signed a week after Gonzales resigned over controversies, such as advanced interrogation techniques being used on detainees during the war on terror. It was Michael Mukesie who signed off on this. Him and Mr. Fulip, they were in charge at the time. But cool, let's call up Alberto Gonzales and none of the other people that were actually involved. Make it make sense. The FBI and federal prosecutors had investigated Epstein from 2006 to 2008

7:15after Palm Beach Police Chief Michael Ryder, concerned about the state prosecution, sent his evidence to the FBI. Palm Beach PD had found dozens of young women and underage girls telling similar stories as sexual abuse at Epstein's Palm Beach Mansion. The FBI found even more victims. Epstein attorney Kenneth Starer appealed to the Justice Department to invalidate the non-prosecution agreement. Epstein had just signed, but the DOJ declined. A federal grand jury had prepared a 60-count indictment that Epstein escaped because of that agreement. Gonzales is not included in the report of an extensive DOJ investigation of whether the prosecutors had committed professional misconduct. Well, yeah, they sure did. And it's funny that all the people that were in that OIG report that were mentioned as the brains, if you will, none of them are being called to testify, not one of them. Next up, we have Jeff Sessions, former US Attorney General. And he is scheduled to go up there and

8:17give his testimony or a deposition on August 28. Sessions was US Attorney General from 2017 to 2018, proceeding bar during Trump's first term. During Sessions' term, the US Department of Justice litigated a lawsuit with survivor Courtney Wilde, who lives in Palm Beach County, claiming federal prosecutors had violated the Crime Victims Rights Act. Wilde filed suit a week after Epstein pleaded guilty to prostitution related charges in State Court in 2008. Wilde claimed that because she and others hadn't been notified of the plea deal or given a chance for input, federal prosecutors violated the law. She and survivor of Virginia Roberts sought to reverse the plea deal and revive a 60-count federal indictment drafted in 2007. The suit went on for years until US District Judge Kenneth Mara of West Palm Beach ruled in February of 2019 that the law had been violated. Epstein died about six months later,

9:19making any prosecution against him for the 2007 charges impossible. So Mara had to declare it mood. It was the same year Epstein was arrested on separate sex trafficking charges in New York. Former FBI Director Robert Mueller He scheduled for September 2nd. Although the subpoena letter doesn't state specifically what the committee wants to question Mueller about, Mueller was FBI Director from 2001 to 2013, during the FBI's investigation of Epstein and the Southern District of Florida from 2006 to 2008. Mueller isn't mentioned anywhere in an extensive summary of DOJ investigation into whether federal prosecutors mishandled the Epstein case. And again, it's all by design folks. All of these people that are calling up great fine, but none of them were behind the sticks, none of them were moving the needle. For years after his stint at the FBI, he was tapped to special prosecutor during Trump's first term to investigate allegations of Russian interference

10:21in the 2016 election. His report concluded that a legal Russian interference occurred in sweeping and systematic fashion and was welcomed by the Trump campaign, which is highly disputed now by the way. Loretta Lynch, former US Attorney General, what? She was never even mentioned once in any documentation, so why she being called up. She's expected to come up on September 9th and give her testimony. Lynch was US Attorney General from 2015 to 2017, and like sessions the federal government was litigating, the Crime Victims Act lawsuit during her tenure. Lynch headed the DOJ while the FBI investigated Hillary Clinton's private email server and whether it held classified her secret correspondence that should have been conducted on government servers. Former FBI director James Comey was most prominent in that investigation and another one announced days before the 2016 election in which Clinton vied against Trump for the White House. Next up, Eric Holder,

11:25Merrick Garland, former US Attorney General, Eric Holder, September 30th, Holder served as US Attorney General from 2009 to 2015 during which time the Crime Victims Rights Act litigation was in court. He served under former president Barack Obama. Epstein finished this sentence at the Palm Beach County jail. The year Holder was appointed again. I'm not saying Holder shouldn't be talked to about other things, but Epstein, come on, kind of a waste of time. Merrick Garland, October 2nd. During Garland's tenure as US Attorney General from 2021 to 2025, Glend Maxwell went on trial for sex trafficking of minor charges, was convicted in sentence to 20 years in prison. The subpoena letter also says the Department of Justice under Garland refused to release any new or non-public Epstein files. Garland served under former president Joe Biden. Well, that's true. They didn't release shit. And guess what? I was screaming in yellow and about that too. This problem is systemic. And all the people were talking about

12:29they're all just symptoms of the greater illness. And that illness is wholesale corruption when it comes to the people that are in charge of our lives, whether it's in the financial sector or politics. James Comey, former FBI director, James Comey, October 7th. Comey was director of the FBI from 2013 to 2017. The subpoena letter does not specify what the committee wants to hear from him, though ironically his daughter, Maureen, prosecuted both the Epstein and Maxwell cases in the southern district of New York. Maureen Comey was fired by the DOJ in July for unknown reasons. Well, I think it has something to do with Clayton Howard. And I have that lawsuit that he filed against Diddy and Cassie Ventura. And over the weekend, I'm going to share it with you. Comey served the majority of his time in office under Obama and months into Trump's first term. Comey was fired by Trump. Comey leaked a private memo in which he said Trump asked him to

13:29end the FBI's investigation of Michael Flynn. Trump's national security advisor during the first 22 days of Trump's first administration. Next up, we have the Clintons Hillary Clinton's schedule for October 9th. The committee's subpoena letter says the former Secretary of State's family appears to have had a close relationship with both Jeffrey Epstein and his co-conspirator, Glenn Maxwell, appears, huh? No, they did 100%. 100%. Moreover, your husband was allegedly close to Miss Maxwell while Miss Maxwell's nephew worked for your 2008 presidential campaign and was hired by the State Department shortly after you became Secretary of State. The nephew Alexander Dorasi in his 20s with limited foreign policy experience reportedly landed a prominent role in the State Department. I reported on this years ago where was the legacy media talking about it then? It was a big deal then. It's a big deal now.

14:29And finally, people are starting to take notice. Bill Clinton, October 14th. The subpoena letter says by your own admission, you flew on Jeffrey Epstein's private plane four separate times in 2002 and 2003. During one of these trips, you were even pictured receiving a massage from one of Mr. Epstein's victims, the letter goes on to say, Epstein's survivor, Shantay Davies told the New York Post that she cracked Bill Clinton's neck after a ride on Epstein's plane and that he was a perfect gentleman during the trip. Photos show him and 22-year-old Davies fully clothed during the massage. The letter adds, it has also been claimed that you pressured vanity fair not to publish sex trafficking allegations against your good friend Mr. Epstein. And there are conflicting reports about whether you ever visited Mr. Epstein's island. You were also allegedly close to Miss Clay in Maxwell and Epstein co-conspirator and attended an intimate dinner with her in 2014, three years after public reports about her involvement in Mr. Epstein's abuse of minors.

15:34Boom! Finally, somebody says it. I feel like I've been yelling into the void for years about this. Finally, the Clintons are going to have to answer some questions it looks like. And guess what?
