“We get conditioned by Hollywood and the media to hate our bodies, and they sell us the false solution, which is “go on a diet, you're not gonna ever be good enough unless you look like this fake photoshopped image”… All of that fell on me and then I fell deep into binge eating at 21”.

Today I have Amber Romaniuk on the show. She is is an Emotional Eating, Digestive and Hormone Expert, who experienced heavy food disorders in the past and found a way to overcome it. Her journey is nothing but inspirational, and her dedication to helping others who are going through similar situations is admirable. We talk about how she created her business, the impact hormones have on your body when it's disbalanced, the relationship with money and more amazing stuff.

With 10 years experience helping high achieving women create a level of body confidence, intuition and optimal health through powerful mindset healing, self-care and overcoming self-sabotage with food.
She overcame her own emotional eating after gaining and losing more than 1000 lbs and spending over $50,000 on binge foods and spending 5 years balancing her hormones, digestion.
