Albert Pinkham Ryder

Albert Pinkham Ryder was an American painter and artist known for his landscapes and seascapes. He was born in 1847 in New York City and spent much of his life in New Jersey. Ryder was a prolific artist, producing over 1,000 paintings during his lifetime. He was also known for his struggles with mental health and his use of unconventional techniques in his art. Ryder died in 1917 at the age of 70.
