Sir Alex Ferguson is a Scottish football manager and former player. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest managers in football history. Ferguson managed Manchester United from 1986 to 2013, leading the team to numerous domestic and international titles. He is a member of the Scottish Football Hall of Fame and has been knighted for his services to football. Ferguson is based in Scotland.
