Anna Lembke

Anna Lembke is a psychiatrist and addiction expert who has written extensively on the topic of addiction and its relationship to mental health. She is the director of the addiction program at Stanford University and has been a frequent commentator on television and radio. Lembke is known for her work on the neurochemical basis of addiction and her advocacy for more compassionate and effective treatment approaches. She is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and has received numerous awards for her work, including the National Institute on Drug Abuse's Director's Award. She is also a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
