Barbara Nicholson is a lactation consultant and breastfeeding advocate with over 20 years of experience. She has worked with numerous hospitals and healthcare organizations to promote breastfeeding and support mothers in their breastfeeding journeys. Barbara has also written extensively on the topic of breastfeeding and has been a vocal advocate for the importance of breastfeeding for both mothers and babies. She is also a mother of two and has spoken publicly about her own experiences with breastfeeding.
