Bre Smedley

Bre Smedley is a four-time state volleyball champion and the co-founder of The Elite Competitor. She has extensive experience in mental coaching and has worked with numerous student athletes to help them manage athletic pressure and develop off-the-court leadership. Bre is known for her expertise in mental training and her ability to connect with young athletes. She is based in Vancouver, Washington.
