Dawn Blain

Dawn Blain is a professional runner and athlete from Northern Ireland. She has represented Northern Ireland in numerous international competitions, including the 2025 International Cross Country Championships. Dawn has also completed several marathons, including the Tokyo Marathon, where she achieved a personal best time of 3:08. She is a strong advocate for women's running and has worked with numerous charities to promote the sport. Dawn is based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
