Duygu Biricik Gulseren

Duygu Biricik Gulseren is an assistant professor of human resources management at York University. She has a Ph.D. in organizational behavior and has published papers on topics such as employee well-being, work-life balance, and organizational culture. Duygu is also a consultant and has worked with organizations to develop and implement strategies for improving employee engagement and productivity.
