Maurice Harden

Dr. Maurice Harden is a military veteran and kinesiology doctorate holder with a passion for helping people optimize their muscle performance. He is the first and only M.A.T. specialist in the Tampa Bay area and has worked with numerous clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. Dr. Harden is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist and has published several papers on muscle activation techniques. In his free time, Dr. Harden enjoys playing golf and reading about the latest advancements in sports science. He is based in Tampa, Florida.
