אילן שיף

Ilan Shalif is an Israeli general and former head of the Israeli military's legal department. He served as the head of the military's legal department from 2013 to 2015 and was responsible for overseeing the prosecution of war crimes. Shalif has also served as a judge and has written extensively on military law and ethics. He is a graduate of the Israeli Defense Forces' Command and General Staff College and has a master's degree in law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Shalif has been involved in several high-profile cases, including the prosecution of the Gaza flotilla raid. He is based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
