Xiao Yu

Xiao Yu (c. 5th century) was a Chinese poet and scholar during the Northern and Southern Dynasties period. He is best known for his poetry and his association with the famous poet Lü Yu. Xiao Yu was born in the state of Wei and served as a government official and poet. He is considered one of the most important figures in Chinese literature and poetry.
