019. The Illusion of Self-Doubt: What It’s Protecting, What It’s Teaching, and How to Move Through It

In this episode, I’m taking you deep into something every woman experiences but rarely understands: self-doubt. Why it shows up, what it’s trying to protect, and how to move through it with clarity, embodiment and self-trust.

Fresh from a transformational week in Bali, I share the wisdom, sisterhood, softness and somatic awareness that cracked open new layers of my own understanding. Bali reminded me of the power of being witnessed, held, and seen - and how our nervous systems soften in spaces of presence.

It’s not a flaw. Or a weakness. Or proof you’re not ready.

Self-doubt is a protector part ... a loyal internal voice that learned to keep you safe. Sometimes she’s loud, sometimes she’s dramatic ... and sometimes she shows up like an internal WHS Officer with a fluorescent vest and a clipboard saying:

“Absolutely NO risks today.”
