Man, I had to learn this the hard way. I used to treat my hair and beard like they were the same. Whatever soap was in the shower got used on everything. Convenient, right? No. I followed advice that worked for other people, then I wondered why my curly beard still felt dry, rough, and hard to manage. I finally realized my beard needed a routine built for it. That led me to bask and lather. Their beard growth magic is a natural growth oil that helps nourish follicles, softened beard hair and reduced dandruff. And their men's healthy hair and beard starter kit include shampoo, conditioner, balm, oil, and a stimulator formula. Now I know that one size fits all isn't always the answer. So find out what works for your hair. Explore viral best sellers and products of healthier hair of all types from bask and lather. Oh, okay. No, he's not a basketball player. Oh, golfers are. He's the quarterback for the Steelers. I thought wasn't he on the Packers? He was. Yeah. Okay. My brain. Well, now he's talking about his ex-fee on say apparently he actually wasn't engaged to this actor's name, Shayline Woodley, which he's known for divergent. I love her. She's in the fine are stars. She's the. Yeah. I don't know. I don't know. I guess so sad. But apparently apparently they were engaged and they broke it off and he's talking about when he got engaged with her. She asked him for this crazy result or request listed. I did. Shayline and I propose and she says yes, but a couple days after that she tells me, you know, before you get married, I got to go. This guy, I proposed in December, took out the ring by March and we had a couple times where we tried to get reunited and nothing ever happened. She literally told me I don't want to be with you after we tried to have some sort of reconciliation in 2021. Oh, insane. There was no. There was no request. Wow. She told them I'm
going to go. Yeah. Wow. I thought he dumped her for the for having that request. No. She wanted to do that. And then I was like, oh yeah. Yeah. That did not sound like a request. Yeah. No. He wide received this. Oh, Mary. Mary. Who's the other guy? I don't know. I don't know. This is close where it was, but who is she with? Maybe it's the prison. Well, she's currently with like this. She with the streets. I'm willing to bet thousands of dollars that it was another actor because she's an actress. Oh my. Wow. This proves my theory that actresses and actors are weird. I didn't know you even had that theory. Yeah. I'm in either. Yeah. I'm sitting here. This proves my theory that he equals MC quadruple. Yeah. That's a crazy request. It is. And I was thinking to my full. Why are you talking about it? Like you are married now. Yeah. Like. Oh, he has a whole other. This is the one that got away. No, because he got he got trashed. Like he did something wrong. Yeah. Because he was saying, you know what? Like her story doesn't make sense because now she's out here saying like, oh, because of you, Aaron, because of you, I got depression
and you ruined my life. And he's saying like, girl, girl, that probably is true. And that's why she went with the other woman. He tried to get back with her. Yeah. Oh, what? He tried to intercept that. Oh. Did he ever win a championship? Yeah. Yeah. How many? One. Yeah. Oh, he's good. Good. Good. But he's not the other four. He's not far. He's not far. But far have also got one. Farve only has one. Brett Farve. Wow. Yeah. Packers suck. Right? Yeah. Say louder. Packers suck. Sorry. My husband's a big packer's bag. He's like the Lombardi Trophy years. It is named after him. Yeah. He was packing his girl. That's crazy. Oh, my husband. No. We were just like, over here. He's like, oh, yeah. Aaron. Like she said, she said over there. Crazy. Oh, he's still plays. Yeah. I'm with the dealers. This is probably his final season. Oh, they've been his final season.
He can't let it go. He doesn't want to go home. No, it's true because I really thought, at first, when I read this, where I'm like, this is the first time I listen, I'm hearing about Aaron Rodgers and I Google him. I'm like, oh, he's retired. And then no, let me. He's the quarterback for Steelers. Yeah. And he's going to quit. The NFL's telling him, hey, hold on. We're going to go talk to someone. Magic being at home all day and just thinking about that. Yeah. We're and he's married. And that's the crazy part of goal. Like, man, to go on a podcast and talk about that situation being married. Bro, let it go. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Let it go. Call this corrido sheet because we are talking about a major Mexican artist by the name of Karin León if you've heard this at a backyard before. So
but not because he got fans so upset he canceled his show last minutes minutes before he was about to perform at the sphere in Las Vegas. Fans got the word that Carine Leone canceled his show. Listen to them react. Now I'm gonna say they just canceled his show as role model. Yeah, they're like people were back. They had just bought $30. Michela's. Yeah, and then they're walking back. Do I can imagine? Parking, babysitter, calling off a work the next day. Or priority turn. Yeah, already turn up. Like a party. Yeah, you know, they're wrapping around the casino or whoever is just waiting. They should have just let the music run and let everybody party inside at that point. At least their records. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Yeah, let the DJ play. Yeah. Play the graphics. Somebody get married right now.
We're having a lot more than we thought don't you right now? Like a look like a look like. For real, guys, where are you? Where are you? What do you need? I have a cousin that looks even more like him. No, you look like him. Like from that far away, dude, I would have been like that. That's what he's doing. Okay. We want to show. He looks like. As you would be being a baby and then whoever pops up. That little belly. But he got it. According to Carine's team, there was two different planes that had issues from his way to coming to Las Vegas. Okay. The first one was flying him from Edmossio to Vegas around noon and it had a problem with its breaking system. So they arranged another aircraft. The second plane also developed a mechanical issue before take off. The pilots and airport authorities did not authorize the aircraft to fly. So ultimately, cutting had to cancel the. Yeah. So to make it a halt. Okay. He should have said something before. And everybody trying to make it do two planes. Yeah. It seems like he was trying to make it. Try not to tell everybody because then they're going to turn back or not by tickets. I would say that
too. If you do, two, two planes, two, two aerostar vans got messed up. Do you get it? Take now you can take a commercial flight. And we'll see you. No, no, no, no, Mexico. Oh, damn. Yes. If a plane has an issue because then you got to pass through customs. He's probably taking private jets. If you're a Mexican region like I swear, I'm not going to perform certain songs. You got to do that. Possibly. You got to deal with customs. This isn't real thing. It's a like going on. It is. Yeah. He has like a couple of shows I believe he did not cancel the entire Vegas run. Yeah. So this morning, the sphere dates for tonight. Okay. Tomorrow and Sunday, they are still scheduled. That was just hung over then. He needs to make up the show. Yeah. He will obviously. He won't make up the show. But yeah, but yeah, yeah. Yeah. And I just let this video that I'm showing you clip up went on and on like every is just mean. They did a bunch of putting chance. Oh, pudding. That's what they say. Ding. Ding. Ding. Ding. You know how much we love. Yeah,
we did. The proof is there. The petty police. It's just putty. I'm being petty. Petty, girl. Pretty and I'm petty. And this petty police comes to us from the good ol' NFL. Still the greatest entrance to sports. Still. What instrument is that? Trumpet? That's still. It's brass. Yeah. Right. I think so. I'm sure it's a view of a brass trumpet and saxophone. Okay. Sorry. Sorry. I really like that. Okay. So let's go to get the game yesterday. The 49ers versus the LA Rams. Now, if you didn't know, this match took place in Australia. And both teams had very different strategies of how to win. I believe the 49ers have been out there for like a week so that they can assimilate to the change in time and all of that. The LA
Rams though, they took a private jet out there. You know, they they were very bougie about it. So much so that they thought, hey, we're going to do a joke on them. We're going to do a joke on the 49ers. And after they got an interception, they went to the end zone of the 49ers and all pretended to fall asleep, clowning that the 49ers were out there for a week. And they're still losing it big time. At that point, the game was three to seven for the LA Rams. Because LA Rams were okay. They never got past that. Yeah. They never got past that. They actually fell asleep after. Yeah. It was the LA Rams that ended up falling asleep afterwards because the the final, the final, excuse me, the final score was 27 by the 49ers and seven by the LA Rams. Yes. Here's LA Rams coach talking about how they just, um, stood all up. The Niners, they all played us in every facet. I didn't do nearly a good enough job. This is a humbling day for us. And this will define us only if we allow it to. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But it definitely humbled you. And I bet you all were like, hey, you know, it would be really funny that we do a celebration. Yeah. And we at the, at their end zone, we fall asleep because they've been out here sleeping. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You get it. Yeah. So funny. Yeah. As much effort as you gave that. Yes. That was the first touchdown. If you want to troll, do that into the game. Mm hmm. When you know, like the outcome is going to be. Yeah. Yeah. Don't celebrate too early. Yeah. That little fire under the 49ers, I'm sure. And then they end up winning. And and now there was like that whole sport science behind it. Like, you know, we're going to not let our bodies adjust. We're going to make our bodies adjust. Yeah. The strategies. And now the Rams just seem super stupid because they just basically pretended that they weren't in Australia. Hey, hey, chill about the stupid part. Like we're still in Los Angeles. I know. But I'm saying it's because of the outcome of the game because the 49ers would have been like, oh, you're going to be so dumb. Yeah. Why do you stay out there of whole week? Yeah. Yeah. And I've been back for the people too. The people that bought like front row seats are like 50 miles away. Did you see that?
Yeah. Oh, to see everything. Yeah. Everything they were like on the other net. Yeah. Yeah. They couldn't even see it because they were at floor levels. I was like all the coaching staff was in front of them. I was drinking the rest of Australia. It made you go to the, yeah. And they're watching the game upside down too. Frankie, be just be careful with you celebrate too early. Yeah. I might end up in your face. Okay. Not like that. Not like that. Yo. Oh, my Tommy. Let me. Oh, right. It's Friday. And I'm calling out. I'm calling out all the people on Instagram. All right. Okay. Talking down all my name when I'm down bad and I'm sick and I'm dying. And I'm in my bed. And I'm like, yeah, let's see. I'm done. Take me out right now. We were talking about our fans. Our fans. Oh, I'm not going to. I'm not going to do it. Especially the A1s. Like I was saying, I was down bad sick. You know, I was in my death bed.
I was just like, God, if you want to take me, you could take me right now. It's fine. You know, I'm just sick. We posted a little cute in a sick car. So yes, I was national picture day, picture day, school picture day. And one of the pictures is posted of me as a kid. And everybody in the comments section just decided to roast me. Oh, yeah. And me only. No, they came at everybody. We sure about the stuff about you is hilarious because you're the last photo on her. Yes. I'll go look at it. Brow my morning's one oh six on Instagram. It's all picture days that we had, right? Kongy, Kongy said, you guys go picture day. He just gave us one of him in the salad. Yeah, that's what I had. Yeah, my parents never bought it. They got the one that I can't get in a more comfortable stuff. Yeah, the sample one day. They get the sample one. Yeah, we don't have a company name across the water. Yeah, the Greg's yours looked like you eat glue. I look at the people. That's literally one of the comments. Greg looks like he would bite people for fun. Yes. I see it still.
Greg, you ain't glue as a kid. Didn't you still? Greg, you used to sniff markers. Still. And you were the cutest out of all of them. Greg looks like he kept who the cutest. Greg looks like he kept warms in his pocket. Oh, they shut off your mind. Yeah, the people have spoken. Oh my God. Shut up. Oh, that was so funny. Big is the cutest one. I don't know. I mean, we're the cutest. What are best. What is what? What are the pencils? People to go. I know everybody who's saying who's that white kid with that? Yeah, I was like, I can't do it. That looks like she wears that C's candy or something. I'm the little one. What? What you like? You look like a turtle. She was giving it with samples. The turtle. She put it up because my mom dresses up like that. And then all we wanted to do was play a hamball. And let's see. What's that cracker barrel? Hey, honey. How's your order? I was like eight. I'm like eight. And you're literally two. I know someone called me Megamine. And you know, because there's so many good comments.
Focus on the good. Focus on the good. I can't understand the good. It's just the way that our hair was done back in the day. Yeah, Megamine right there. It's the hair. Come back. Who's that? People were saying that I chewed rocks. Oh, I'm not that bad. Somebody, yeah, they were just counting my teeth, but it's okay. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. But it's okay because at least they didn't say we eat glue. We bite people. My thing was they were so sure of it. Yeah, I don't even. I didn't question. No, they told you fact. Yeah, I don't believe you. I've never tasted glue. I've never tasted glue. I don't believe you. I've never tasted glue. That's weird because I used to lick bricks. What? Yeah. It's like I used to hang all weird. I used to lick bricks and eat sacks. I thought it was good. This is weird. Yeah. Yeah, that's weird. That's a weird thing. That's called iron deficiency. Yeah. I think. Yeah, I think. Yeah, I think. All right. Man, I had to learn this the hard way. I used to treat my hair and beard like they were the same.

She's doing a hot five, guys. Come through and hang out with us. Tickets are really cheap too. I believe they're in the $30 range. That's not the most important part of it. The most important part is that every single penny in every single quarter dollar, every penny, whatever's made, hit them with the one, two, hit them with the arms of any number. We are going to buy turkeys and feed them. We are the most important position about this is that we're going to give every single penny back to the community. Yes. How? Because we're going to be giving back turkeys and basket to food to families that really freaking need it. This Thanksgiving season. And that's not our families, OK? No, not our families.
I mean, I will take one turkey. No, I can't. One after the top. One after the top. Just give it off the top a little bit. I don't think it's economy. I haven't seen a ticket that affordable. And I'm really happy we get to do it. And the proceeds from the tickets, all of them, are going to go towards a turkey drive, our first annual brown bed. First annual turkey drive. Turkey drive. Anthemales. Anthemales. Anthemales. Anthemales. Coming up in the holiday season. That's going to be the models either. They're going to have got to do in them. Yes. We're going to have a holiday sasson in our holiday season. Is it? Is it? Flapers comedy. Yeah, Flapers Comedy Club right there in Burbank. But the website. Flapers Comedy. Flapers Comedy. Yeah. Or you can go to my Instagram right now, Lincoln Bio. Or you can go to my stories that's right there. Tickets are selling fast. I had like about almost 600 clicks on that last night. Able brother, you have like 5,000 stories a day. You're one of those. And it's like, which story do you do? Oh, yes. It says it right there. This is a Lincoln. It has a fly and it has a long bite ticket here now.
You just have to keep swiping or keep clicking. Yeah. After you see the avatars, new episodes. Yeah. That's crazy. Yes. Flapers Comedy.com. Flapers Comedy.com. Get your tickets. Yeah. Hurry up. It's going to be so fun. OK. Homey Howl, Blind. What's going on, Victor? I'm going to hit us up and said, Brown bag. My name is Alyssa. And football season is back, which means I'm already stressed AF because my husband has a serious gambling problem. She said last season, this man would lose a bet, double down, trying to win it back, lose again, then do it all over again. And I didn't realize how bad it was until he was $30,000 in debt to a bookie. Yeah, it's a lot. Yes. She said, then one night after work, I'm walking through the parking garage. And there's a note under my windshield wiper that says, tell Xavier, I need my money, or I'll be back. I'm calling out names. They're madar. Basically, that's scary. She said, Brown bag, I freaked out.
I called my husband immediately. And after trying to play dumb, he finally admitted it was his bookies people. And I told him, you're done gambling. We have kids. I will leave you before you put this family in danger. And he promised on our kids, he was done and worked out a payment plan. But we're still paying for it. Because of this money, because of this, money's been tight all year. Our kids didn't even get their normal birthday parties. And now football season started a few days ago. And I heard him on the phone talking about spreads and overunders. I confronted him and he swears he's not betting. He says he's just helping his brother with his vets. OK, well, Tony. But how am I supposed to believe him after everything that happened? True, true. If you've ever been with the gambler, how did you know when enough was enough? When there's $30,000 in debt. That's a lie. Don't do this for the family. And he still does. When you need a wheelchair. Hold on, let me, I will say that he is due for a win.
He's almost there. What? That's crazy. He's so close to being back up. No, don't encourage this. Yes. No, no, no. Right, right, Greg? Yeah, just that one. It takes just that one. He's on a gold streak, which means he's due for a win. And that's what's unfortunate that he's not carrying about dang. Someone knows where you work. And now you feel violated. Because someone came to your work about something I did. That's the next, what? Pass a note to your kid at school? No, whenever it goes down, must come up. Yeah, right? That's what I was thinking. That's the funny. That's the funny angle. That's the funny angle. It's like, OK. But it's it the kids and the work that her work that has nothing to do with whatever you little thing you got going on. That's crazy. It's up and it's down until it's been down and now we're in danger. He's like, babe, you're only in danger if the dolphins don't score 17 points. If they do, then everything is fine. I'm going to remove myself from you because you don't care clearly about my livelihood. But don't come back when I'm rich. True. Yeah. And it's basically a lock. Like, they're totally going to hit the spread this week.
They're going to do, you know what I'm saying? They're going to believe it. They're going to believe it. They're going to believe it. They're going to believe it. They're going to believe it. They're going to believe it. They're going to believe it. I don't know. You're crazy. I'm just saying, sometimes you're just so close. Someone, someone pulls up to your girl's work about you owing them money. I'm sorry. That's a lot. That's scary. Because now it's like not only on you, it's like now on the whole family, you're putting them in danger. That means I'm so close to being a girl. Oh my god. Yeah. Tell that to your girl. Let that be the reason. Whenever things are going bad, that means you're the breakthrough nearby. Yes, that's what I'm saying. You're seeing that meme where that guy's like digging, digging, digging, and he's almost about to hit the diamond, but then he stops. Yes. Yeah. Don't stop. Toby and Eddie, man, keep going, buddy. Keep going. The diamonds right there. No, keep digging yourself. No, keep digging. No, keep digging yourself. She's the scared one. Yeah. Scared money don't make money, right? She's not involved. She's not involved. This is not her thing. Right now, she's involved in paying off his debt. Right now, the kids are involved in not having the birthday parties memories or things like
that. They're not going to remember. I know. You know how, how do they? They had birthday parties. They're rolled in up. They probably will remember. Yeah, they will remember. Yeah. All right. Okay, we put the call out there. We have Justina and Orange. Justina. Hello. Hello. What up, Justina? Oh, Justina. Hey, Conkey. Yeah. You're dope as hell. You make me laugh on my worst day. So I appreciate. Oh, thank you. I love you. Thank you so much. I'm scared. Okay. You come through. Okay. We messed up the fire. Yeah. Let me tell you. I want to fight you. We have the shot. Okay. We love you. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Justina. Justina. Talk to us. Justina, talk to us. Tell us about your mask. Okay. Okay. So I love you. You like to see those masks?
Can you please? Thanks, yeah. I love you, girl. Are we on speaker on Bluetooth, because you're like cutting. Where are you driving to? Can you put us to your ear. Put us to your ear hole. Hey, yo. Justina. You got reception. I'm. Just you know the reception I'm just glad Hold on one second. Let's get her right. Let's get her right. Yeah, give her give us some time get her right She was very full of compliments and I like that. I'm words of affirmation. I'm a words of affirmation type of girl Okay, Adrian Adrian in San Fernando Adrián try it on me Hey guys good morning. This is actually a pleasure to actually talk to you guys. I'm actually nervous I don't know why but good morning guys No, no, you know you guys make us last every single day. So thank you so much for that. We love making people love yes But I'm the gambler It's okay buddy. Let's talk over two weeks over so I'm trying
So I've been doing this for about two years and My family doesn't really know how bad it is and hopefully they're not listening But it starts off with like you know $10 or bet maybe 15 $20 And after two years it kind of gets to like okay 500 400 maybe 350 250 You kind of kind of figure out what's your sweet spot? Obviously? There's never a sweet spot. You kind of keep chasing the hit until you hit big You feel good about yourself. It's that's open means that addiction is bad I can't stop because I got something Right once in my life. I can keep this going. You're almost there Scary. Yeah, so for home boy Stop stop hold on I have a question. How deep in the hole are you? 45 45 what 45 or thousand? 45,000 you're in debt 45,000 dollars, bro You got a student loan debt right now have a car payment right there. You just said oh it starts with five dollars
The value changes your mindset because what $10 is to somebody could be like yo That's a lot of money for a coffee, bro. I'm like nah man a hundred bucks. That's a straight bet for me, dude Oh, that's how you quantify it like someone can look at like at a hundred dollars Oh, I could go shopping. You're like no, I could bet on the pistons I could flip that that's kind of Yeah, but the way that you're sounding and the way that you said your family doesn't know I'm wondering are you married No, no, no, I just Do some breaking up No, what is it what is it? Your mom the first time I've actually said anything to anybody about it so It feels good, but at the same time it's embarrassing. It's like why can't I stop? Yeah, oh? Adrian, what is it that you bet on? Everything
Started it started with stalker and then it went to football and then it went to golfing and then went to boxing and my mate like you can literally Bet on anything and people don't know you can literally bet on anything that you want Yeah, it's gonna be what color the cool it is for when they When they win the game The towel is gonna be the glove right there Do you bet with a bookie like do you bet with a person or is it an app or is it a website? I've never had to deal with a bookie In general except maybe this past six months and honestly like every bookie is different right now I'm on a payment plan so they're actually working out with me But this is a weekly thing and yeah, I don't think people have like 2500 a week to pay so it's kind of stuff like that Where you have to think about like that your payment plan 25 100 a week Just out of curiosity brother. What do you what do you do for living?
I don't want to go to much into details. It's fine, but information technology Okay, I see I see I knew people once I Everything it was it was supposed to be a full-proof plan. It was supposed to be a secondary source of income But do you feel that's why? You keep missing and it's good. I got the lock. It's gonna happen. It's gonna happen It's gonna save your life and even not for like to get you out of that day like you want to get out of that The only thing that can do to win the way that I got the way that I got on this was a credit line So if I was using my own cash, I would not be in this hole So for other people out there We don't know if they're on a credit line or if this is out of their own income or how are they pulling the string because they want their money back And they're gonna get their money back. Yeah, okay And I see a bunch of different feelings you're having I see that you feel relieved that you set it out loud Finally kind of like once you know once you recognize it you can start shipping away at it
But also it must be very embarrassing. It must be very humane like dang like I got this far in In the hole and it's only and it's me to blame Yeah, yeah, you can't you can't put up you said you're two weeks sober of gambling two weeks ago you stopped or Yeah, yeah, so I completely got off the book And the hard part is I can't even watch sports without really like enjoying it like I Have sex on ecstasy again, it's weird after that man Hey, Drew one quick question. What's like the oddest thing that you've like bet on The horse racing I don't even freaking know anything about horse racing That's my dad my dad wins all the time Yeah, my dad's really good at horse racing shoot me a zimpo By the way, let these dad is also
I mean, I don't know I think it's a sign because I honestly didn't think you can't forget answers So it feels good that I was able to open up an express this but damn Hold on the line. Let's see if we can find some resources and one thing that I do know is that in like 20 minutes We're giving away a thousand bucks with brown bags And that you said your payment plan is $2,500 a week a week or every two weeks or I bet that'll help Every week How are you how are you making that payment? That's crazy. So I'm basically pulling out from my 401k And I bet you you're young you don't sound old at all. Yeah, you I don't want to say my age You don't have to Yeah, I could just tell you your Thank you Hold on hold on So do I let's see you guys he how all the next
It is chasing that but it's like feeling depressed the rest of the time. Yeah, you know Shout out to the man ice We're just talking to a gambler Let's talk to a bookie Okay on the line we have El Buki himself We have the homie Jerry Jerry Jerry Jerry and Jerry Garcia Your friend Yes, what's up everybody doing your friendly neighborhood bookie here dog You seem too nice to be a bookie first of all first of all we don't like this that stigma is not bookie It's forced consultant or We're cheering He's not kidding guys. What's going on? No way he's a bookie. Well, you know Jerry any gig Garcia
He has a side game Any side gig Garcia Jerry and his side gig Garcia Your guys his tour stops is really where he has to go seek Yeah, that haven't paid up. I always make sure not to book shows in cities where there's a casino He doesn't come to my Vegas shows but it that way How did you find yourself as a bookie? Well, yes, the long story as a matter of fact I actually started as a gambler myself I'll talk to side. I'm not an actual bookie. But I do Like I'm like what they call an agent So I think I meant they were out here like recruiting players to send over to bookies You just hear No because what happens that I was a gambler myself dog so I was in a debt too when I was a youngster My 20s I got into major debt too man and it got so fun where I was on a payment plant like the homie Adrian
But I was working for technology that you got I was doing a little part-time job Sorry, sorry, I forgot where I was at and anyways The point is uh This is bookie uh, you know, we did a payment plan and he's like hey man And you know to get you off the payment man payment plaster Send those players and we'll give you off a little commission off of that And that'll come off the books. Yeah, so for a long time. You know all jokes aside It got pretty serious in my early 20s. I was gambling a lot on the lake. It's a lot of money Uh, we're talking about the early 2000s and as those tempos I was betting anywhere from like 5 to 10 000 a month What does it do? Yeah, wow What money Jerry? And I had a part-time job. I had a I had a six-hour job man And you were in a comedian you weren't you weren't doing for I was not a comedian I was in the infoney at the time though. So it was It was a it was a it was a difficult time man, but uh, you learn from it. So in order so in order to get out of your day
You got other people in debt I get I mean that's like a pyramid scheme. Yeah. Yeah That's that's all this beautiful country was based on Oh Oh my god Uh, I mean anywhere about you know what When I say friendly members of bookie we really do keep it pretty friendly Uh, we cut people off often and early. So what happens that we do give a line of credit And what and they they said they said that credit line. So hey, what do you want 500 a thousand two hundred three hundred And we and we stick to that credit line. Do once you hit that limit You cannot you cannot wager anymore the only way you can wager keep wagering is by paying off your credit line So whatever you bet you like it's that five the average is five hundred dollars And then you once you hit those five hundred you could hit those five hundred dollars That's a week for one week worth a wagering if you hit that early in the week like I'm like I you lose it on Monday night football
You pay off your five hundred bucks on Tuesday and you're back in the game. So that's how we keep people from getting themselves in two people of a hole Yeah, we don't want people We don't want people to get in the hole too much because then we lose that player and we eventually we have to do you know bad things or How many How many knees bro Uh, you know It's been uh, I've been doing this 20 years, man. Sorry. Yeah, it's just gonna couple of knees You look so sweet and you're little because it's not me. I'm not the collector. I'm not the collector He's a messenger I'm a good cop. I'm the good guy. I'm like eight compa pass eight. I know But I don't send problems Yeah, I said do give yeah, but I know everybody says you know you try to set yourself a limit
The release comes down to that you know anybody It's for fun. Do it for entertainment purposes only and if you set yourself to anywhere from a hundred balls a 200 bucks a week It's you beg just bet ten dollar parles, you know, just bet only on Sundays. Just play only on during full positive It gets crazy when everybody starts betting on Korean pickleball, you know I'm heard that They'll find something Yeah, no, I find the sport man. There's all day long you can find a sport to to bet on and that's where it gets scary man And that's where it's self-being fun. Uh, the only agent you picked the worst time the worst time to stop gambling because week one NFL season starts this week baby. I got some pictures. You guys want them Like hi, hi, right now. We're having a special I feel like he's advised instead of going cold turkey because that might just get you to relapse and you might get more depressed all over again
See what you can be like out on Sunday's or just Like that kind of a grace. It seems like it might be helpful. Yeah, little by little smaller best That's crazy. It's not just guys Better gamblers because I feel like what man probably can't get your eyes out No, let's talk to know Amy in El Monte. No, Amy. No, Amy Good morning bag. Good morning. No, no, no, talk to us. Who in your life is the gambler? Uh, well in my life it's my mom. Oh my god. What does she gambled? Oh And so with that it's actually been a couple years that she had that problem, but My mom has a hot bit of gambling the rant. Oh, not the rant Lord your radio me. Hello, your radio Oh, sorry. So yeah, she has a habit of gambling the rant. It was actually a point where my mom had actually order ready six months in red Which which cool to landlord because I I would never yeah, like we should have been kicked out
Yeah, like you get literally like it was like it should have been took like at least a month You know like even at that it would have taken a month two weeks as a girl you're out of here So we ended up I didn't find out until I want to say maybe the Third month they had a being paid because the landlord ended up reaching out to me. Yeah, and he was like hey He's like I just you know wanted to know like when you guys are gonna make the payment I'm like Brody what are you talking about like yeah, like what's going on? I was literally busing the concrete I was like but what's going on like what are you really talking about like you know we just do the right And he said he was like no, he's like your mom hasn't been paying the rent and so I you know my mom at that time She was wanting to send me to my brother did pass away. She had just cancer. I'm sorry I mean she's still here, you know, we're looking at the bright side and she um well the negative side she lost her dog That that kind of just sent her down So when she lost the dog it kind of uh, she the dog died from cancer. Oh She hold on your brother passed away your mom got cancer. Yeah, my then your mom's dog all cancer and passed away
Yeah I'll talk about going through it. I'll get right to yeah I'll get a limp. Yeah, so we kind of understood why she was doing it But at the end like it kind of ended up backing up on us because the the apartment that she was in was in my brother's name So he didn't end up getting he didn't end up getting the eviction my mom's ended up having to move it now So after that like it was still a problem But she ended up kind of like you could say like Loring down a little bit where it was like hey grow relax. So did January of this year she got a big settlement from An accident that she had went through at a job. So she got a good 65k nice. Oh, okay, and let me ask you this what was your mom betting on Um, so she doesn't bet she gambled gambled gambled gambled gambled gambled She does like yeah the online casinos and all that like for she I never thought it was real but I yeah So sometimes she would hit so she would hit us like oh I think it's gonna see for me and we're like oh how much is this like I will not see it there She's like but I'm gonna where like dog you just lost that on thousand dollars, but all right. All right. Oh
So she got a settlement from work. So she's uh, yeah, did she use that money? Yeah, exactly Yeah But right now she's even at the point I'll be very honest you I played a red last month Man, I wish my boy I would call you have a great story Oh, man. Yeah, getting a big settlement and all down the drain And then all down the game Do you think she is something you guys could take away her phone or do an intervention on her? So that was actually One of the conversations I was brought up because at the time where we were on the same phone We're on the same phone line Like on the same plan and it was more of getting to the point where it should be like oh Yeah And I was just like well I would like a my dad or a big dog are you working for free or what? I'm turning So yeah, because I was like what I'm not like I'm confused like my dad's busking hours and over time like yeah
He would come out early sometimes, but I was just like It's ain't like you know saying yeah, and so she actually came up and she told us like you know what she's like I've been gambling the money like there's there's I she's like I don't know what's going on So like it was to the point where it's like I like we some of us started like staying with her Where it's like moving in or move now, you know, just make sure she was okay and like mentally like it's okay Like you know don't get what you're money girl. Let's go out and say let's go spend money to kids Mm-hmm. Oh, okay. Yeah, and and mind you she has 11 grandkids But something hasn't happened because you paid her rent last month you said Yeah, exactly so now we're at that now she's at that point where she's like Like I mean no We're like girl you gotta get a job. Yeah, yeah I hear what the gruddy tell you to bring into this
Yeah, okay, no, I mean I wish you guys the best and and I know That sucks because you you seem like you're doing a very great job at like being positive That's a lot that's happened to the family. That's so much Yeah, and then this is why we can't let our let our moms and dads have a face And face and face a corner candy crush You know like what one dollar two dollars That phone is so accessible My mom does it every night she'll be sitting there on the phone doing her gambling stuff Like she has the app ring Maria Yeah, it's your money I still got a room Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, cuz it has the sounds in everything Yeah, it's a dopamine Man, I just want a free room and I was like what do we do? We love you Oh, yeah, she reposted us on our real we did all about this album. So we love you We love you and like we mentioned she has reunited with a collaborator Kendrick Lamar and it feels so good They haven't made a song in 13 years. I love you Kendrick. I love you K. Dot. They have a song and it's titled So good because it's freaking so good check this out Bives I love them vibes. It's so good. And they sound so good together I was listening to the song and I'm like tangy kind of reminds me a little bit of Kendrick Lamar's Dodger blue It's just I don't know if he's in the same pocket. Yeah, or the sound of the song We're gonna play it in full so you could peep it too He also has many pieces in this record. It seems like it's a Kendrick Lamar song Yeah, that was possibly a part of a gnx or maybe a gnx to luxe and never dropped
Something of her gnx part two that maybe was in the works He has he has a lot of the song and Janay is in it gives the vibe of the gnx album So it wouldn't be surprise that maybe this didn't make it or was was put aside for something else and Janay was like Hey, let me get there real quick Sounds so good. It does it also has this vibe at the beginning. Let me know if you catch it if you catch the song it sounds like listen Yeah Tanger back to the 90s No, that sounds like a day dream in the 80s. Yeah, oh yeah. Okay, to me it sounds like this Yeah, whatever I don't know if that's a xylophone or a week Okay, same vibe that I get from week I get from so good. Yeah, I get that from so good listen I Face Stubbed She's so such a so I love that so I love it. I love it. The collab done this
I'm I'm it leaves me yearning for more and if it does for you too You got to check out Westside Wimsey. She is the songstress that we needed right now We need to just hear her vibe. This one for us guys It's not for the ladies. Oh, I got like us. Well, we love it too. Yeah I was slapping on the wheel me and you were Well, there's one that he's she's like kind of talking about big Sean. Okay, that is a reported alleged and she has went on two threads And said it's not about him. Oh, yeah, I know one of the records you're talking about It's called ceilings and it's she basically calls out names like who the heck is Paisley. No, it's a weird name Who are these guys? No, Ashley's his ex. She's a page page page page page. So it's all it's all it's all It's just a lot of emotion like everything. Oh, yeah She's open and she has bars She has a bar on that song that we're just talking about called ceilings. It's a it's a freestyle and she says you have a face Only a lover could hate Because you know flipping the face only a mother could love and it makes me think her Sean cuz like oh, he's a killer face
Oh, it was me Jonna lover I love to New York City in the United States of America. You know today is a 25 year anniversary of September 11 It's a name. It's a it's a date. Excuse me that we wish never happened But we all will never forget when 200 2000 excuse me 977 innocent people lost their lives in the attacks on the world trade center the Pentagon and aboard flight Now I did see a story that I wanted to share with you guys about flight 93 specifically That's not the one that hit the towers or the one that was in the Pentagon It's the one that got Yeah, in the fields. Yeah, okay that went down in the fields There was a there was a conversation between Condoleezza Rice who was on the cabinet of president George W Bush and George Bush about an order he had given and made them all think dang
We think we did this we think we shot down that plane listen to this you'd given the order Through the vice president right that should have played not squawk properly. It should be shot down We thought initially standing in that bunker that that flight 93 had been shot down by the American yeah That's a shame saying and there is this horrible moment where the vice president kept trying to get the confirmation as to what had happened Yeah, and for about 10 minutes we thought we'd shot down a civilian aircraft isn't that wild? Yeah 25 years later you're still hearing different stories and you know every year We know that it's going to come up on the day. Yeah, and when the day happens you see a couple different things You see you get reminded of Where you were you get reminded of that feeling that we all kind of went through there's kids that never lived it But I'm sure they hear through their pants and at school and stuff and then you hear the Voice smells from people that were on the plane that really touched me yesterday But then you also see the examples of love
Seeing that they did a drone show yesterday and the drones in New York City Went as tall as the twin towers and kind of showed them in their place. Right now they have lights that are our What would you call the spotlights almost like big huge lights in New York that always shine where the world trade center The twin towers at I believe the new spot they have I've been there that It's a shopping center and I think it always was a shopping center and found them a stick in but it's a memorial Shopping center type of vibe and museum about what happened the way that they set up the the ceiling On September 11th it hits inside Yeah, and you see what looks like towers like the twin towers on the floor These are incredible examples of honoring incredible examples of How united we became when something really horrible happened in in in New York and in the United States And it's just a day of remembrance. Yeah, it's not a day of celebration But for sure day of remembrance and when I saw that story I was like oh my gosh
That's why I didn't know yeah Just shoot down a civilian aircraft Insane insane the stories that are coming out of that and I had to do I were listening Empire State of mind I'm like, yeah You know it's crazy because you were talking and then it became it was 910 and it became 9-11 as you were speaking. Oh my goodness I didn't even I thought you'd be on purpose no I heard Empire State of mind. I'm like this would be perfect to talk about this. Yeah, okay. All right Hey The studio was 9 plus 10 Try your life look at this studio Pretty good picking back in offer. We'll let you just say I know it was an unfortunate event 9-11 I was just around 15 years old and I remember that day vividly like if it just happened yesterday I remember that waking me up and saying you're not going to school turn on the TV And what I remember seeing was exactly what everybody else saw that day was the planes hitting the buildings Apparently that's not what happened Apparently I never saw those planes and I don't know if this is the Mandela effect or what's going on
But in new research surveyed 569 college students from New York, Cali, N. Hawaii And we're questioned about seven weeks after 9-11 All right They were asked about the first plane hitting the World Trade Center a whopping 73% say that remember seeing the video of it on September 11 But there was a problem peritos the footage of the first plane wasn't broadcasted Until the next day So they couldn't have watched it in TV. I couldn't have watched on TV When the first attack happened They weren't necessarily lying. They said the brains have baked basically mistaken the footage They saw later and mixed it into the memory of 9-11 Here's the wildest part the people with the wrong memory were actually more confident about what they remember Than the people that got it right that's crazy because I remember seeing those planes me too that morning hit yeah Like well, I think we saw the second plane. I remember that Yes, and but are the way our brains work and that's why it sucks like you can't really trust your memory on things
Because even in the study said the people that were the most adamant like no, we saw the first plane like your trip in Yeah, it wasn't even available to the public to see the first plane It's your brain just kind of jumbles in everything and maybe it's in the way it processes I thought like we just saying a bunch of replays and a bunch of replays That was the thing is that they would play it over and over like oh no hit and then it would just like It would be like on a loop unless I'm It might have been the first time you saw the plane hit but it wasn't the first plane that hit yeah Cuz I remember going into class and our teacher had the tv on and one tower was smoking Yes, the other tower got hit so then I then of course that was the first plane that I didn't see because it yeah the tower smoking Yep, you feel me? Yeah, what is crazy? How just like our brain warps our brain works in mysterious ways Honestly, we stop and figured it out whether it be trauma whether it be major offense You know or whether it be will your wife just said five minutes ago you Is trippy yeah, I literally remember like that day like it was yesterday like I remember my dad not even going to work
I was like Oh, no, he was like yeah, yeah, you're not going to school and then immediately like my dad was like well They called and they're like hey schools cancelled. Yeah, yeah, schools completely cancelled I don't remember going to school like I remember I was 10 I believe and then I remember being home with my abuelita And we would just kept watching the news over and over and so I'm like, where are we watching the same movie like I really thought I was the movie because of my there's no way this is happening right now No Parents were like heck no, yeah, I was cool. Yeah, I was you were I was think about like six or seven But I remember going I remember going home Fight the feeling to say I remember really like because we were all confused of what's going on And probably your school was shorter if you were six seven because you're a younger Yeah, I'm pretty mean shorter like the short Like you're going early and you get out of one or everybody leaving like and then I lived around the block from my my school
So they were like oh your parents still have to get you And I remember going into the classes and they showed me and then when we just arrived And I made a uh That's crazy. I just don't want to school. Yeah, no, they call me like no schools castles schools And I would understand why they can or maybe I'm maybe my brain Okay, maybe it's yeah, maybe it was the next day school that I remember um, but I remember immediately like people like it was like in this now into the military like good. They were like I was like my schools are closed because you didn't know what was gonna have yeah No, where it was coming from what was happening and like the the audio I played earlier of Conn Lisa Rice and President George W. Bush they had to ground every plane. Yeah, one by one like even that was something Yeah, everything shut down my mom actually worked at a trade center here in Santa Monica And she spoke and communicated with people from the world trade center every single day That was part of her job with like stocks and stuff like that And um, she had to turn around from work like she was on her way and they were like dude
Don't know what to target at that and her whole building was evacuated as well Yeah, but I thought it's in prayers about the people who lost family members or friends out there Hey stay studious and never forget Yeah, and let us know what you remember because apparently we're all wrong there on coordinate science Mandela Great. All right, it's first thing Jay Shoot it All right, you guys the clippers are being clipped Again, all right Steve Balmer could be going to prison Yes, as I told you guys last week the clippers were obliterated in the NBA like the five to ten years Are gonna be really bad for them. They lost five picks. They were fine $30 million But at the end of the day, it's just basketball, right? Steve Balmer still rich he could still go on vacation take a year off whatever It's like not real life consequences necessarily. It's it's his hobby. He's already you know set yeah But now things are getting really really serious because the US Department of Justice is opening up an investigation
About the old situation. It's crazy dog. Yes So not only is the franchise cooked Balmer might be headed to the big house a K a this is really bad Big this is really bad. I think once the feds get involved and what in any case is because they have a case The K a feds never what I see never let you know they have a case until they know what I'm seeing about this government Which I don't like I don't know. Okay, Mark Walter the Lakers Dodgers full right that just had to flip the who gets the Lakers to flip them nobody right you get the Lakers because you want the Lakers right? Yeah, he flipped the Lakers. He's also under investigation conveniently enough. Who do the Lakers get sold to Donald Trump's brother son-in-law. Mm-hmm. The guy that's married to Donald Trump. Mm-hmm. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah In the family. Yeah, conveniently enough to Dodgers go to White House to go say well, so because when the championship He gives the president a diamond ring or whatever we're seeing it out front Hey, we're gonna put an investigation on you pay up. Yeah, and then we're getting taxed. They're getting taxed right in front of our freaking faces
And they figured out we did it with Mark Walter. Yeah, that could happen And now we're gonna do it over here too. I bet you that was gonna do something Probably he's gonna need to sell the clippers and is gonna be a cushioner that by a chair and make it a charitable charitable donation to the to cause Yeah, we'll see all right. That was sports. I think I'm politics. I think I'm roast friends look around back morning Either way, there's a Rico charge coming. Yeah, it was a real mark on Because he sold it to the president on the late team sign investigate some New York ones.
