   1. Increase water intake
   2. Longer fast between dinner and breakfast
   3. Eat a handful of nuts 15 min before eating
   4. Ask for ½ your meal to be divided and boxed up
   5. Stop eating at 9pm and then back that up 15 min each week until its a bit awkward or hard on you.
   6. Only drink water at meals
   7. Only drink black (or bullet proof) coffee
   8. Don’t eat with your phone out
   9. Only eat with someone
   10. Don’t eat dessert
   11. Don’t drink sugar
   12. Experiment with other tastes
       1. Mustard
       2. Garlic
       3. Salt
