I'm very excited about the football. I'm not overly ecstatic about the game we have tonight. Not that I want to enjoy it and consume it, and it's football, and what's the old saying? A bad day on the ski slopes is better than a great day at school.

1:03Yeah, golf course. Right. Well, like a bad piece of pizza is still right. Right. But I'm not. If you had any last time for some reason. Juiced up for Patriots, Siox. I'm juiced up for football. You're juiced up for football. Yeah, I would say I feel kind of the same. I don't feel like we're talking about the Siox enough after winning the Super Bowl. And then there are a lot of people that you hear that think the Patriots are going to take us that back. So I didn't feel like there's a lot of excitement around the Patriots. You have the whole variable Rossini thing. Right. Um, all the talks really have been about what the Rams have done. Because the Rams. Well, Siox one, they're not overly sexy. Right. The quarterbacks not overly sexy. I had a good team. I'm not saying they're not a they're a terrific team. They beat the Rams to get to where they were. Then they crushed the beat of the Patriots to crush them. It was a terrible game. But the point is like they haven't added a miles carrot. They haven't done anything. Right. I mean, I'm excited to see Giddarian price play tonight. I look forward to what he can. Yeah, I mean, they lost Kenneth Walker. I understand. I think there's still some questions. I mean, I don't know how you could still have questions.

2:04I guess question. There's one the whole thing you love that. Well, about San Donald. Well, he didn't play well in the Super Bowl either. I know, but you've seen it in two straight years now, though. I mean, you saw he had a really good season with Minnesota. And I was great. And then wins a Super Bowl with with Seattle. So maybe get to take another year, but quarterback. I mean, Mike McDonald is showing you that he's like the defensive version of Sean McFae. Yeah. And if you've watched any of the hard knocks, too, just what a division that is. It's an unbelievable division. What a really is that is. It really is. And then I made sure immediately the second I saw the the last point of the match. I was like, what time is it? 333. Oh, and then you went back to sleep. Yeah. No, no. I'm actually bed. Yes. Yes. Well, I guess I mean, you got a little good, a little bit of good. That's criminal. I know. How could you do that? Well, I was going to do it. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. Because just to have matches going till 3 30 in the morning, that's too late. Especially that. That's that is now the match of the tournament. It will be the match of the tournament and nobody will have gotten to see it. Well, the other problem though too is you're talking about what hopefully as an American tennis fan, Ben Shelton is. He feels like having next guy and you're talking about one of the biggest, biggest wins of his career. I don't know. He's never beat. Oh, no, this is this is the biggest win of his career. You didn't get a chance to watch it at the US Open. So he won, by the way, so he wins a fifth set, extend the tiebreaker that go to 10. He wins, I think, was 10 7 and wins the match

8:17in five. So now there will be an American in the finals because he plays T-OFO in the next round. Well, had a unbelievable comeback of his own yesterday where he was down two sets to non and Mikkelson was serving for the match and he came back to him and was devastated. Oh, I have how about that? Oh, well, good for T-OFO though. Like he's both a season. He's a gentleman. Yeah, real gentleman. Because he handled himself the right way. So I don't want to listen. I could talk tennis all day. I don't think we should, but that's it's disappointing that that that happened. It's just a huge moment. It gets one of those moments. I don't think there's a lot of people that went went into last night thinking that Shelton would beat Algaraz and then you know, to have it happen and not be able to watch it because the mental 3 30 in the morning sucks. But I gotta tell you, so I have it on. I'm in the bathroom. I'm watching on my phone on the ESPN app, which is unbelievable. And it's mobbed. Oh, yeah, no, I do. That's few people came to watch that match. But I mean, it was probably 80% sold out at 3.30. So what do you do now? If you're there, you punch in today. You can't do anything. You tap out. Yeah. Yeah. You get sick day. He called like I was at the match and I'm just not, I mean, we would come to work as our

So he stayed back and then you're probably going to get in week two. Okay. So does that put more on trying to get something done this Sunday night for you?

11:22I've already looked at and I don't do this. I'm going to get an extra rest. Yeah. And you're playing the Cowboys, which is like going to be an emotional first game on Sunday night. I don't do this often. I look at week two for the giants. We're not going to win that. No, I think I make serious. Like they're just there's very infrequent amount of games where you look at you're just like, that's not going to I don't look at that as a game. The giants are going to win now. If it gets into the heat of the battle and it's tied at 17, you know, answering the fourth quarter, I can change my expectations. But right now when the schedule came out, I look week two, that'll be a loss. So yes, doesn't make week one even bigger. Absolutely. It does. And that's why I told you if they're oh and two and they're home to Tennessee and they lose that game, it's mother me. Then I'm done. Then I'm out. Yeah, but you still then you turn around and play Arizona. I mean, you have a chance to go. I'm not going to go in three again. Why, but you could be three and three after the first six. What do I have? I have Arizona. You got Tennessee Arizona. The commanders and the Saints. Yeah, I guess it's I don't care. I don't I can't go on three again. I don't have that bandwidth. I'm going to do it. I shouldn't be on three. You should be four and two after that. I mean,

12:27it should be. Oh, I'm going to beat the Cowboys and lose to the Rams. Even if you lose to the Cowboys, I think your PSA should be just relax. First two weeks may not be what you like. Could be a slow start offense trying to figure it out. Yeah. Maybe Malik. The emphasis isn't 100%. Maybe just run into a bus on L.A. You compete. No compete against Dallas. It just isn't enough. And then L.A. is going to be a tough spot. And then you're real off the next four. Now you're four and two. Yeah. Four and two would be great. But I, but I really do believe. And if they lose, I'll be heartbroken regardless. I really do believe the eye test is very important for the Giants on Sunday. If you go out and you lose that game 27, 21 and it's, you know, a game that's very competitive into the fourth quarter. And they lose. I think you know, okay, I can see if you go out there and you get bludgeoned again by Dallas, I'll be despondent. I think the way that the NFL set this up with these two matchups for for the Jets and the Giants, you have, you have the potential to have like real strong feelings

13:29either way, right? Just for the whole Salah, you know, it's a team that you feel like, I mean, it's also a team that won what three games. They have the second pick. They have the fourth right? So there's so that there's a lot of, like, more no, Taters looked awful to. There's a lot of emotions that are wrapped up into that game. And then on the Giants out of this, it's the Cowboys. And we all know how you feel about the Cowboys. And if it doesn't look good, it's because it's the Cowboys, like if they're looking at the Rams, it's like, it's like, okay, if it doesn't look good against the Cowboys, it's like a more the same like this is, we take it out of our own way. Right? The Rams are expected to be the operational on of the NFL. And smart by the NFL too, I'll putting the jets to the Titans week one. Yes. You played the Jetson Titans week 11. No, cares. Not one per there's a, there's some real real juice storyline. And just for this game, especially with this article coming out with the athletic talking about how Woody and Salah felt about each other and was I guess, so did you see the story? I guess they celebrated. Yeah, that Douglas and Salah are celebrating as if they were like released from prison.

14:29Well, also I think how I mean, it's, it's how people around the NFL, I think feel about the Jets just in general. Like, you know, Robert Salah leaves, you know, gets fired, goes as, you know, a good year as a defensive coordinator again. And it's like all is forgiven. Like who could succeed with the Jets? We're not gonna hold that against them. Right. It's right. You have one year. And then you, and then okay, you know, let's give you guys such a job because we see it. We did it. We're doing it. We're doing it. I haven't went to Jets. Yeah. But I gotta tell you this. If Aaron Glenn has another one of these babies and he's now, I don't know. I don't know that I don't know if he's out. Oh, fair. Whenever he gets out of the Jets, I don't know that there's another job waiting in the wings for Aaron Glenn. I know I'd have to wait you saw last season. And now he'll be calling the plays this season. See I get again, like, I don't know how to feel. It's weird because I've seen so many different sides of this. I've seen people that are just like, like, Jets are gonna win week one. You can guarantee it and then ties going to Jets going to be three and two. Like it's, I don't know if it's just the optimism of the season or as a Jets fan, you want to buy into what's going on. And hey, we got all this talent. But I feel like we've played that game so many different times. I

15:31mean, when we brought Aaron Rodgers and I know it was like the first four plays, like that team was support, like I was the one that was like, whoa, whoa, whoa. Like let's take the, let's get off the whole Super Bowl thing that Jets fans rarely have a chance to be so excited. No, I know, but they were pushed into that direction. But he came back, but he came back. And then it was still like, look at all this talent around Aaron Rodgers. And I know he was coming off the Achilles, but still is like, go back to being excited and they won five games. Yeah, it's like we told we get ourselves all worked up and think like though, well, you know what, Aaron Glenn has shown a lot of a lot of maturity because you know, he's realized that he made some mistakes last year and he wants to call place like, no, he didn't want. Well, what are you doing? They had Wake Martin. They'll like, like, like, okay, here's the contract. And what he's like, wait, I'm paying millions more to have a guy when you're supposed to be that guy. No, what are we doing? Um, I sometimes it depends on the team in the situation. We'll give guys the benefit of the doubt. Aaron Glenn to me. And I'm not saying anyone else has to act like this. I give him nothing until he proves he's capable. He, I thought he

16:32was so bad last year with the media. I thought with the coaching, with the team, with the way they play with everything. Yeah, until he shows me that he's a competent, capable coach in this league, I do not buy into Aaron Glenn. No, I don't know how you could. I mean, you talking about, you know, maybe the first, maybe the worst first season as a head coach in the history of the franchise. Maybe one of the worst seasons ever. It was terrible for a coach. I mean, they were non-competitive. No, they started on 7 and we were celebrating and we're going to control the draft. I mean, that's what they turned this thing into is which, which is amazing to me again, when the conversation going into the higher was how excited everyone was, you know, blood in the ground was a jet. No, knows what it means to be a jet. And can you imagine with this talent that you just, like some of which you just traded, like if they're coached, if they're coached the right way, after what you saw, I mean, hey, listen to me, it's not going to be maybe the playoffs, but to be a step in the right direction. So the reason I had a double excitement, I was telling you before, we have stumped Rothmurg 750 ish today, but not only do we have the signal open, it's the new open of the segment. And Argy said, that's his after yesterday's open leads me to believe that it's just going to be five or six clips of RJ. You feel away. I don't feel any way, but I mean, I think it's it's a statement as to how Argy is. Is it going to be a lot of me? Like that's the thing. That's why I keep telling you, like I can't wait to like really find out what's going on here. That's a little suspicious. If we've completely shut you down from all activity and it's a bone, it's not a ligament. It's not, hey, he's got, it should be healed. Right. Like, he's got some cartilage stuff going on. This is a bone and you've been out for three months. And it's not like what is exactly going on? Right. A bone injury. That's not a massive, like catastrophic break in three months should be fine. Correct. Yes. And it's still here. This is not like, hey, he's been battling through and he's been playing. So it really has that time to heal properly. This is like, he was completely shut down to the point where we're like, we were excited that he was doing stuff outside. Right. Right. He's outside. Okay. Great. Right. Nice. Right. And nobody's backing up. But whatever. So I think that's what happens, though. When you get, I mean, you get to this point of the season and you're as bad as the ruckus are.

26:51But I like that. That's the one thing I think is the most undertalked about. I don't discuss. I don't discuss. Does that make sense to you? More like it. It didn't sound like a break. It didn't sound like my mouth. Is the mental part of this whole thing? It's like that. It is the hardest part. Your body feels like crap. We're gonna battle through that. Like this thing you can do to try to make yourself feel better. But like them, like trying to get yourself mentally prepared every single day, especially in baseball, where it's every single day and being as bad as the ruckus are. And now you can see the finish line. It's like, like that. You're just bringing your own. That's gotta be your own energy. That's your own. Because obviously it feels like it's like the most common thing. A kid has a tough day in school and they come home and they freak out on their parents. Yeah. There's like three teams that are not good. Miami, probably the Raiders, the Browns. Everyone else is a pretty good football team. Competitive. Yeah. Yeah. Competitive. I think that's why I think that's why week one is so interesting. Outside of just like the the New York part of it with Sala and Dable and then a bunch of the jets and giants that ended up in Tennessee is more like you feel like outside of Tennessee knowing or having a pretty like thinking that cam ward is there. franchise quarterback moving forward going into year two. You know, Gino Smith's not that for us. Right. He's gonna be 36 years old. Like we're still trying to figure out who that is. But they're similar teams like talent. Like they they're on similar footing. So against the team like that where you go either way because I'm sure they're looking at you the same way you're looking at them. How do you how do you match up? Because I would say for my for me the definition of a successful

42:36season is you know, beating teams like Tennessee winning the games that you're supposed to win. And then a game or two. Yeah. And then being like competitive against the better teams. Right. And again, everyone says like what is his successful see how many wins is a I don't know. Like with the giants. If the giants win seven and they're right in there for all these games and they lose less. Okay. Right. If the jets are competitive like yeah, but I think at a certain point. I mean, I actually said this to my team the other day. It's like the reality is is that you are judged by by wins and loss. Of course, but also like the jets last year were three when team that they were like, but they were awful. Like they were blown out of games. Right. The giants who won four games looked. I'm not celebrating the giant season. It looked a lot better than the jets did. Like the giants were in these games. Yeah, you had real opportunity. Right. I mean, the game against Denver Eagles. Like I mean, they were like you exactly what we're talking about though. Like I mean, at the end of at the end of the day, you know, you may get in the situations like that where it's going back and forth and you give yourself a chance in the fourth quarter to win and then

43:39the reality sets in where you know, pick a team. If it's if it's Buffalo, if it's New England, if it's the Chargers, it's like they just better right. The quarterbacks better like they're just a better team and there's really no shame in that. No, there is no shame in that just because they're in a different spot like the expectations. The Patriots are just in the Super Bowl. The bills are expecting to get to a Super Bowl. The Chargers are expecting to get to a division. You're not. I can't there's no way you wouldn't and you're not going to have one of the best three records in the game. Don't feel like it. That's the side of the division winner. So I don't know how you could say that's why week one is so important. Week one matters a lot. It does because you look at two, three and four and you say, I don't know how we're going to win any of those three games. At least that's what I think those are tough games. Well, you're not expected to win those games. Like it doesn't feel like even if you want to take the whole, you know, Josh Jacobs thing or Michael Parsons not playing like your nonsense is pick. I don't even think Jacob's is a huge ball. But you're not at the level of a green Bay or Detroit or Chicago. No, like yet at some point, hopefully we get there. But I mean, it feels like you're at the same level as Tennessee. So then you're staring at Oh, and for the face. If you could, if you don't win week one. There's a

44:40real chance. There's a real chance that happens unless you find a way to, they don't be cream bad home or go into Detroit or go into Chicago. Good luck. Those are not easy games. Even if he's great, he's not your quarterback. So do we get a chance to see K club Nick that we find lightning in a bottle? I won't believe that until I see it. Because again, it's the jets. We tried with the second overall pick didn't work. We tried with the third overall picked it. We keep trying. It hasn't worked yet. So all of a sudden now believe that, oh, hey, we did it.
