I survived nine months in captivity, and I've spent my life exploring how other people survive what should have destroyed them. I'm Elizabeth Smart, and these are the survivor files. Every week, I'm with survivors who live through the unthinkable, abducted, stalked, controlled, and nearly silenced. These are stories about what it takes to make it out alive. When I was 14 years old, I was kidnapped and held captive for nine months. I survived, and I've spent my life exploring how other people survive what should have destroyed them. I'm Elizabeth Smart, and these are the survivor files. I just remember this low-taunting voice next to my ear saying, shut up, don't say anything. Every week, I'm with survivors who live through the unthinkable.
I knew if he woke up. Without a doubt, he was going to hurt me. I started feeling that there was someone at the end of my bed, and I just started screaming. They are abducted, stalked, controlled, and nearly silenced. But these aren't stories about what's taken from them. Their stories about what it takes to make it out alive. Western and Southern Financial Group presents Predomin and Jones on Baseball. Droughts you in part by Rocky, Wasted Recycling and by Kenba Credit Union on 700 WLW, home of the Cincinnati Reds. Periodically, people will dress us with an idea toward a program. And I welcome this. I think it's a great idea sometimes. It's a good one. This is a good one.
I had a good friend of mine, Brett from Norwood, who came home. Well, there's the problem right there. I'm not taking any suggestion from Norwood. East Pricil, Anderson, out of the question. Can I go on? He lives in the estate area in Norwood. That's different. OK. He said, you know, I hear Tracy refer to Vince Gully, the late great Vince Gully is Vincent. And he refers to Terry Francona as Terrence. And you did this yesterday. I heard you slide the fact that you call me Martin. I feel like that's something. If you go off to that kind of respect to those guys, what about me? Do you like the name Martin? It certainly is better than Francesca. I don't agree with that. I'd say you would go to break it up. And it's just. I didn't know that. This is someone coming from someone named Tracy. And it's a guy. But I spell it CY, not CY people or with a C with an eye with a heart.
I don't do that either. That's the way you should spend it. That's exactly the way you should start. Who says jail again? He's my friend. What does he do for a living? He's a very, very important person to try. State men's help. Oh, interesting. We'll be back. When I was 14 years old, I was kidnapped and health captive for nine months. I survived. And I've spent my life exploring how other people survive what should have destroyed them. I'm Elizabeth Smart. And these are the survivor files. What in that point is to call you Martin. Yes. Rather than Frances. Do you like that? Do you want me to call you Martin? I'll call you whatever you want. I'll call you. You call me a lot worse than that. I would never do that. You know, I respect you. Yeah. Okay. Is that all that guy has? He listens every day. That's all he's got. He listens to our program religiously. Does he like how I refer to myself in the third person? Is he like that? He never comments on a slump usher, pwners, stuff like that. He likes all that stuff. Well, every bit of that, he thinks ads to.
Here's what I want to throw out. And this is on a serious note. My email is TJWW at Yahoo.com. That's my personal email. I'm submitting it now. Say it again. TJWLW at Yahoo.com. TJWLW. We're probably going to have a strike next year. We need topics. And I think it would be great if people just kind of chimed in with questions that they would like. It's not a bad idea. And we don't want anybody to get offended. We don't use their idea, but we're going to take the best to the best. And there's a good chance we'll err. Yeah, I don't need you slamming me or compliment Trace. You're doing a great job. We know I'm doing a great job. But if you can just throw out some suggestions, I think we would like that. Yes. Thank you, Tracey, with a CI and a heart over the eye. I survived nine months in captivity. And I've spent my life exploring how other people survive what should have destroyed them.
